This is a resort-a great view, trails nearby, breakfast-great, pool, hot tub, sauna, nice gym. Gwen went above and beyond. Breakfast staff very accommodating. The best coffee I have ever gotten for free in my life. Room was clean, up to date. Beautiful library, dinning area. I literally have NOTHING negative to say, just that I wish I could have stayed longer!

This is our go to property when we go to Hayward. Great lobby, spacious rooms, modest fitness center, and the best sauna we have had in our hotel travels. Staff is very friendly. All of the rooms are remodeled, but the walls are a little thinner than I would prefer. Easy check in with plenty of communication.

Highly recommend this hotel! Couldn't say enough about the accommodations, staff, breakfast provided, pool, sauna, whirlpool - all were excellent! Well worth the extra that you pay!

We have always had great stays here. This time was fine, except the swimming pool area was too hot. I could barely breathe. It would have been nice to have some air conditioning running. The door to our room was sticking, making it difficult to open. And they ran out of their wonderful cinnamon rolls this morning!!

Great facility with lots to offer. Really super clean rooms comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The lady at the front desk Gwen, was fantastic she upgraded our room with a lake view. We appreciated all the information that she gave regarding where to eat since this was our first time in Hayward. The only thing about the service was we requested some fresh towels and never got them. But really a well appointed room nicely done only one problem was the bathroom you feel like your in a closet and there's no room kind of a weird set up. But everything was to date and clean! Appreciated the hot tub and the sauna and the pool was huge for a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. I would give it 6 stars!

Front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and informative. Rooms are completely remodeled and I had a view of the lake. Bedding was very comfortable. Lobby/eating area is very inviting and also has a view of the lake.

The room was not worth $310 no suite just a big room most other rooms had a little patio we did not i expected a separation between the bed. But very clean and good service except did not say anything about breakfast hours.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean but very noisy. Could hear the people next to us talking on their phone, and they weren’t speaking loudly. Beds not real comfortable. Pretty expensive for a weekend in February in Hayward, WI when there wasn’t any event talking place.

Nice property. Rooms were nice, but the pillows were awful. The walls must be thin cause we could hear the tv next door to us...and could hear them talking...not yelling...just talking. Owners must know walls are thin because they attempt to put a barrier between the wall and TV, so if you are a light sleeper and have neck issues this might not be for you. Other then that the property is very nice and clean inside and out and there is a nice walking path along the road that can get you to restaurants etc.

Relatively new hotel right on Lake Hayward. Quick check-in, nice quiet big room (had extra sofa hadn't expected that.) Well designed amenities. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Beautiful facility. Newly remodeled rooms, and all the amenities. The only problem I experienced was the time to check in. When I arrived, there 3 people waiting behind the one person checking in. I suspect there was some problem, but it took me 20 minutes to finally get to the desk to check in. Only one person working the front desk at 5:30pm.

The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. We were on our way to a wedding and wanted to check in early to change out of our traveling clothes. Pat and Cory were very accommodating. Once we came back for the night, our room was very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was good. We will stay here again if we're in the area.

Very nice, however need to fix the pancake machine for breakfast. It’s not really an option if it doesn’t work. Someone came out from the kitchenette and looked at it and it still Only gave us rain drop size pieces….
