Needing a hotel in a particular spot, I choose this Best Western which is not on my general list of hotel choices. I found a delightful hotel with easy, friendly check-in and a spacious well appointed room. The lobby and business center are done in stylish colors with a home like look creating a feel of calm and rest. We will stop here again while in this area.

Cars blocked entrance delaying my check in and young clerk was ok with that. Only one luggage cart ( in use) room was sauna hot and air conditioning unit had missing and unreadable buttons to adjust temperature in room clerk did come up and adjusted temperature for me.

This property and value was just below average to average. The location itself is older and definitely showing its age. The elevator was hot, creaky and did not feel very secure. The first room we were in the AC unit did not work. After we changed rooms, we noticed the front door DID NOT LOCK with the deadbolt, just the latch. Bathroom door did not lock either. Tile in bathroom was cracked, chipped and moved when walked on. This is the only hotel that serves breakfast 630-830 that I have ever been to. Most places it's 6-9 or 7-10 depending on the day and which location. The fitness room was literally just an elliptical and a treadmill. No free weights. Pool didn't seem opened or cleaned recently.

When I arrived there was a vehicle parked in the access aisle between the two accessible parking spaces. The vehicle was also blocking the route to the hotel entrance so I had to travel 3x as far and in a dangerous vehicular traffic lane. When I told the desk clerk she told me it was her vehicle and refused to move it! Once in my room my service dog found something on the floor and ate it! I spent the next hour on the phone with poison control! The staff is insensitive to the needs of people with disabilities and the rooms are dirty. Stay elsewhere.

We chose to stay here for the weekend for my nieces birthday. The entire first floor is under construction which I didn’t realize when booking. However this was not a problem for us as we were on the 3rd floor. The only issues were minor like they only put two towels in the room and there were 4 of us so we had to ask multiple times for more towels, and the toilet ran for a long time. Despite these minor inconveniences we would stay here again if needed.

The eye sore of a electrical work truck parked i front of the building with a flat tire and a large spool on a trailer behind it. Park it in the back of the lot so not so ju ky looking. Grout in bathroom coming up in chunks. Ac unit cover blades were broke. Hair dryer was melted on the outside. Told management about ac unit and hair dryer

I will say that for the price, it was fine. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing, the beds were super comfy… HOWEVER, the upkeep up the rooms needed a lot of work. There were some bad stains & holes on the top cover sheet, and come on, just change it out with a different one. (I could tell it was CLEAN, just stained) The tile in the bathroom was missing most of the grout, and there was some nasty looking stuff in the bathtub and I didn’t bother touching to see if it was permanent or not. But again, for a $65 charge, it wasn’t horrible.

All was good and clean. The bathroom is badly in need of a redo. Tub has rust, tub mat is ripped. Tile needs a good scrubbing, especially in corners.

air conditioner would not set right and had some noise with it, so we shut if off. The bath tub faucet leaked, so we let them know it need to be fixed along with the air conditioner. Breakfast was nice and very accomodating. Will stay again if in the area.

Staff was very friendly, room was very large and clean. Very quiet, except for my 1 yr old grandson that went crazy after being in the car seat for 4 hours, we arrived shortly after midnight. Excellent variety for breakfast, overall we had a great stay.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance issues in my original room and I was offered a room change. Please note: I am not a coffee drinker so didn’t notice until the morning I checked out, but room 209 has a coffee maker but no coffee pot.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. After checking out, I realized I inadvertently left a couple items in the room. The stay was very helpful and gave the items to me when I drove back to get them. I appreciated that they took the time to look when so many other folks would've just just said, "we didn't see anything" so many thanks for taking the extra effort.

Very clean..accessing hotel going north was a bit tricky. Can access behind hotel from road. Staff super friendly, polite and accomodating. Breakfast was hot, had plenty of options and well stocked. Bed and pillows super comfortable. I would book again
