This experience was an absolute disaster. Upon check-in, staff attempted to change the reservation. Then, we were assigned to a smoking room (not ideal for someone with asthma), dirty, in poor condition, no microwave, exposed light switches, and non-working outlets. Staff attempted to enter the room while we were out. They claim to be pet-friendly but harassed us about our dogs. The heater in our room did not work. We requested a different room since the temps were below freezing. The new room wasn't much better. Also dirty, holes in the wall, and not similar to our reservation request. Our first stay was excellent here, but after this stay, we won't be returning. Every part of our stay failed to meet what we reserved.

Room didn’t look like the photos on the Expedia. Pool hour were inconvenient for our stay. Check in and check out hours were shorter than a 24 hour day, check in after 4 pm and check out by 11am. Water pressure was wake, water temperature was lacking and shower head had the water going all over the place.

They don't offer continental breakfast we went there because of severe flooding in Texas and it would have nice for this and aso reservation was for non smoking and went in the room and it smelled like some one was smoking in it

The room was right next to the pool! I love that! It was very easy for my husbands walker/cane. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Absolutely perfect until a major storm blew the power in the whole city.

This is the bare minimum for a room. There was cheesy soap and no shampoo. The remote for TV did not work and the front desk person was of no help. Never got it to work. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. I did not realize hotels still offered smoking rooms so when I reserved it I did not pay attention to that selection. I got a stinky room. Had to go to Walmart and get Frebreeze to even stay in it. I will NEVER stay in another Motel 6

Check in was fine. The room was scary. Every layer of the bedding had holes in it from cuts or cigarette burns. Blood stains and literally looked like someone took a bite out of the padding. The tv remote didnt work so the channel was stuck and volume was blaring. Needed the tv on because I could hear the couple next to us all night. Only 1 outlet to use that worked and it was in the bathroom. And definitely wouldn’t even think about using the shower. The tub is chipping with paint and looked like they patched a huge hole infront of the toilet and they put 1 layer of paint over haha.

They had roaches and a old lady walking around at 2am asking what room your in then reporting you being rude because you don’t wanna tell her then she says she works there well that should be the first thing she says when she walks all the way up to the trunk of your car at 2am

Total crap-hole. A Motel 6 should not be this nasty and run down. I stay in hotels/motels quite often and this has turned me off of Motel 6 completely. Het Motel 6, maybe you should inspect your franchises because this one is a dump

Old and Tired Hotel, no hot water in shower, toilet that barely flushed, door to room had to be slammed due to not being correct size, uncovered light switches in room. No outlet near bed anywhere for a CPAP

Front desk receptionist was very rude and had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in. No quiet hours were enforced, there was loud music and yelling ALL night long, neither my husband nor I got any sleep. We checked out the next morning (a day early) because we were so put off by this place. The room was just fine. Understocked (no facial tissues) but no big complaints for the room itself.

I needed a bedside outlet for my CPAP. Not present. I am handicapped by feeble knees, with no elevator, I had to climb stairs to a 2nd floor room to get non-smoking. Towel rack by tub is loose. On a positive, I received exemplary service from staff.

At first glance, you’re probably thinking this is a bad place to stay and you would be wrong. It’s actually very nice for the price especially. The rooms are large and spacious. They are very clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was cold. Overall a great place to stay. No place is perfect and without flaws. The flaws here? The building is solid concrete so cell signals are pretty bad. And the WiFi also was on the struggle bus and somewhat spotty. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. I’d stay again.

I was very pleased with my stay here. It was clean, the staff (lady at front desk) was super nice and helpful and very inexpensive. It wasnt perfect, but for the price i paid, I cant complain. I will stay here again. Thank you.
