We ended up staying here because it was hard to find any available hotels. It was fine for the night but there were some issues. Issue 1. Room doors are outside so it’s kind of loud. 2. There is 1 set of stairs to go up to the next level. No elevator so if your suitcase is heavy good luck. 3. The “Queen” beds are kinda small & uncomfortable 4. Room was very dusty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while & the comforter was stained The AC worked very well & the pillows were comfortable so that was nice

VERY noisy hotel! The very busy state highway 6 is mere feet from the hotel, and evidently the rooms have no sound insulation. Really tough to get a night's sleep in this facility!

Our room had live crickets on the bed and many dead crickets in all four corners of the room. When we asked to be moved to another room, hopefully bug free, the manager told us we could not. He would not work with us at all to find a solution at all and indicted there might be bugs in all the rooms. It was obvious the room had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time since so many dead crickets were there. Stay away! It was quite disgusting and the manager is not willing to help at all!

My room was dirty as I walked in with my little daughter. The floor was filled with sunflowers seeds peelings. The tables were dirty. The room was filled with cockroaches, at night they went on my daughter’s bed. They got into our shoes as well. The phone in the room did not work neither the TV. I paired $140 per night for 2 nights and it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately I wasted my money. Very unsatisfied

We opened the sleeper sofa and the mattress was stained. We pulled the comforter off the king bed to cover it and the comforter had stains on it. Went to take a shower and the shower curtain was dirty. The stair wells were dirty.

Newly renovated, my room was wonderful for the price, but there are always little things that construction people Miss, some details that were not fully well done, but those were only in corners and in a bunching of the carpet, but everything was new and freshly painted and well spaced out. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options with 2% milk to pour in and not much more. There was a coffee carafe that barely output anything when you push down so you have to push it down 10 times to get out 6 ounce cup, which is all they provided. Overall, definitely would stay here again, gave it a solid, four stars, and do recommend. A few extra breakfast options or something hot and the details in the room being finished would’ve made this a five star.

Breakfast consists of a few items you would buy off the shelf in a convenient store. NOTHING hot like waffles or eggs, bacon or sausage. It's bad when my teenager, who eats everything, says there isn't anything there to eat!! Beds are hard as a rock. Room was barely clean enough for us to determine we are only here to sleep for a few hours and it's more comfortable than sleeping in the car.

If you want an air conditioning that feels like and sounds like it wants to keep you up a night. This is the right place for you. It doesn’t stop there, complain to the management and they would be more than happy to tell you that the maintenance guy is out for the day and when pressed comes by to tell you that that’s how they should sound. The man had the confidence to keep chewing an unknown substance at the counter and also not be welcoming at all in the same time. When asked to switch rooms, the idea is there are no rooms available but you can find one to book online. I guess, the multiverse does exist and you can find a room in the void. If you have a child who has an important event the next day and you think keeping them awake at night is the best way - please book at this hotel. I left immediately. Forgot to mention, the hotel has a fresh set of paint and I now understand what it looks like when you embalm a hotel.

Service was bad. I repeatedly reported, The room above me for kids bouncing basketballs and jumping day and night manager did nothing to fix the issue. We were unable to rest during the day or sleep at night till the kids stop playing.

Felt unsafe and the beds were nasty and stained. Not a good place for women to stay. Checked out right away as soon as I saw the room and location. Lost our money for the first night which I was ok with. Got a refund for the second night but they are holding our deposit. They said it would take up to 20 day on cash app but the next day I had been refunded the second night. I’m waiting for my deposit.

This hotel was perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Yea, the breakfast isn’t great but Starbucks is right down the road if you need more. I would stay here again.
