Hampton Inn & Suites Dayton-Airport

Ms. Steph at the front desk was incredible when checking in. There was an issue with the reservation and she was very helpful in trying to make it right. Thank you, Ms Steph for going above and beyond!! Unfortunately the good experience ends there. I couldn’t get the digital key to work and Sherry at the front desk just wanted to give more physical keys rather than fixing the issue (the app said see the front desk). When the curtains wouldn’t stay closed (first floor room 122 for my parentsthe solution was to change rooms (8:45-9 at night and unpack), my father asked for a butterfly clip and fixed the issue. The guide on the tv is what you would find in the 1990’s. The paper guide that was offered didn’t match the channels on the tv. A no-tell Motel has more channels and better guide.

Very nice place. Enjoyed breakfast apples were excellent

Our air conditioning did not work properly the whole time we stayed. The staff downstairs was very friendly. Walked passed one of the cleaning and they did not even say Hi or make eye contact. I felt that was very rude. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The bathroom was not very clean. Also looked like the rugs all around the hotel was not vacuumed very well either. The pool was dirty and cold as well. I wouldn't stay there again!

We did t stay for breakfast because the refused to give us the room we reserved 6 weeks in advance and charge us more for a smaller room. The manger Angela was was not accommodating at all to work in hospitality.
