Upon checking in they asked for $100 cash deposit, which was mentioned nowhere on the reservation, so I had to go back out to the bank to get it. A minor annoyance. Then asking for a receipt for the cash I got a song and dance like I had to jump through hoops to get one. Not good. Beds were terrible. The floor was probably more comfortable. They were like stacked cardboard no comfort at all. Property not maintained, high weeds in the back. TV was difficult to operate, the remote seemed like it was a 90’s model. No guide access, just up and down one channel at a time. Get with the times people. Finally checkout is 11 AM and my room phone rang at 9:45 AM, waking me up. There was no answer on the other end. I asked why when I checked out and the woman told me, from what I could understand (she didn’t speak English surprisingly), that housekeeping called. I asked why? Check out is 11 AM. No need to call me, I’ll be out by 11. But yet I was given no explanation as to why I was woken up early for no reason. I will not be going back. I suggest nobody else does either. There are plenty of other hotels on the strip, you would think that these smaller hotels would go out of their way to please customers. It was the opposite. They don’t care. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

We only stayed one night it was good However, someone should advise at the time of booking that there will be $100 CASH deposit per room. We never carry cash As we have a debit card American Express Visa, Master. We had to drive to a bank to withdraw cash in order to check in.

The entire place was immaculate. Not kidding. I stay in AC a lot. This is by far the best kept of all of them.

The Motel asked for a $100 cash deposit for the room key with no receipt. I’ve never heard of such a thing. The $100 was returned the next morning after returning the key. They reuse the key cards I later found out. The room was dirty from ceiling to floor. I was able to wipe what I thought was dead bugs or boogers off the wall with a tissue. The AC worked well in the room and was very cool in the hot July month but was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The shower had dead bugs in it. After showering I wiped down the tiled wall to see if it would come clean. It did. I brought my own blanket, sheet and pillow. I should have slept in my vehicle. Light switches were also filthy and the property was disgusting with what looks like an abandoned, semi trailer, parked on the lawn. I would’ve canceled the booking, but it said no refunds.
