Anderson Ocean Club and Spa by Oceana Resorts

I had to call the front desk several times because of other guests smoking pot on the balconies. They did nothing. One day we came off the elevator and smelled it in the hallway. The bed was absolutely horrible! The room had rust all over. It’s outdated. The couch and chair was uncomfortable. There was no water pressure in the shower head. The tub had a decent pressure but as soon as you turn it to the shower the pressure goes away. I have waist length hair and rising my hair was a nightmare. It took forever! Then to find out that Hilton only owns the top 3-4 floors. I was on the 10th floor so it was owned by a private party operating under Hiltons name. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton so I thought we would try it. Just a disappointment from the get go! Check in was a joke and took forever.

We enjoyed are stay. It was very comfortable and a great value.

Nice place to vacay friendly staff

King size bed should have king size pillows! Also, the had pubic hair toilet and dirt/ sand on the floor.
