Room was clean and bedding good. Security bad- outside door was left hanging open, actually open, not just unlocked. Breakfast was awful - at 8am cereal dispensers only had a few dregs, “hot” fried eggs only one left. When reported to the desk clerk, who also was responsible for the breakfast, that everything was empty, he said he just refilled the sausages. The few that were in there must have been taken directly from the freezer to the warmer as they were ice cold, not just not hot. The oj came out of the dispenser looking like lemonade. There was no bread for toast. Only the waffle maker. One positive, they had a good coffee machine.

Great location, walking distance to a large pizzeria restaurant, gas station, and a movie theatre! The room was pretty clean. I think the beds are smaller than queen size. It was nice to have a pool, but the sauna is out of order. Breakfast was very limited and wasn’t stocked very well. It definitely needs some protein options. Good for one night stay.

When we checked in, there was piles of bird poop at the lobby door. Yo had to step in it to get in the door 😩 There were pigeons roosting over the door. The staff didn’t look or act professional. The side door we went in didn’t shut, so anyone could come in the hotel without a key.. The room was good, clean and looked like it was updated.

There weren't very many guests there when we were there, but it was still fairly loud. Also, there is no elevator, and I don't believe this is listed on the hotel's description. If you need an elevator to get to the second floor, you should request an ADA compliant room.

Pigeons are roosting over the main door to the hotel. We have stayed there multiple times and it’s been like that forever. You have to straddle it to get in the main door. That’s disgusting.

Pool was nice. Sauna was out of order. Pain in sleeping area and bathroom black and peeling. Very small bathroom. Had to get in the tub to shut the door because it was inches from the toilet. Entry light and bathroom fan didn't work. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was better then expected. Eggs sausage waffles cereal yogurt breads oatmeal and apples.

We are not sure how this hotel earned overall favorable reviews, but it certainly did not match our experience. Our room was quite dirty. Window sills, tile edges, the edge along the top of the shower enclosure and the shelves around the tub haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The hotel desperately needs attention and it is like the owners dont have enough money to renovate or keep the hotel running as it should. It runs on less than enough staff. The only person running the hotel in the evenings and night was very friendly and clealy a hard worker, but our experience with morning staff was less than stellar. So many smokers hanging around and crowding every exit and we experienced people smoking pot and cigarrettes every time we went in our out. Cleaning staff were friendly people but as said, our room was not clean. I think the people there do the best they can but the owners dont invest enough into the hotel for it to be run as it should.

This hotel is clearly neglected and in disrepair. The stairwell smelled like mildew with peeling wallpaper that is probably original to it opening as an Amerihost many years ago. Key card reader at the back door was not working properly. In our room the bathroom exhaust fan was partially hanging from the ceiling. The older style tub stopper was broken and wedged into place. One lamp wasn't able to be plugged as the outlet was too far away. This was more than likely because the room was originally a double room and not a long room. The elevated bathroom sink leaves no counter space to do anything. The security latch in the room was also broken. The ptac filter was dirty and in ill repair. The curtains were actually missing hooks and hanging poorly. Furniture is tired and worn. The bed is one of the hardest I have every slept on and the bedding was rough, thin and itchy.

breakfast was just continental, not full. There was no closet for hanging clothes. The beds were very high in the air - I am 5ft, 3in., I had the practically jump up on the bed and roll over to get in the bed. I'm 66 years old. I cannot imagine others getting in these beds. The ice machine is in a room that is very very hot. The ice melted quickly - within 2 hrs. The TV is ROKU device. What happened to just regular channels for news, TV shows, etc.

No hanger space, no drawers, bathroom is 5'x5.5'. The A/C sounded like a jet engine. trouble sleeping. We were charged a very high rate and we are seniors and military retirees. The worst. Never again! We cancelled our 3rd day and went to another hotel which was awesome.

The place could use some updating. There were broken light fixtures in the hallway. Pealing paint in the bathroom and a lamp on the side of the bed with nowhere to plug it in!? The bed was very hard so even after 11 hours of driving it was difficult to get any rest.

Be careful! Unprofessional staff, they need training. The receptionist double booked us and blamed it on Expedia’s system, they said they’d reimburse us and they never did. We could’ve gone to a better place for the price we paid. Stay away!

Weak breakfast. They had plenty of donuts and other stuff but never put it out. The toilet woldnt flush so they dropped off a plunger. No fix just plunger. The attendant could be bothered, too busy on phone. Not a place i plan in using again.
