Very clean! Comfortable and quiet! The pool was great for the kids. We walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner back to our room for the night. Breakfast was very good. The kids had time to swim again before check out. The only negative was there is no exhaust fan in bathroom but not a big deal. Will definitely stay again.

The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. And I’ve stayed at many. Ceiling leaked on me while I was in bed. No rollaway beds available (just two for the whole hotel). My youngest had to sleep on the floor. No soap or shampoos in the room I was moved to. Bathroom had hair in the tub and on floor. Breakfast was bare minimum. Furniture in lobby and dining area coming apart. No waters available at desk. Packaging tape holding elevator moulding in place. The only positive part of our stay was the evening desk person. She was very kind, but also having to deal with many complaints and building problems last night. But she was as helpful as she could be with everyone.

Room and bathroom were good size and clean. Furnishings in the lobby are worn out, carts for luggage are beyond worn out. When I arrived to check in I had to shout to get someone to come to desk because she was busy FaceTimeing and even kept the phone on while getting my room key.

This property is right next door to Cracker Barrel which is very convenient. A lot of older people find this very handy when traveling. However the walkway is not handicap accessible and was very difficult to get to by wheelchair. It is too dangerous to walk on the roadway pushing a wheelchair. A wheelchair friendly walkway would be ideal. Thank you for considering this.

We came down to visit family for the holiday and stayed for two nights. While the property was nice, our room was dirty. There was a visible cup ring in front of the TV, and it looked like there was dog hair all over the desk. The carpet and bedspread were dirty and stained, and the room was dusty, from the coffee pot to the windowsill. The pillows were a dingy yellow color. We were disappointed with our stay, which is surprising since we have stayed here before without any issues. Unfortunately, this may be our last time staying at this property, as the room did not meet our expectations given the price we paid.

I discovered an already used towel with blood and mucous on after using it to dry my hands. The rooms wall had a booger on it. When reporting it to management, the General Mgr. avoided conversing with me twice until I chase after her and confronted her about the issue. She blamed her actions on a subordinate leader and stated her subordinates should be able to handle the situation, and there was nothing that could be done because the room was booked through 3rd party. Poor leadership and bad Hilton representation. Had bag breakfast due to renovations which wasn’t worth eating. Management was not nice. However, the housekeeping staff was kind and more accommodating than the General Manager Ms. Shaw. She asked me to send an email with pics of the issue along with my Hilton honors number. I have yet to receive a response. Horrible experience at this hotel.

Seems like when I book a Hampton through Expedia I always get stuck in a special needs room or by the elevator as punishment. This special needs room was bad. The shower leaked water constantly all over the bathroom floor. Always wet.

This Hampton Inn was in a state of upgrade construction, however I am sorry to say the checkin lady was not happy with her job or something. She was not friendly or helpful at all. The room was average and as we were traveling, we experienced many other hotels that were a better value for the price than this hotel.

The room overall was very good. Very comfortable bed. The room was also clean and maintained. The problem area was the common areas. I went into the lobby bathroom and they were out of both paper products. I stooped to eat breakfast and they were out of eggs and the serving counter was filthy. All of the staff we met were great. I waited around for more eggs to be served, but finally left without eating any.
