The parking was completely full. I had to park at Walgreens next door and walk in the dark to hotel. The hotel staff told me that is where management told them to direct us. Said they had a couple of events going on and this has happened on several Wednesdays. I am a 65 year old woman and had to carry my things and park away from where I paid to stay.

This hotel is very convenient to many things. You have restaurants in the parking lot. There's a Walgreens just across the parking lot well within walking distance. You have everything you need within a minute's walk. The hotel is in great condition. There's a functional bar. They are always showing sports. The breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. Not the best in the world, but sufficient to keep you from having to buy breakfast somewhere else. The biggest selling point of this hotel is the beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. I've stayed here a few times now, and I'm still amazed at the beds. If you like a soft plush bed, this is definitely the hotel for you. I travel on a weekly basis, and very rarely sleep well in hotels. I got a great night sleep here. If the comfort of the bed is the most important thing for you, this is the place for you. All around this is a great stay, and on any trip to College Station this will be my go-to hotel.

Overall, it was a nice stay. We loved the size of the room and having the refigerator/microwave there. The main bed was comfortable, but the fold out couch was awful; my son preferred just sleeping on the couch. The breakfast was pretty standard, but good. The pool was quite small so we didn't use it. The staff was quite nice.

There was a lack of parking due to several large vehicles and trailers taking up multiple spaces. The hotel was full due to A&M graduation, and we were not able to find parking because the hotel allowed about 20 spaces to be taken up by about 5 vehicles. I wish they had done something to help the guests have access to parking. We had to park in the lot of neighboring businesses and were worried about being towed.

First time staying in this area, I usually stay in college station. Great hotel for a killer price! Super comfortable beds and pillows, nice rooms, great little bar, nice property all around! Easy walk to Twin Peaks and Ihop.

This BW exceeded our expectations. It's extremely clean. The pool area is nice clean, and quiet. We used the gym, and it is well equipped. Their coffee and herbal tea are conveniently 24-hour ready for guests to self-serve. We didn't experience any issues. Extremely recommended!

The air conditioner was leaking all over the floor, carpet soaking wet and smelled of mold throughout the room and hallway, gnats were infesting the room, shower was filthy and overall felt like I needed to bathe in Clorox after we left to feel clean.

We were very pleased with the Best Western Premier in Bryan, TX. It is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the price was very affordable. We had a king suite. We were very pleased.

The staff is very good, the public areas are nice. The door to my room needed to be slammed hard in order to latch shut. The mattress was definitely older and not great. The room was pretty clean except i found a strange hair stuck to the shampoo bottle that was mounted to the wall. The coffee they serve is excellent, and the breakfast was very good as well.

We chose to stay here as the property was listed as a 4.9 & pet friendly. We’re both leaving with back pain because of the failed mattress. The pillows were like sleeping on foam rocks. We picked up after our dog outside but the lawns had lots of poop & dead birds scattered about. Some attention to the property is needed & new mattresses should be installed.

Clean and friendly place. Our room, 315, is quiet. The odd room numbers are on the backside of the building and away from the highway. It's a good hotel for the price. The room has good curtains, cozy atmosphere, nicely laid out. A good step up from other recent cheaper hotels we've stayed at.

I liked everything about this motel except the room they assigned to me had a real noisy heater fan. I told the gentlemen behind the front desk about it and he moved us to another room across the hall and it was a nice quieter room. Thank you so much.

Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Only issues were the thermostat didn't seem to be working well and the light would not turn off and the clock did not work. Additionally, the room was right across from the elevator, so I know to request not to be by the elevator for my next hotel reservation. We like this location and have not had any issues in past visits.

My only complaint at this property is that it has terrible lighting in the rooms, especially the bathroom room and entryway. Made it difficult for a lady to style hair and apply makeup. Even though they provided a lighted make up mirror, it was still too dark in the room. Other than that one thing, it was terrific.

The beds were supposed to be 2 queen beds and we ended up with a king and pullout that had a thin mattress. King bed was lumpy needs to be upgraded.

This hotel was awesome. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean room, bathroom has a vent, room was spacious, AC was controlled on wall and able to have fan on at night for gentle white noise, room 100 was super quiet, lobby called after check in to make sure everything was to our liking, morning staff was cheerful and made sure the area was clean and well stocked. Bring your own soaps and shampoos.

We were in town for a baseball tournament - the front desk staff was efficient, courteous and seemed well organized, so check in was a breeze. The facility was clean, and despite hosting a lot of teenage boys, the place seemed nice and quiet.

We booked & paid upfront in full for 2 nights. They double booked us, kicked us out of our room after the first night and we had to sleep on the floor at our son’s college apartment. Took 4 days to get a refund and no apology. Unacceptable

This was a perfect location for my son's basketball tournament. We felt safe and everyone was kind. We were able to rest between games and could easily access stores and restaurants.

Overall, it was a nice clean room and air conditioning worked well. The staffer working the front desk was cordial and kind. Some of the furniture is showing wear. The breakfast was just ok. There was no staff working the breakfast when we arrived, at 7:15, but they showed up about 20 minutes later.

This hotel is conveniently located, with shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the Bar in the evenings with sports running! The included breakfast was beautifully set up with a lot of selection and was good! We also appreciated the friendly staff. Everyone we encountered was courteous and had a smile. I will definitely book here again.

Initially I was impressed walking in, clean and inviting. However, my shower barely got warm and my husband had hot water for only 2 min. Breakfast was also underwhelming. We won’t be returning.

The room was cozy, the beds were very comfortable, ac was great.. entire building was clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, many options including healthy breakfast options, The staff were kind, in good moods. Check in was easy. Not sure if building is new, but it's that clean. The hotel was in a good central location. However, when we went to break fast there were no plates and several items were empty, to include two thermals of coffee. The common areas were being worked on, I’m sure when they are done it will look nice but at the moment it looks like an unfinished product.
