Perfect stay for summer fun shopping at Tanger ! Pancakes and sausage for breakfast coffee juice cereal eggs yogurt muffins fruit . Clean nice pool .

I liked pretty much every aspect of our stay. There is even a coin laundry set that is newly added along with their recent renovations to the rooms. Definitely will return.

Room was clean. Parking right in front of my room. Room was way overpriced due to graduation at UGA.

Its nice for a budgetary place. Its not high end at all but its clean & comfortable. There is a small pool in the parking lot i cant imagine anyone actually using. They do not accept pets. There is a home depot & a boot barn right next to it.

Clean. No frills. Fairly priced. It is an older hotel that was tastefully remodeled about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Comfortable bedding. I liked that the floors have a nice vinyl covering in the sleeping area and ceramic in the wet areas. Easy to keep clean with no disgusting carpet for your feet to stick to. Breakfast has a good variety with a really cool pancake making machine. I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and the bed was super large. The shower and cleaning facilities in the room were very nice sized. The hotel was well lit and I would think a family would feel very safe staying there.

From check in to check out everything was amazing. We booked one night just to stay and swim in pool and get away from home. It was amazing. Staff was friendly. Rooms were super clean, pool was well maintained (although small). The people staying in rooms were decent people. We definitely will stay again. Just becareful with getting towels super dirty because they will charge you 3.50 per towel. I used one on floor to wipe up water from kids coming in room wet. Other than that this is by far the best hotel for the price.

Easy access for disabled people, very clean, free parking

Seemed new and upgraded. Pool was clean and wonderful to swim in after a long drive. Staff was helpful. Only suggestion is to add grab bars in the shower. Thank you.

Bathtub was in very poor condition

Very quiet and clean. Quick check-in. All bedding (mattress, pillows, sheets, blanket) appeared to be new. Hot breakfast items. Exceeded my expectations for a moderately priced property. I would definitely stay there again.

Do not recommend this hotel. We arrived for 1 night, as soon as we checked in the lady at the desk demanded we leave a $100 safety deposit (which is totally normal and fine) the problem was they only were accepting cash for the deposits. And we were 3 hours out of town with no cash just CC. We finally figure out how to get some cash, get to the room and it’s nasty. Microwave didn’t work, It hadn’t been vacuumed. leaves & hair all in the floor, bathroom had hair all in it. It just wasn’t what we were expecting.. when we pay for something we at least want it to be nice.

Good clean remodeled hotel

The rooms are always fresh and clean !! And for the families with children , the tubs are always fresh and clean . Plenty of room for bathing

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The tub/shower was so clean it sparkled. The area was quiet. Everything was in working order. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean hotel. It has been updated and the rooms are nice and big. The beds are nice and you have a big selection for tv. It is also a short walk or drive to the outlets and food. I highly recommend not overlooking it just because it appears older.

I've traveled for 30+ years and stayed in every level of hotel there is. I have never experienced hard pillows like are at Baymont by Wyndham in Commerce, Ga. Additionally, what few times I've had to cancel a booking, and those werent due to a bad experience lile rhis one was, I jave neve jad a hotel manager nor pwner refuse to refund my bookong.

Room was small with 2 double beds and the desk/dresser. There was enough room to walk through, but just felt a bit small. Newly remodeled room. Seems all the hotels are changing to VCT or vinyl plank in the bed area. Just seems like a cheap remodel, but I guess it makes cleaning and disinfecting easier. Room was quiet and clean. Only thing we heard was the boom from the fireworks on New Years Eve and even that wasn't very loud.

First I’m not one to normally give bad reviews about places. However this property is one of the loudest we’ve ever stayed in. My husbands had to keep the ac blasting all night to try to block out the road noise. Which hasn’t done much but make me frozen. I understand it’s by the interstate , however the room has NO sound proofing. We have gotten no sleep at all . The bed is very uncomfortable , it is hard and lumpy. The room was very clean and stocked nicely. They do have late check in available which was very convenient for us. I am definitely glad this was a one night stay for us. I probably could have slept better in my car.

The room looks like it was recently renovated, so it was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The only reason I didn't rate it higher is because it literally right beside I-85, so it sounded like trucks/cars were going to drive into the room at some point. The road noise is very bad, even with earplugs. I did not sleep well.

The bed was the worst thing I ever slept on like sleeping on a brick

The room was very clean and neatly organized, but the thin walls made it easy to hear your neighbors and the traffic from the nearby highway. But you can't beat the price!

we had a terrible experience at this Baymont hotel. The pillows on both beds, in both rooms, were horribly uncomfortable - like rocks. The next morning, after we left for breakfast because the breakfast offered was cold, grab and go only, we each shared what an awful night's sleep we had tossing and turning due to the hard pillows and uncomfortable beds. It was then decided that we had to check out early and find a different hotel for our 2nd night in town. It was only 9am when I returned to the front desk and advised the clerk how uncomfortable we all were - in both rooms - and I asked if they had any different pillows so we could stay the 2nd night. She advised they did not. So at 9am, I advised we were checking out. She said she did not have the authority to give a refund and the manager would not be back until Monday morning. On Monday, Hotels.com advised me that the Manager had refused the refund for both rooms. I called and spoke with the manager who claimed it was the owner who denied the refund. I then emailed the owner to the address the manager provided and never got a response. So we were out both room's cost for the 2nd night even though we were checked out by 9:15 that day.

The room was very clean; check in and out was quick and friendly. The interstate side of the building was noisy and the bed made noise whenever you moved. Bathroom light could be better for applying makeup. And I wished the TV showed the station logo when flipping channels.

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. The walls are paper thin. I didnt mind the highway traffic as much as hearing people talk especially when the water pipes burst in the wall and i could hear absolutely everytging going on. Nobody called to warn us our room could possibly flood so i decided to look and our room was at least 2in deep in water. I called the front desk and she said she was aware of the situation. We waited, my husband called the front desk and had to tell them to put us in another room. There shouldnt have been a wait, it should have been automatic to move us. Other than that eveyrthing was perfectly fine.

I had to check in via an outside bulletproof plastic barrier while standing outside by myself as a woman at midnight. I have never seen anything like this in all my years of traveling. Just not jets I thought I had booked at all. This room should have been $30 per night not $280. Never again.

Excellent experience I had a good time there you will be seeing me back in town for my next visit, saff was friendly and very helpful.

Very convenient area . Shopping , plenty of dining or fast food choices . Great breakfast in lobby in morning . Coffee is in lobby all day just push the button . Great friendly staff from check in to housekeeping.

After checking in, discovered very few channels working on tv. Major issue because stopped there to watch national broadcast of a big football game. Desk clerk said she had no idea about channels or tv and just keep trying. When issue persisted and she began getting other guest complaints, she called owner and still had no idea what to do. I asked to check out so I could find another hotel, but she said she could not authorize a refund. Manager would not be in until Monday. I asked her to call manager and she refused. I could not leave knowing there would be no refund. Finally, the manager did show up and rebooted modem, channels came back, he apologized and left. Not training guest clerk and her refusing to call manager to solve my issue totally unacceptable. Will never stay there again.

Stayed at this property many exactly what we expected, good place to stay close to everything

Property was difficult to find. Very congested area with many, many businesses. Property name was on top of a 100 ft pole. You could see it from the Interstate but it was out of your field of vision if you were navigating traffic in the highly congested business traffic. Front desk was very helpful with directions and guidance

A little hard to get to and signage was poor

Parking was fine, staff was helpful. Lots of shopping & places to eat near by. Came down for bama/UGA football game. Really close to Athens.well worth every penny! Would stay there again & def recommend.

Once I found the property (for some reason, the website directions were not complete - this is not an easy place to access), it was a relatively good stay. The building had some age, but looked like it had been recently refurbished and had updated furniture.

Check in was fast and friendly. It’s quiet considering how close the Tanger Outlets are.

Beautiful and clean, but the mattresses and pillows could use replacing or upgrading. The breakfast was pretty sad. Fresh pastry, fresh fruit would be way better. The coffee was kind of gnarly. Would definitely stay again, but I'll bring my own food and pillows.

Very clean and in comparison to other hotels in the U.S. relatively modern. But the breakfast selection was very limited. Only sweet stuff, nothing salty, no toast or bread.

I checked in around 10pm, the front office was locked and had to use a side window. I picked this place because they had really good reviews, they barely have anything for breakfast onsite. Expect to eat at IHOP next door.

Outstanding, beautifully & completely remodeled property. The employees are thoughtful & kind. They even have a delicious pancake machine. The pancakes travel behind enclosed glass on a conveyor belt under heat that browns them while you watch. Delicious!
