Second stay at the Townsend and it was even better. They make you feel special and the hotel is first class. Plus a Michelin-grade restaurant makes this my must stay spot

Stayed 1 night

I was quite disappointed in our stay. I have heard such amazing things about the Townsend. So my husband I decided to stay here for our anniversary. The bed was so insanely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a hard wood surface, except for the huge dip in the bed made me realize it wasn’t wood. The Bose radio station was super dusty, as was the remote. It didn’t work anyway. The pillows were super flat and uncomfortable. For a hotel like the Townsend, I really expected plush comfy beds and pillows. I don’t think I’d ever stay here again!

Great hotel except the shower has very little water pressure… shower itself needed caulking replaced. Otherwise nice staff, comfy bed.

Hotel was good and location was great. Room was poor. A/c blowed directly on the bed window was dirty on the outside looking at the roof where heating and cooling until a were sitting. Room 552 is a very poor room.
