The property is pleasant enough, although the communal areas are a bit too small for the number of guests staying here- ie, too many people around at peak breakfast times. There were only a few things that bothered me. Firstly, there was quite a pronounced dip in the mattress which was not good for my back. Secondly, many of the male guests think that it is ok to sit in the sauna completely naked with their legs apart, displaying their reproductive organs. This may be the norm in an adult male only sauna in some countries, but this sauna is not one of these. There are women and children guests. There is an A4 sheet of paper on the door to the sauna area reminding guests that swimsuits must be worn, but this is not enforced by the staff.

Rooms lovely and spacious. Aqua aerobics great fun. Stretching and yoga instructor very good. Staff in restaurant, chiefs, Abmel, Caroline very pleasant and nice. Facilities very good. Great variety of food. Pleasant atmosphere. Looking forward to returning again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Not particularly bothered by beach as stayed within the complex except to dine elsewhere on some evenings. Excellent apartment allocated, spacious & comfortable for a couple but not for a larger group. Brought one of the plastic chairs from the terrace as more comfortable than the one lounge chair provided. Great shower with loads of hot water and very nice shower gel. Two single beds rather than a double but appreciated the extra space on the warm nights though the beds got "hot" after a while. Had to ask for a second pillow for myself and the one supplied had a hollow in the middle (from years of service?) but this suited my personal preference. Matrimonial dispute over the a/c as she did not want it and I did. Lost the arguement. Wife has limited mobility at this time and the lifts from street to Reception and then down to the restaurant/pool level were much appreciated. The well-lit walkways without steps were also appreciated. Great free breakfast included in our rate and we enjoyed the wide choice of good quality every morning Had dinner on one evening and this was reasonably priced at €20 per person for the wide choices available.. Plenty of room in the swimming pool which I found "refreshing" rather than heated though the swirlpool was very warm in comparison..Great towels provided both in the apartment and for use by the pool. Very friendly & helpful staff throughout the complex. We had made the hotel aware of our late arrival on the first night and sandwiches left.

Really nice break to get away from a cold UK February. Fortunate with the weather, which was warm and breezy. The hotel was great in all respects and an ideal location for us. The Pilates/Yoga/Fitness classes were a great step up from the usual and ideal for us. We would certainly come back here again.

Personnel acceuillants gentils et parlent français.Belle architecture ,propre et chambres spacieuses avec transats au balcon,mais il fallait tous les jours intervenir pour le nettoyage de la chambre .Souvent manque de serviettes et de savon.pas beaucoup de place disponibles autour de la piscine.il fallait réserver les places dès 8h du matin.les transats à la plage coûtent 12 euros pour 2 transats 1parasol.Bus et taxi à quelques minutes de marche.Beaucoup de restaurants avec musique mais chers.supermarché face hotel.zone très sécurisée.Pas d'animations à l'hôtel avec de grandes espaces vides

Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but during our short stay we found the room beautiful, large bedroom, separate seating/tv lining area, fabulous bathroom and lovely outdoor patio area. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Everywhere was spotless and staff at reception was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer visit.

Hotel was fantastic, breakfast great. Only had one night due to cancelled flight, HOWEVER, not hotels fault more the apps fault. Booked it, paid, took taxi there, only for atleast 8 other couples turn up also booked and paid, and there was only 1 room! Hotel very helpful, rung around for other people and they all got rooms elsewhere. Room clean, roomy, shower powerful, aircon poor though(room 1147) Great location, on the beach. Would book a stay here

We very much enjoyed our first stay at Las Costas and would definitely stay again, we had a junior suite which was very comfortable. All the staff around the hotel were very polite and friendly, working hard to make sure guests had an enjoyable holiday. Food options were excellent.

Posizionato su una delle spiagge più belle di Lanzarote, è una struttura perfettamente tenuta, con personale che pulisce e tiene in ordine sia le camere, la zona piscina nonché il giardino e le piante che circondano l'hotel. Facilmente raggiungibile con autobus dall'Aeroporto, fermata a cento metri, è comunque circondato da ristoranti, supermercati e altro. Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Très bel hôtel dans la catégorie "Resort". Piscine chauffée. Personnel agréable. Sur classement de la chambre (suite junior alors que j\'avais réservé une chambre standard) apprécié. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Mon 2eme passage dans cet hôtel proche de l\'aéroport.. Point négatif : buffet avec nourriture de qualité très moyenne et peu adaptée aux goûts culinaires français. Pas cher mais ne vaut pas plus ;)
