Very hot in Mexico this time of year, but we had a wonderful time. The whole hotel resort was very air-conditioned in our rooms. The pool was a bit warm, but it was beautiful. We had a good time.

This property is gorgeous, perfect for any kind of a vacation whether its family, couples or friends trip. Its very clean and well kept, the staff is attentive. My husband loved the gym and we loved the access to the beach club, the only thing that was annoying is the beach is not private, only the beach club is private so you are roped off but the local vendor are constantly harassing you to buy something, its nonstop and at times they come into the roped area to try to sell you all kinds of nonsense but other then this the property service staff cleanliness is a 10 out of 10, its walkable to so many dining options, a must go to is The Office beach restaurant which is a 5 min walk! The marina is close by as well and better to use Uber instead of taxi as its much cheaper.

Casa dorado is a nice hotel…we were grateful to be upgraded to a room with an additional bathroom. The piece we didn’t like is the nickel and diming, especially at a “luxury” hotel. You had to pay for coffee pods after the first day and even the coffee in the lobby was not free. Shocked…it’s coffee. The constant upsells or selling of services or products on the property left my fiancé annoyed. Ruining the experience. The pool is a bit dated and narrow but nice they have an adult and family/kids area. It’s nice that you can also choose the beach instead of the pool. We did both. They have a couple of happy hours during the day. There’s lots of water activities to do right from the hotel beach area. We went jet skiing…very well run. Find Nika…he’s a happy guy that will help you. The lifeguard was super fit, organized, professional and friendly…we would trust him to save us. There’s also many massage places a stone’s throw away. We went to both…recommend Sandbar over Medano…both are good, but Sandbar was more relaxing as you don’t hear the club/bars boomer music and shouting into microphones. The gym is nice…good equipment and cardio, machine and free weights. Wished they had a roller and newer floor mats. There are many tasty restaurants walking distance and in the area. We went to Chamuyo, Tres Sieras, Baja Brewing and Entranta. The staff in general are super nice and friendly. The maids are hardworking and keep the rooms and patio clean. We left them a nice tip.

Great spot with lots of spots to eat nearby. Occasionally, have to share with tourists from cruises as they can buy day passes. Pool was great and staff were helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean during our stay. The beach directly in front has a lot happening. We preferred to walk .25miles down as it was more quiet and less people trying to sell you items. This place can become hustling when cruises drop off people on the beach.

We had a great time here! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean and housekeeping does a great job daily. It can get loud at certain times and at night with the mango deck being so close. Other than that, it is peaceful. The food was amazing. We loved our vacation!

We feel so spoiled when we stay here. The staff is constantly cleaning the property. A HUGE shout out to the staff at Maydan and 12 Tribes. They knew us by name, ensured any food allergies were remembered every meal, and just make us feel welcome every time. And the food is wonderful, too!! The staff on the beach and at the pool were also amazing. One of the reasons we keep coming back is because we feel so taken care of and we can trust just relax. I love the ocean and there are few places in Cabo great for swimming, and this is one of them. I highly recommend!

We've been staying at Casa Dorada for many years. The beach/towel staff Gabino, Carlos, Jose Maria and Emilio go above and beyond - they are the best. We noticed several areas where the property appears to be aging and is not being maintained which was disappointing. The room was clean but housekeeping was not 100% on point each day. Great location because you can walk everywhere.

I like the hotel but found the rooms to be quite dark without having the curtains open (which we wouldn't have for privacy reasons being on the ground floor.) I didn't like the bathroom lighting for make-up either. While the room was comfortable and cool - we had an adjoining room which meant we could hear ALL the noise from next door which just so happened to be a screaming child. It definitely ruined any chance of an afternoon siesta or a sleep-in.

Great location, wonderful beach, excellent staff. However, the shower was lukewarm, or cold all of the time in room 211, even after reporting it. We ran the water etc,. It remained cold. Room 211 was close to a lot of noise during the night due to its location on the property. Room 211 is not a good choice

It did get chilly in the evening, and there is no heat in the whole building. We had to turn off our air conditioner and move the temperature up so that the air conditioner would not go on.

We stayed for 11 days and overall it was great. The one thing we didn't like was the wifi quality. The wifi was spotty and the coverage was weak. The cellular data coverage in that area was also spotty (for T-mobile US customers) and so there was no easy mitigation for the spotty resort wifi.

Gorgeous setting. Great stay. It was, however, FREEZING in our room and the thermostat didn’t work. It was literally 63 degrees. Other than that, loved it and will be back!

Great location and scenery. We would recommend this hotel if it wasn’t for a terrible experience we had with their customer service team. The issue was that they mistakenly charged a mini bar soda can to our tab. We immediately informed them that we never touched nor consumed any of the mini bar products or drinks. They literally called us liars and they insisted that we took the drink. After minutes in the phone with their room service manager, they hung up on my wife and eventually removed the erroneous charge. This was literally the final interaction we had with them as we were checking out of the hotel. They ruined our memory of the stay over their insistence that we consumed something we actually didn’t. It’s just a soda and we could have just paid it and went on with our lives but in principle and they way they dealt with the issue is inexcusable.

Very poor service. Charged 150 usd for 40 minutes late check-out, without any notification before 12:00pm. The late check-out fee was not written in the check-in document. Front desk gave little explanation and was very rude when we asked the reasons.

My stay at Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort & Spa was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The resort is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and luxurious amenities throughout. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—right on the beach and just a short walk to downtown Cabo San Lucas. I also really enjoyed the food and drinks at the on-site restaurants—delicious and with great service every time. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. Every team member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I can’t recommend Casa Dorada enough and can’t wait to return!

We had a great time in Cabo! The resort was a little rocky in the beginning. The concierge didn’t address us properly and didn’t communicate appropriately. The front desk was nice but not welcoming. Management never addressed us about resolving issues. The spa is great & I recommend!! The staff is great, but front desk, concierge, activity coordinator & pool staff weren’t welcoming. We visit Cabo often and have our favorite spots. There was trouble booking activities but we met some locals on the beach that were great! The location is perfect! Overall great trip! The management has not gotten back to me about a few minor details. Location is great! The haggling on the beach, clubs in front are a little annoying.

Second time staying here and it was excellent. Location makes it so you can swiftly access great restaurants, coffee shops, markets, mall and marina! Staff is phenomenal. One night the Air conditioner was out and the manager offered to put us up for one night at Bahia hotel across the street, which was much appreciated! Everyone from the front desk, bell hops to pool/towel staff are on point. Highly recommend and will stay here without hesitation in The future

The people at front desk seem rude and not willing to help. Only people that are good are Francisco, Adrianna, and people at the beach service and pool service. Food tasted horrible, plus $40 for a cheeseburger is INSANE. ONLY GOOD THING AT THE RESORT IS PIZZA. EVERYTHING ELSE TASTE HORRIBLE, and we end up going elsewhere.

They arrived with old brownish shredded cabbage and fish that had blue stains on it. I was surprised that such an unappetizing dish would be served at Casa dorada. I would expect freshness at the least. I returned the dish and thankfully wasn’t charged. Would not recommend eating in the restaurant and next time will make sure to eat somewhere else.

The Casa Dorada is a nice place to stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was pretty nice as well. My problem with this resort was the price of food and drinks. The drinks and food at this place were double the cost of any other place we stayed or visited. You are definitely getting taken advantage of at this resort.

Great place. Very central to restaurants and bars. We got the all-inclusive and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Only complain I have is that we arrived about an hour before check-in and although our room was ready, they did not give us the all-inclusive bracelet until check-in time. So we had to go out and buy lunch. Found that a little strange since all of the all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at before have always given us the bracelets as soon as we arrive. But overall a good place to stay at.

Hotel was located on the beach, it was nice to have a clean secured access to the beaches in Cabo San Lucas. Amenities were a nice sized gym, place to rinse off your feet after going to the beach. Covered beds & lounges by the beach & pool. Service staff was attentative & friendly. We went with the breakfast included option, nice buffet, fresh fruit, plenty of choices, and an omelet station. They offer turn down services & have a spa available.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The food in the included breakfast was excellent. As well as the service and the spa was fantastic. If a little bit expensive, okay Very expensive. The spa amenities were great. You can't beat the location if you're right in the heart of cabo. And you've got a private beach.This is my go to hotel.

First time in Cabo so I did a lot of research before our trip to make sure I was staying in a good location at a nice resort with great reviews. So glad I found Casa Dorada, perfect location, walking distance to everything you need such as the good restaurants, nightlife, and even Walmart to buy your extra booze =) The best part is you have the best swimmable beach footsteps away from the pool, plus Mangos right next door for a beach party experience, book here!
