This property was excellent, from the staff, rooms and buffet restaurant. It was right on the ocean front and the room and hotel were very clean and smelled nice. Very dog friendly. Walkable to shopping and many restaurants. I will definitely go back

Perfect stay ... Our room blew us away. We had two balconies and saw an amazing sunrise each morning. The swimming pool was also very nice.

Week-end au top, bien accueilli, l'hotel est tres beau, dommage que la piscine soit encore en travaux. Buffet petit déjeuner et midi très bon, du choix. Chambre spacieuses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aromar. To start, the parking lot was very conveniently located (there is a charge for it). I would suggest reserving in advance of your stay. The balconies and views from our room were incredible. We could see both the mountains and the sea. The family room provided two separate spaces for us and our children which was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We appreciated the gluten free options, the coffee machine, delicious pastries, eggs, and drink options. The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Main Street of town with shops and dining. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at a nearby excursion provider. We also loved the walking on the trail along the coast that has amazing views and coves to swim in. I wish the hotel provided lounge chairs for the beach as an amenity (they are rentable for $9/day). As other reviews state, our shower drain emitted a very bad smell. Additionally, the lights in our bathroom flicked on and off and sometimes the shower would turn very hot unexpectedly. The rooms would benefit from a luggage rack or something to put a suitcase on. That being said, the positives of the property outweighed the negatives. I do hope that the hotel continues to look into finding solutions for the bathroom issues. We really did love our stay at the Hotel Aromar. The appreciated the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Ottima posizione fronte mare, acqua cristallina e spiaggia enorme. Ottima colazione, bella piscina, garage sotterraneo. Purtroppo non siamo contenti del resto, ovvero check-in tardissimo -verso le ore 16:30-, non abbiamo mai trovato disponibili teli mare, due soli piccoli ascensori sempre pieni, camera non sporca, ma non pulita. Quindi in generale lo consiglierei, ma con qualche accorgimento in più per lo staff.

Hôtel très bien situé au bord de la plage. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Chambre correcte mais un peu petite pour notre séjour (2 adultes, un bébé avec lit parapluie un chien). Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est super et il y a un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons juste été déçus de la piscine (pas très « propre » et punaises d’eau dedans…).

Salle de bain pas propre, la baignoire pleine de cheveux coincés dans le cyphon et dans les jets de la baignoire balneo, le sol de la salle de bain et sol de la chambre pleins de cheveux. La nourriture pas terrible pourtant le buffet avait du choix... Sinon la chambre est spacieuse, un mini frigo c'est pratique, la vue du 6 eme etages est jolie. Oreillers pas confortable mais le matelas est bon. Pas bien insonorisé ont entend toutes les personnes dans leurs chambres.

Points positifs: vue sur la mer, très bonne literie, restaurant, personnel à l'écoute, décoration très design. Points negatifs: la douche comporte des joints abîmés et sur certains éléments de la rouille, l'ensemble donne une impression de saleté peu digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Pas de place pour ranger le nécessaire de toilette, pas de bouilloire. Attention pas de tête de lit, on se cogne facilement la tête en se couchant contre du marbre qui est très joli d' ailleurs!

Great location on the beach and clean rooms. Not much space for your clothes. Check In was 30 min late and parking was moved to 1 km from the hotel. Our room smelled from sewerage probably because of the rain and only in random periods. Breakfast was really bad - Omelet and croissants was very dry. The staff wanted our kids to pay as adults (10 and 12 years) so we did. All other days we went out for breakfast. We checked out off the hotel one day before time without them even asking why. Service was really not good.

Salle de bain pas propre, la baignoire pleine de cheveux coincés dans le cyphon et dans les jets de la baignoire balneo, le sol de la salle de bain et sol de la chambre pleins de cheveux. La nourriture pas terrible pourtant le buffet avait du choix... Sinon la chambre est spacieuse, un mini frigo c'est pratique, la vue du 6 eme etages est jolie. Oreillers pas confortable mais le matelas est bon. Pas bien insonorisé ont entend toutes les personnes dans leurs chambres.

La chambre était très bien dans l’ensemble, une belle vue, les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour étaient là. Cependant le lit avait un pied cassé, la literie était très inconfortable, nous avons passé des nuits compliquées. Pour le lit parental il y avait une couette mais pour le lit d’appoint (pour notre fils) il n’y avait qu’un drap ce qui était complètement insuffisant… C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas soigner ces point qui font la différence sur la qualité du sommeil. Côté salle de bains, elle était bien agencée mais la température de l’eau était instable donc c’était chaud/froid/brulant/glacé

Points negatifs: la douche comporte des joints abîmés et sur certains éléments de la rouille, l'ensemble donne une impression de saleté peu digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Pas de place pour ranger le nécessaire de toilette, pas de bouilloire. Attention pas de tête de lit, on se cogne facilement la tête en se couchant contre du marbre qui est très joli d' ailleurs!

Perfect stay ... Our room blew us away. We had two balconies and saw an amazing sunrise each morning. The swimming pool was also very nice.

The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. The room was clean. We had a beach view room with a balcony. It was nice to sit out there in the evening, watch the sunset. Parking was a nightmare, and we lost our car. We spent well over an hour trying to find it. if you do stay here, reserve a parking spot ahead of time. Breakfast was good but our last morning there, i noticed a hair sitting on a plate of lemon slices. when I told the waitress, she proceeded to reach over and remove the hair then walked away leaving the plate of lemon slices out. In addition there was a large group of people staying there, that seemed to know each other and to all be sick with coughs, without masks and touching the serving utensils at breakfast. The internet was really bad in our room, pretty much unusable. But worked well in the lobby. The beach isn't really sand its tiny littly rocks that hurt to walk on. I wouldn't recomend this area if you want to relax on the beach. The hotel doesn't have lounge chairs on the beach. These need to be rented from a man on the beach.

The reception desk is as usual, a disaster. with uncoordinated people with a calculator instead of head. Their unique worry is to invoice even if everything has been previously paid. We belong to a group and I can affirm that all spend at least half an hour to check on and out. Rooms need a touch up paint. Very noisy conference room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aromar. To start, the parking lot was very conveniently located (there is a charge for it). I would suggest reserving in advance of your stay. The balconies and views from our room were incredible. We could see both the mountains and the sea. The family room provided two separate spaces for us and our children which was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We appreciated the gluten free options, the coffee machine, delicious pastries, eggs, and drink options. The hotel is right on the beach and close to the Main Street of town with shops and dining. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling at a nearby excursion provider. We also loved the walking on the trail along the coast that has amazing views and coves to swim in. I wish the hotel provided lounge chairs for the beach as an amenity (they are rentable for $9/day). As other reviews state, our shower drain emitted a very bad smell. Additionally, the lights in our bathroom flicked on and off and sometimes the shower would turn very hot unexpectedly. The rooms would benefit from a luggage rack or something to put a suitcase on. That being said, the positives of the property outweighed the negatives. I do hope that the hotel continues to look into finding solutions for the bathroom issues. We really did love our stay at the Hotel Aromar. The appreciated the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Purtroppo non siamo contenti del resto, ovvero check-in tardissimo -verso le ore 16:30-, non abbiamo mai trovato disponibili teli mare, due soli piccoli ascensori sempre pieni, camera non sporca, ma non pulita. Quindi in generale lo consiglierei, ma con qualche accorgimento in più per lo staff.

Beautiful hotel fantastic value for the price. Wonderful location, very clean…extremely helpful and friendly staff. Our room was the full sea view and it didn’t disappoint. We got the suite which was spacious. Very pet friendly. Walking distance to beach front restaurants and great shopping at the town only blocks away.

La cama es un poco pequeña pero cómoda. Teníamos habitación lateral vista a mar con ducha de cristal. Muy bonita la verdad. Pero una cosa que nos ha sorprendido es que solo daban “tissues” en la habitación. Que estos hoteles suelen dar más cosillas, pero evidentemente no es obligatorio. Teníamos media pensión, las bebidas de la cena no estaban incluidas. Variedad de comida tanto en cena como desayuno y muy buena.
La cama es un poco pequeña pero cómoda. Teníamos habitación lateral vista a mar con ducha de cristal. Muy bonita la verdad. Pero una cosa que nos ha sorprendido es que solo daban “tissues” en la habitación. Que estos hoteles suelen dar más cosillas, pero evidentemente no es obligatorio. Teníamos media pensión, las bebidas de la cena no estaban incluidas. Variedad de comida tanto en cena como desayuno y muy buena.

Great location on the beach and clean rooms. Not much space for your clothes. Check In was 30 min late and parking was moved to 1 km from the hotel. Our room smelled from sewerage probably because of the rain and only in random periods. Breakfast was really bad - Omelet and croissants was very dry. The staff wanted our kids to pay as adults (10 and 12 years) so we did. All other days we went out for breakfast. We checked out off the hotel one day before time without them even asking why. Service was really not good.

The reception desk is as usual, a disaster. with uncoordinated people with a calculator instead of head. Their unique worry is to invoice even if everything has been previously paid. We belong to a group and I can affirm that all spend at least half an hour to check on and out. Rooms need a touch up paint. Very noisy conference room
