Picked the place because it was close for my meetings on Sparks. Incredibly surprised how nice it was compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. Clean, modern and lots of room. Plus I got a free upgrade. From desk staff were friendly and helpful. The SKy Lounge was a bit weird. I thought it was a bar, but it’s just a space with a view of Parliament. I think they rent it for occassions. Still, fantastic view. Will be staying here again.

In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Parliament-Hill. Frühstücksmöglichkeit nicht im Hotel vorhanden, aber direkt nebenan ist ein Café. Helles, sauberes und geräumiges Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Einziger Nachteil: das sehr schmale Queensize-Bett.

Was an excellent last minute choice in Ottawa Ontario. Front desk service is excellent and very helpful. There is parking avail and clearance is 6` feet 4 inches. You do have access to gym, pool table and even cinema for like 15 people for whatever event you like to watch. Pretty neat for a hotel. Parking is a little pricy for me at $37(2025).

It was good, but not even close to what I expected based on Expedia photos and descriptions. Very close to everything, but the hotel does not have a lot of amenities like restaurant, bar, pool. The lounge upstairs is nice, but again no amenities food or drink for you. It's clearly a private residence building with a few floors converted to hotel. I won't stay here again. Better off paying more and getting a lot more service and deliverables for it. Ex. You don't get your room cleaned or bed made. Have to ask for extra towels to get them delivered to room if you use up yours after a few days. The price was a win.

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom courtyard apartment. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Its more of a large studio with the bedroom able to be separated by sliding partitions. There's a full kitchen and washer dryer, comfy bed and plenty of storage for longer stays. The staff are nice, friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent position in the city with cafes, bars and most of the tourist sites easily walkable. There's secure parking available but it gets full quickly during business hours. Its a go to hotel for visiting Ottawa.

The hotel’s location was extremely central, easy walking distance to all of the attractions on Wellington and Elgin Streets (houses of Parliament, Supreme Court, National Arts Centre, etc.). The room was clean and beautiful and had a full kitchen, which saved us some money on meals. The parking was directly below the hotel and the elevators came very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa!

This place was amazing. I’ve never stayed somewhere so clean. The property itself and the room was so clean. The room was extremely quiet and well stocked. We loved the washer and dryer available in the room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Excellent location and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. My only comments would be improve your WiFi (it was sometimes slow) and the television service I found inadequate. I found the Roku TV SO inept.

We stayed at ReStays for a total of 4 nights, extending our stay by an extra night. Our first night was in Room 409 in the larger tower. The room itself was quite spacious but felt more like an office than a comfortable apartment. The layout wasn’t ideal, with the bedroom too close to the entrance, and there was no option to adjust the lighting. It was a noisy night, as we could hear every sound from the corridor—it almost felt like we were sleeping in the hallway. After raising this with the front desk, they quickly apologised and moved us to a larger, quieter room. They even provided a complimentary breakfast voucher, which was a nice gesture. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff were brilliant—always helpful and available when needed. We were moved to Room 501 in the Queens Tower, which was a significant improvement. Not only was it larger, but the layout felt more like a proper apartment, and you could watch TV from the bed if you wished. The room was bright and overlooked the street, making it a pleasant space to relax in. We decided to extend our stay by an additional night, but as Room 501 was already booked, the front desk arranged for us to stay in Room 506 on the same floor. This room was also very nice—slightly larger and with less street noise. Although it was located opposite the lift, which could bother some, we didn’t find it too disruptive. If I could make a few recommendations for improvement, it would be to give the apartments a more homely feel.

Beautiful one bedroom suite with balcony with a small view. Impeccably clean, the room was well furnished, along with a full kitchen with a full size fridge and spotless appliances. Bed was a tad soft and the water pressure could've been higher but they're both personal preferences. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended.

I booked this room to study for my exam and here is what happened. I asked a quiet room, I got the room facing the street at 6th floor. around 4-11PM I can hear the bus and the bikers on the queen street. late at night can still hear the bikers. I can hear the elevator sound and people talking in the corridor. around 5-9 am in the morning all I hear is the sharp beep sound form the instruction. I tried to sleep in the sofa and closed the door for bedroom. this helps but the sofa is small, so I have to crouch a bit. But when I am sleeping on the sofa, I can clearly hear the elevator and people talking in the corridor. I think the instruction sound also woke up my neighbor because I started hearing weird noises from them early in the morning. The shower water pressure is low. other things do met the standard of 4 star hotel.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out our stay was fabulous! Josh gave a warm, friendly greeting and was very attentive to what we needed. The room is perfect as it felt like a home away from home. Big enough space to work in the hotel room, bring food back to have dinner or make our own breakfast. Parking was very convenient and everything we needed was within walking distance. Mark gave a great recommendation to a restaurant close by. Also at check out Josh was very hospitable. Very much recommended if you are looking a place that has home comfort. Every staff we came across was very friendly.

Parking was very convenient and everything we needed was within walking distance. Mark gave a great recommendation to a restaurant close by. Also at check out Josh was very hospitable. Very much recommended if you are looking a place that has home comfort. Every staff we came across was very friendly.

I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by name by the gentleman on duty. He was uber professional but warm and friendly at the same time. Throughout my 4 night stay I dealt with Ahmed and Josh. Both gentlemen were helpful with directions, suggestions, and guidance for my family and I to have an enjoyable and memorable visit in Ottawa. We will be returning for another stay very soon. Excellent property and excellent staff. I highly recommend this property. Everything about the property is "top shelf."

No TV is bedroom so we attempted to set up in the living room pull out. Had no extra linens for the pull out and attempted to call 6 times to front desk for linens to be sent up. Left a voicemail and everything, no replies. Woke up to banging and clanging outside at 5am. Probably would not stay again.

I was totally put off at checkin by the gent who was at the front desk when I came in. He was on the phone with someone and didn't even acknowledge me. He proceeded on the phone for about 4 minutes and when he finished the phone rang immediately again and he answers it and served the person who called. Never once did he acknowledge me nor apologize. Someone else came to the desk (employee) while he was on the second call and he just pointed at me to indicate to the other employee to serve me. I was very put off and felt like the customer service in this case was absolutely sub standard. I would love to know what will be done about this, definitely a poor experience and not one that I would ever recommend. Please advise

My husband and I enjoyed an overnight at reStays Ottawa. A very knowledgable and friendly staff greeted us at reception, to ensure an enjoyable stay. Location was within walking distance to many attractions, great restaurants and transit. After attending a local concert, the comfortable suite, complete with kitchenette, was a welcome retreat. Thanks for a lovely stay. On our next trip to downtown Ottawa, we will be sure to return.

The hotel’s location was extremely central, easy walking distance to all of the attractions on Wellington and Elgin Streets (houses of Parliament, Supreme Court, National Arts Centre, etc.). The room was clean and beautiful and had a full kitchen, which saved us some money on meals. The parking was directly below the hotel and the elevators came very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Ottawa!

Sehr schickes Appartment mit Balkon und voll eingerichteter moderner Küche, sowie zahlreiche Schränke und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Wäre somit auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Parliament-Hill. Frühstücksmöglichkeit nicht im Hotel vorhanden, aber direkt nebenan ist ein Café. Helles, sauberes und geräumiges Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Einziger Nachteil: das sehr schmale Queensize-Bett.

It was good, but not even close to what I expected based on Expedia photos and descriptions. Very close to everything, but the hotel does not have a lot of amenities like restaurant, bar, pool. The lounge upstairs is nice, but again no amenities food or drink for you. It's clearly a private residence building with a few floors converted to hotel. I won't stay here again. Better off paying more and getting a lot more service and deliverables for it. Ex. You don't get your room cleaned or bed made. Have to ask for extra towels to get them delivered to room if you use up yours after a few days. The price was a win.

Great location, particularly easy for the subway and the central station. Nice, large modern room with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a comfortable bed and laundry facilities. Lots of social spaces downstairs including a games room and sitting room which were both quiet and very clean.
