Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Staff was great when interacting with them. Breakfast hit the spot each morning. Didn't love the parking charge when its on their property and not advertised in advance. Used to that in big city's that use garages but not with self park on grounds with plenty of open parking.

Hotel was up to Hampton Inns standards in terms of service, cleanliness, comfortable, friendly & accomodating. But pool &workout room were closed for maintenance plus a storm knocked out TV service so it was all disappointing. Not anyone’s fault. But we were just traveling thru & a one night stay. Bfast was fine & we like not having to go anywhere for it. Worth the convenience. Nice quiet area to take a walk

We were disappointed that hotels.com did not indicate that the pool and gym was closed. Tail was under renovation and the first room we were given as we walked in was leaking from the ceiling onto the carpet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us another room. The halls smelled musty and needed freshening up. Also to have the room cleaned while we stayed there was very small print to see that we had to request. It will not be staying here again in spite of the friendly staff and great breakfast.

It was poor unfortunately. There was blood on the pillow sheets and the mattress. The room door was broken but would still lock. When we asked for new sheets, they were brought up to us and we had to change over the bloodied sheets. Staff was nice enough but it was very disappointing that we even had to go through something like this related to cleanliness.

Not enough parking. Construction equipment taking up a lot of parking. Hair band that wasn’t mine in shower on top of shower gel bottle. To me shower wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast ran out of food. Had to wait to be prepared.

I checked out early the room smelled of cigar smoke and moldy. I bed cover was dirty. I never took my shoes off because the carpet was filthy. The bed was very low to ground which smelled. I could not even shower there. ..

Room was clean and spacious. Motorized back out screens were great. Had an accessible room. Well equipped but bed was only 18 inches off the floor. I am not in a wheelchair but have significant mobility issues. Getting in and out of the bed was very difficult. Staff said all accessible rooms now have low beds. Not sure what to do in the future

Residents next to us had TV on ALL night. Can hear everything because of the thin walls. Staff is friendly but facility is dated and totally not worth the cheap price. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and my last.

I feel like the property is “tired.” It could use some updating which would make it feel cleaner and brighter. On the website from QR code near TV it said you offered 40 TV and several Streaming services including Netflix. I tried many station that were not available and finally called front desk and confirmed they did not offer many nor Netflix. I think it is important to keep material updated.

The TV did not work in the room . They guarantee satisfaction but would not credit me for the inconvenience because I told them at checkout. I did not want someone in the room when I wasn’t there and I had Doctor appointments so I couldn’t be in the room . I would like to be reimbursed for the tv not working . Thank you.

Check In was fast and the gentleman at the desk was very kind. The Breakfast was probably one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Only one issue I felt may need some attention is the elevator on the right as it moved as door was opening and closing and was a little shaky. Other then that property and stay was geat!

The only bad thing was that most of the TV channels didn’t work on the last day that was Sunday. They didn’t hav3 anyone to fix it being Sunday. They did offer giving us a different room though.

The breakfast was VERY disappointing. They had no waffle batter and no eggs other than hard boiled. Most hotels have at least bananas, not just green apples and offer bottled water. It also was a little noisy at night. We could hear the people in the next room. It was clean and had plenty of clean towels in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and professional. Room clean and comfortable. But when I checked out, I was denied a printed receipt. The gal said I would have to get it from Expedia. Makes no sense. I want a receipt for the amount charged to my credit card. That is not hard to do. Will not be returning.

My only real issue is that at my check in I stood waiting for a bit for the desk clerk to attend to me as she sat in a room next to the desk watching a show. That's certainly a bad first impression of the facility being that that's the first person the guests encounter. Otherwise, the room was clean as well as the hallways. (Parking semi sucks at night though)

Clearly recently refurbished. Clean and quiet and in good repair. Easy access from route 100. Very well stocked gym and even a pool. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Columbia.

The key machine was broken, so it was a bit of a struggle to get a key to our room (couldn't get 2), the credit card machine wasn't working so it was really hard to check in (but at least it got us out of paying for the unexpected parking fee that wasn't advertised on Expedia), and the kitchen was out of order, so their was no breakfast/coffee which was really disappointing. The staff were really nice, though.

The breakfast at this location was above average for breakfast included hotels. I enjoyed a small cheese omelet, bacon and fried potatoes. There was a larger selection of morning juices so a tried one other than my usual orange juice. Also, there was a selection of seating options, low seats at a couch, high seats at high table, and regular seats at tables. At the checkout desk, there was a sign about a $6 parking fee, but somehow, I avoided that charge, which I appreciated.
