Stayed 6 nights

Staff didn't clean the room everyday we actually had to ask for the room to be cleaned but they did do it as soon as we asked. The rooms didn't have air con you are supplied with a fan but the room is extremely hot and very hard to sleep. The only other complaint is you can hear alot into other rooms a man screaming kept us up one night was extremely loud through the walls.

Upon checking in, the receptionist informed me that I had to pay a £50 deposit, I then informed her that on my stay, just the previous week, that I wasn't asked for any deposit. She told me that she would speak to her supervisor who was right behind her, rather than address me directly, I was told , via the receptionist, that I should have paid this the previous week. He made no effort to explain or speak to me directly. The receptionist was clearly embarrassed, and I thought the supervisor rude/ ignorant. It must be said that with the exception of this person, the rest of the stay was pleasant, and the rest of the staff were a credit to your hotel.
