Las Arenas de Cabo

The room was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Breakfast was included with our stay at Alquimia Las Arenas and was delicious and perfectly portioned. The resort is located just behind the RIU, but it was incredibly quiet and never felt crowded. It’s only about a 5–7 minute walk down to the beach. If you head to the left (east) of the RIU beach, it becomes much less crowded and feels far more private. There’s roughly a mile-long stretch between resorts where you can really spread out and enjoy the beach without all the crowds. The area toward Chileno Bay was beautiful and peaceful. There’s also a fun little bar and restaurant just off the main road along Mex 1 called Coyote Biri. The service was amazing, and they had some of the best carne asada tacos I’ve ever had. Overall, Alquimia Las Arenas was the perfect place to stay. It gave us easy access to Cabo, the resorts, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping while still giving us a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. We absolutely loved our stay!

Very convenient to move around the area. Close to the beach. Definitely away from main tourist attractions which is nice because it’s quiet.

This is a hidden gem in Cabo. There is no one there and it is a stunning property! So close to a beach and not too far from Zippers if you want to surf! The coffee shop in the bottom of the complex is delicious and the staff is amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Nice location, only down side is there we were given only one key for this room. Therefore everyone has to leave in order to not be left behind or locked in. We made it work but it was a hassle. Overall great stay, and staff.
