Dirty, security was low…exterior doors left unlocked all hours of the day.

Filthy linens, missing lightbulbs. Stains on furniture and carpet. Washer and dryer broke. Vending machines broke. Bathroom vent fan broke trim missing from the wall

Ice machine was out of order, which can be frustrating. Washer/Dryer was also out of order (didn't have a need).

It was gross all of the emergency exits on the side of the building were broken and unusable. There were people screaming at all times. Also the front desk person was on their cellphone speaker while helping me with my key not working and never stopped talking. The shower was the worst shower I have ever seen and extra dirty.

Convenient with easy check in service and pleasant staff. Washer and dryers not in operation. But I didn’t need them.

The joint is tired and run down . Lori at front desk was very nice. My handicapped room consisted of a stool sitting beside the tin. Air conditioner broke second night. 90 plus degrees. Breakfast was pitiful. Indoor camping. The pic in my room during light id day…. Things were splashed all over it. Elevator had missing flooring… almost fell stepping into it city my luggage. Towels clean but threadbare.

Given room keys with a smile, get to room and it’s OCCUPIED AND DIRTY! Moved to another room, dirty, moldy, cobwebs everywhere, vent in bathroom hanging off. Walls filthy. Door didn’t freely close had to be slammed. Gym?… it was a room with a treadmill with a basket of moldy towels. Just unbelievably unsanitary!

The property in the website, it's a non-smoking hotel but people are smoking in side the hotel.

So dirty!!! Burns in the bed coverings, white comforters had not been washed. Sticky spots on carpet!!

The room was absolutely horrible and dated. The lock on the adjoining room door didn’t have a lock, there was no fire/smoke detector attached to the wall, just wires. There was random hairs in the bed and stains splashed on the walls and lamp shade. Didn’t even stay 5 minutes. Would NOT recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty. Carpets were ripped, sheets stained, cobwebs, water damage on walls. This place needs renovated.

Unclean facility in general, the room smell really bad. Towels and sheets not too clean, had to put a towel in the trash because it had a bandage sticking to it.

Very dirty. Sheets had hairs all over them. Bathroom disgusting. We checked in and checked right back out. Staff was understanding and friendly. Do not stay here.

The room was dirty. The toilet was broken. The sheets were dirty. The mattress had stains on it.

This hotel was very uncomfortable. Bedding had brown and yellow stains and holes throughout the top sheet. Things were falling off the walls, the TV was junky and channels listed weren't available, the lobby smelled rank, and the back door was left unlocked 24/7 while there were people hanging out around the parking lot the entire time we were there. Compared to surrounding hotels this place is definitely a bargain, but so not expect it to live up to it's name. There is no quality here.

Terrible, dirty, from the bathroom to the room filthy

It was absolutely disgusting. There was mold on the walls from water damage, the carpets were peeling up, layers of dust and dirt on the side tables, the ac had mold in the vents so it was blowing mold spores all through the room, there was mold in the shower and tub, a light fixture by the door had no cover on it, just exposed bulbs and wires, the lamp shade was literally falling apart into pieces, and the room smelled so strong of Lysol that it took my breath away every time I walked in. The staff was not terrible, but not great. The cleaning lady was rude. We ending up leaving early.

Old and grungy. Noisy train and trucks outside the window all night. Door would not let us in and there were stains all over blankets and carpet.

location was convenient. property was not great. Smoke detector torn off wall and in a drawer...with two empty packs of cigarettes? Clothes rack torn off wall. Ceiling leaks and stained. Shower bad- shower head non functional. left towels in hall by door for replacement after first day- didn't get replaced. Alarm clock broke. coffee maker broke. Lobby coffee maker empty Sunday AM by 8??? Come on! I NEED coffee! Overwhelming Cigarette/weed smoke smell on 3rd floor. Room light (sconce) not working.

The room I stayed in was ugly and had stained bed sheets. The air conditioner constantly went on and off at night, going from loud to silent and constantly waking me up. Also, the wifi in the room wasnt working for my laptop and when I called up to find out why they told me that laptops dont work well at their hotel and I need to come down to ths lobby to get a signal. Pretty inexcusable.

Trains keep passing by and if you are a light sleeper, it wakes you up.

Okay, I'm not one of those people who demands that every hotel have great amenities and granite countertops and stuff like that. I get that there are expensive luxury destination resorts, and there are places where you stay overnight because you're traveling and you just need a place to stay. I will never complain that a budget-friendly hotel just doesn't have upgrades or high-end features, just like I won't complain when a fast food restaurant doesn't serve prime rib. BUT - this was beyond that. This place was falling apart, literally. The first thing I noticed when I got into the room was that someone had stained the bedcovers with permanent ink. So, they were clean, but stained. But then I noticed that every single wall had scratches, as did all the furniture. The shower faucet was not flush with the wall, and the control was, well, missing. The worst thing, though, was that the fire alarm had been completely torn apart. It clearly isn't functional - THIS IS A CODE VIOLATION!!! The lady who checked me in was friendly and helpful, but the place is clearly understaffed. After I got into my room, I never saw another employee: not at the breakfast, not at checkout. On some level, it's not surprising that the place is in such bad shape, since they probably didn't have enough maintenance and other staff. Though the one employee I met was nice, I just didn't feel safe. I won't be back.

We had an adjoining room, nobody we knew in this adjoining room but we heard EVERYTHING.

The rooms needed work. Shower didn’t work the greatest, had to be move to a different room due to heater not working, drawer was broken , lamps barely worked. Had to do a once over before we used the bathroom

Run down, carpet and tile ripped and broken, furniture damaged and dirty walls. Right next to train tracks. Cheap for a reason

Let’s start with the good; 1. Price was reasonable, 2. Bed was very comfortable, 3. Air conditioner worked well. 4. Wifi worked. The bad 1. The first thing, the woman at the front desk told me was that our door was difficult to open. I didn’t believe her, but yet I needed to call her up to help us open it. The handle to the door is literally disabled. You have to lift the door up and caress it the proper amount, or it will not open. 2. I walked into the room and there was a liquid mark on the floor. I thought maybe it was a stain but I put a small amount of water on a towel and moved it around with my shoe, and it all came off. 3. The microwave was broken. 4. The bathtub spout did not work and was rusted closed (we had to use shower to fill tub). The paint was peeling off the wall in the shower. 5. Carpet trim around the wall was off and sitting on the floor. There was a stain on the bed curtain. 6. I wanted to watch the game on TV and all channels were fuzzy like rabbit ears.

Our stay was great. All of the staff we encountered were exceptional! The room was clean and well laid out. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again!

Other people in the hotel making noise all night long and hotel employees do nothing

The room was fully cleaned properly when I arrived, had no toilet paper or towels, previous guest trash was still there, but the bed was made and seemed like it was vacuumed. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice.

Very inappropriate. No one was at front desk when I arrived. A woman came out shortly afterwards looking very high like maybe she was sleeping. Her supervisor was on the phone screaming and yelling. I would never book with this place ever again. I feel very disrespected!!!

The older man at front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I had booked 2 rooms and the first room he gave us was filthy and empty beer bottles and dirty bed sheets. Said he didn’t realize he gave us a room that hadn’t been clean. The 2 rooms we ended up with were very outdated. A/c had no cover and no cold air. Dirt in corners of room. Comforter on bed was washed but had old stains. Towel rack broken and shower wall dirty. Door in the back of hotel not secured. Front desk man was wearing a dirty white under shirt with big stains on it. He even lied to me when I confronted him about his behavior. We stayed as we arrived close to midnight and were exhausted. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I was in town for a wedding and this was the closest place for us to stay. I called and explained we could use extra time to get ready so they made sure our room was clean so we could check in early. Not many places would do that!

We hit major rain on the way in so we didn’t arrive until after midnight and the service was quick and easy. Which was fantastic since we were so tired bu that point.

The woman working the front desk was extremely rude. She checked me in to the hotel after 3 pm. I went up to the room to see that it was not cleaned from the previous guest. When I went back down to the front desk I told her that the room wasn’t clean. She immediately became very rude and defensive. She raised her voice at me told me that I would just have to come back later because they have 2 people trying to clean 50 rooms. I asked if she could put me in another room and she told me that they had no rooms and were completely booked. She did contact the staff and got them to clean the room but acted as if I was inconveniencing her. As I was waiting in the lobby for a half an hour I could hear complaining about me to somebody behind the desk. The property overall is not well maintained. Garbage overfilled at breakfast and counters dirty. My stay at this hotel was extremely stressful and I was treated like a villain for simply wanting a clean room to stay in.

A half hour before checking in the manager called and asked if I would switch my booked 2 queen beds room for a king bed room since they were over booked. I agreed and didn’t mind helping them out. After getting to the room, it was not a king bed and was so small it looked like a double bed. Called front desk and was told he knew nothing about it and since they were over booked that was the only room available. I then called the number back that called me 30 minutes prior to check in and was told the woman that made that call was gone but they had a king bed available across the street at days inn which was an even bigger dump than this place so I said no, just give me the room I had originally booked. She said no with an I don’t care attitude. I read reviews before booking any room but this was an unplanned trip due to a family member’s hospitalization so no time for that and since it was a Steelers home game, no other rooms available. Upon check out there was no compensation or apologies from Heidi, the manager on duty that day. She made it abundantly clear that she had no intention of compensating me at all. Needlessly to say things got heated and after screaming at each other for 5 minutes I walked out and tossed the card keys at her and left. The staff was completely unprofessional, the room was filthy, toilet wasn’t attached to the floor and all the furniture was falling apart. This place is filthy and disgusting. Sleeping in your car is a better option than this dump.

Convenient and prices good

Adequate place to stay. Location is good, close to the people I was visiting, steady if not spectacular facility. Would likely stay again

Nice centrally located property

The property is well-maintained and convenient to shopping, restaurants and the PA Turnpike and Rt 28 to Pittsburgh!

The facilities are well-kept and major highway access is very convenient to both the PA Turnpike and Route 28 to Pittsburgh's downtown!

Breakfast is same every morning..we stayed for 6 nights and we lost interest on the second day..

Breakfast buffet the eggs came from a bag they microwaved. Thats not fresh limited space juice was out food was out not replenished. Lights in room hall was out . The first room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes smoke plus the fridge made an awful noise . They moved us to another room still smelled of cigarette smoke . Fridge in new room still made a noise all night going on and off . We got very little sleep . We’ll never stay at another quality inn again.

Natalie at the Front Desk was very friendly and welcoming. Juice and water availability 24x7 was a great touch. Breakfast was fine but the person in-charge seemed annoyed with having to refill - the only negative.

location works for us. breakfast is real good, phone didn't work very well, sometimes the door didn't lock. told them about the phone and thay laugh at me, not worth the price but what are we going to do? just wish they wouldn't lie on there website. i guess I'm just old school that way,

The hotel was everything I needed for comfort, safety and convenience while making a family visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Larger refrigerator than I usually get in a hotel room. Breakfast was far better than what I expected.

The room was in poor condition. No towel bar and bent up lamp shades. Very cheap cable so you couldn’t get local service. The breakfast bar was a joke. For example No creamer for coffee and bread selection was 3 slices of stale raisin bread. This was at 8 am. When I asked the clerk about a bagel or English muffin they said sorry we are out

Staff was courtious and friendly. Room was decent and the bed perfect! Contintental breakfast was good.

Had great breakfast and local to restaurant

I did not like anything of it. Not Spacious. Soon you enter into hotel from the front desk you feel it is too tight. Very bad smell soon entered into hotel. Carpets are new and clean. That's the only positive I found in the hotel. The bathroom sink did not work well. The water is not cleaned right away. It takes ages for the water to drain away. Food is not at all good. No fruits at all. Not many options for a vegetarian.
