Quick shuttle service from the airport. Good breakfast - I love when hotels have oatmeal. Next morning - shuttle service was done so they paid for a Lyft back to the airport.

We stayed at this location because it was close to the Dayton airport and offered a free shuttle to the airport. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle driver was late taking us to the airport which was a little frustrating since we scheduled it the night before. And while our stay was good I need to mention that there is clearly a lot of wear and tear on this hotel. The furniture in the lobby is almost worn out, the walls have a lot dings and scratches in all the hallways, etc.

This property is extremely outdated. The carpet in elevators and hallways was really dirty. It was gross! The room bathroom had a broken shower door, cracked and moldy caulking. Carpet in room was a dirty old plaid carpet and wallpaper peeling on the walls. One good thing (which is why we booked Hampton Inn) is the beds are always very comfortable.

The hotel was extremely dated and appeared to have not been updated since the 1970’s. The room was dirty and the bathroom had a large amount of hair on the floor by the shower. For the price of the room, we expected better quality. Overall it seemed very run down.

This hotel is "on the list" for an upgrade which it desperately needs. In addition to being very old, with most of the room furniture scratched and dented, it also wasn't cleaned well. The room frig was dirty and crumbs were left on chairs and tables. Really bad for a not inexpensive Hampton Inn.

Bathroom floor was sticky, our floor made noise walking across it, people above us had the same issue (we heard them walking so I’m sure the people below heard us), AC wall unit was very noisy (wakes you up at night), black out shades ripped. We stayed 3 nights but no room service. Breakfast offerings were good. Hotel needs updating/repairs but is fine for a couple nights. Hampton Inns usually have higher standards from our previous experiences.

The shower doors were covered in black mold. Several areas of the shower were moldy also. The body wash was empty but not discovered until I’m standing in the shower wet. The toilet didn’t flush well, if at all. The king size bed had a queen size sheet that came off in the middle of the night. The mattress was stained and the breakfast served watered down juice. Terrible hotel and the front desk could have cared less.

Day to day maintenance is lacking and needs addressed and maintained before the place becomes a forgotten destination. Vending in “ice and vending” rooms does not exist plus the ice machines have not been wiped down or cleaned in months. Every exterior room door has been beaten up my maid carts, yet to one seems to own any paint. Grout is half missing on bathroom floors, and changes in accessories in bathroom have left holes in the walls. Maybe is the tubs were cleaned the black mildew would be eliminated in the tub caulk. Overall this place was probably new ten years ago and the owner is not reinvesting in this property. I stayed here a year ago and you can tell it’s has aged about 5 years in the past one year. Plus the non-main lobby doors have a sign on them that they are locked all the time, well they were unlocked at 11:30PM

My room was not clean at all. There were handprints and smudges all over the window. The base of the tub was filthy with dirt and hair and the sofa had a huge rip in one of the cushions with stuffing coming out. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and for $200 I really expect more. I will never stay at this location again and will have to think about ever booking with a Hampton Inn again.

The room was large and well equipped with fridge and microwave. I had to press some shirts and the was newer and clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows and the bathroom countertop was large and I could spread out.

From the moment we checked in things were off to a great start: Very friendly staff and fast check in, complimentary bottled water coming in and again when we left, nice touch. Our room was comfortable and clean, facility is modern and well appointed, great hot breakfast and the hotel itself is in a good location. I don't have one single criticism. We will be back in July!

Didn’t like the pool and fitness facility being closed. But manager Denise was amazing and accommodating when we thought we might need a meeting room for my mom’s memorial service! She also helped with our key cards which didn’t ever work in the afternoons/ evenings! She did everything she could and we still had that problem but she tried her hardest.

The hotel is tucked away behind other commercial businesses and has a “woodsy” feel to it. It is still close to the interstate but trees block the view. The person who designed the parking lot should be fired but it’s manageable. You might pass the entrance from the cul-de-sac and hop a curb or two getting in or out. The staff is always very friendly and the breakfast staff is on point.

It was just okay. It was convenient for the shuttle to the airport. The place seems dated. There are restaurants, but you really need to drive to them…..there is nothing within walking distance. And the restaurant choices are limited. The front desk people were friendly and nice.

Booked a suite with two beds and fold out couch. The room was HUGE and we were able to put up an air mattress as well, no problem. The shower was amazing, the room.was clean, staff was very nice. The breakfast had so much stuff! It was a monday morning and everything good. Except, i think the pastries had been frozen and thawed because the bottoms were sopping wet, like gross, so we just didnt eat them, oh well. My mothers complaint was there were zero benches outside to sit. As of June, 19, 2023 the pool and fitness room are closed and being remodeled, but that is just fyi, we didnt care. This was a fantastic stay and in would absolutely book this one again.
