We were able to do slightly earlier check in which was greatly appreciated. I was bummed that the pool was kind of dirty with leaves in it and it was cold. The hot tub (main reason besides price to choose this facility) was not working. The part to repair was supposed to come in while we were there but alas, it was not repaired while we were there. Breakfast was good. Floor was quiet. Would stay there again... but call to confirm the hot tub first. :)

Room was comfortable, needed a little tlc with floors and bathroom, A/C struggled a little keeping room cool. Pool was green our entire stay, but did get serviced our last day there. Overall good stay, just the few things mentioned.

Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Staff was very nice & super helpful. The breakfast had a great selection of good food. The hot tub was perfect and a welcome relief for my bad back! Would definitely stay here again.

When we go to Fredericksburg we always stay here. Our room was exceptionally clean. We enjoy coffee in the room and a nice breakfast. It's a nice place to stay! *I did make a comment to management that the exterior plants need to be updated. They looked a bit tired. But the rooms are always nice!

We really felt the room should have been cleaner. Even at this price point was expecting a cleaner room. Tile and floor, especially corners were dirty. Should note that this is a pet friendly hotel, so may have been a contributing factor. Our first room smelled of urine, and the front desk did switch our room, and it smelled better. But I think rooms need a deeper cleaning esp. with pets coming in regularly.

Location was the most important part. Unfortunately the property is not clean: the hallway, elevator, the rug in my room had a huge stain that disturbed me all the 2 nights I was there. Also the head shower was not working properly. Maintenance must be a must in that property.

The carpet had a huge stain on it. There was something splattered on the wall. Dirty light switches. The bedding was HOT! Possibly the mattress? The a/c was not calibrated. Temp set to 64° and was still hot at night. Breakfast was horrible. Not much to choose from. Hampton Inn has you beat guys.

Signed check in paperwork, then staff walked away for 10 minutes instead of just giving me my keycards. Pubic hair on toilet and room was uncomfortably hot even with AC set to 62 degrees

We noticed some water damage in the top of the window frame and it looked like mold. The room had a musty odor. We contacted the front and they were very helpful. They have said if you all will contact them, they will initiate the reimbursement for the two night stay.

The ac said it was 60 but the entire room felt muggy and hot. I asked the front desk and they said everything has been recently serviced and there was no fan to borrow. Bring a fan if you stay here unless you like sleeping hot.

I like it because of the people who work there. They are very sweet and professional. I do not like the property because the air conditioner system is outdated, too noisy, and the rooms facing the street are not suitable for sleeping due to the direct street lighting.

They did not have the room ready, Gave me a new room and then kicked us out of that room the next morning Staff was very unprofessional and threatened us. Next day they apologize and even offer some compensation Honestly very bad experience

Our stay was great, even though elevators were down when we checked in. It wasn't a problem since we were only on the 2nd floor. The beds were a little too firm for my bad back, but the room overall was comfortable. Very nice front desk staff and breakfast staff. We checked in last minute and it was not a problem.

It is just a few miles from main st. Was very clean. And front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful in suggesting place to go as we were there to go on a wine tasting tour. Will definitely stay there when we are there.

La Quinta Fredericksburg is a very nice hotel close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Very nice surrounding. Check in and out was easy. People are friendly. The rooms and bathroom are good size , comfortable beds, very clean, nice amenities and thick towels. Breakfast offered. There is a pool and gym and laundry room.

Comfortable bed, AC, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the breakfast made me ill. I don’t know if it was the weird eggs or the sausage patty. The coffee was very watery. I was unable to use the hot tub in the morning even though it opens early. There was a timer on the wall, but it wasn’t working in the morning like the evening before. The whole outside area could use a facelift and better maintenance. Because I became ill after breakfast, I decided to cancel the second night and return home.

Decent stay in a small town with limited hotel options. Our AC didn’t work but we didn’t mention it since the room temp was fine. Comfy bed. Area seemed safe. Quiet hotel. Staff was very nice. Just minutes from the shops. Worst part was probably the breakfast. It was nice it was offered but it wasn’t good compared to other hotels. But we are it anyway.

1. The traffic on the road in front is very noisy so if you are going to stay there be sure to get a room in the back of the building. 2. Breakfast: the eggs and sausage were both cold and there was no orange juice. I pointed out the problem with the eggs and sausage to one of the hotel workers and one of the other guests pointed out the lack of orange juice. I was there for another 15 to 20 minutes and nothing was done to correct either problem before I left. I have stayed at hotels across the country and have never seen the like.

A nice La Quinta. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean ( usual place where we struggle for cleanliness). The breakfast was a little lacking compared to other hotels.
