The room was clean and nice to stay for maybe two night. Not sound proof you can hear everything.

Nice hotel right off of I-35. Easy to find and access. Fairly new so well kept. My gripe is the room was a suite with microwave, dishwasher, frig, etc and absolutely nothing else. No coffee maker, no pots, pans, dishes, glasses. Tons of cabinets with nothing in them. Also, the road behind me sounded like a racetrack at night. Not a place I would stay again.

This place is definitely for someone on a budget. There was no comfortable seating in the room at all so even though it’s meant for extended stay there’s nowhere to sit except for on your bed and a really hard chair. One would expect with a suite that has a kitchen, etc., that there would be pots and pans, etc., and to use, and there’s not anything in the room. I was there for three days and it was awful.
