Værelset er stort nok og stille, sengen er OK og badeværelset fungerer fint og er stort nok. Check-in er digital, hvor man ikke gøres opmærksom på at scrolle nedad på skærmen, for at fuldføre. Husk at registrere parkering på apocas skærm i foyeren. Parker bilen i en Zleep markeret bås inden check-in. Morgenmaden var ikke overdådig, men alt basalt vat til stede.

Good location and well linked to the city centre and airport via public transport. A big shopping centre is reacheable in a few minutes by walk. The property was clean, but very basic: no fridge, no tea/coffee, no safe, tiny open wardrobe.

Venligst personale. Fine værelser. Perfekt placering i forhold til Royal Arena. For lidt pladser i P-hus til hotel gæster.

Keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster ließ sich nur einen Minispalt weit öffnen. Dann nutzte der Mini Ventilator auch nichts. Unerträglich warm im Zimmer.

Nice hotel around 20 minutes with metro from city center, (including 5-6 minutes walk to the metro station) but it’s definitely worth that time due to pricing and also exceptional good parking facilities nearby to a decent price. Friendly staff, reception open 24/7 and possibilities to relax in the nice lounge. The rooms are fairly standard, nothing extra, but everything you need. It could be hot in the rooms due to the fact that there is no AC in the rooms, just a small fan. WiFi free and relatively fast, you have to sign up in order to use the WiFi, but it’s a simple procedure. Cleaning as expected, you choose by yourself if you want the towels changed or not - that’s more and more common and also a very good idea for environmental reasons. A big shopping mall (Fields) is situated just a few hundred meters from the hotel. When coming by car on highway E20 it’s extremely simple to find the hotel, just a couple of hundred meters from the road. No disturbances from metro or road, so even if it’s close to both, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, especially those facing to the courtyard. Overall highly recommended - value for money is really high.

Svært sterilt hotell. Innsjekk via maskin. Ugjestmilde rom med lite fasiliteter. Lite skrivebord. Intet kjøleskap. God seng. Greit bad. Svært folksomt på frokost. Sparsomt utvalg, men adekvat. Typisk lavprishotell.

Close to the metro and train stations so it's easy to get downtown and to the airport. The rooms are very spartan, not even including a coffee maker or kettle, let alone a fridge. No carpeting in the room or fan in the bathroom to clear steam. Shower has a draw curtain as the backing and is so small I was always touching at least one wall/surface with my arms or back (I'm not a large person). Window opens about 3 inches (7.5 cm) to let in air and there is a small oscillating fan in the room. Bed was comfortable. Some specks of paper were on the bathroom floor when I arrived, otherwise room was clean. No iron in room. Have to request from front desk and use the lone ironing board that is zip tied to the radiator piping in the basement, complete with burn marks from previous guests. No good place to hang clothes there. Did not use housekeeping so can't comment on quality there.

Der große Kritikpunkt: keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster ließ sich nur ein Spalt öffnen. Trotz Mini Ventilator, der dauernd eingeschaltet war, eine unerträgliche Wärme im Zimmer.

Location wise, the hotel is perfect for attending concerts at the Royal Arena, but that’s it. The room is very basic. We don’t even get a kettle.

The parking was disaster, the hotel is offering parking for hotelguests but they have no control of the parking and we could not park our car. We had to park near by with easypark wich is realy expensive. we will not stay at this hotel again, nothing special.

Meget støvet værelse. Men badeværelse og seng var rigtig fine, og rene, og det hele virker nyt og pænt. Dejlig nem afstand til royal arena. Gode spisesteder i området. God betjening. Kun lige støvkluden der skal svinges, for der var meget støvet. Ellers rigtig godt.

Dålig ventilation i rummet, svårt att sova på grund av luften och brist på AC. Grymt dålig frukost med litet utbud och nästan allt i små plastförpackningar som känns konstigt när hotellet menar att de värnar om miljön. Dålig städning med hår i sängen samt skägghår i badrummet när vi anlände. Lätt att checka in med automater men för att bearbeta parkering var man tvungen att ha personalens hjälp ändå.

Dåligt städat

Værelserne er pæne og rene, de har en ok størrelse, badeværelserne er fine og rene. I restauranten var de ikke så gode til at få tørret bordene af efter gæsterne, dette betød at flere borde var snavsede. Morgenmaden var fin.

Vi kom til et rum, der var meget fyldt med støv, min allergi, viste sig for fylde smadder på min krop, desværre.. Toilettet løb, Og afløbet i badekabinen var stoppet. Så denne gang var det ikke et lidt øv ophold, vi har ellers benyttet Zleep Arena nogle gange, uden problemer. Samt kunne vi ikke betale med menneske (Danske) penge på opholdsstedet, først på eftermiddagen, det er altså dårlig service. Det må jeg erkende,

Beskidt. Og den unge mand i receptionenuforskammet. Samt at parkingsanvisningerne var meget misvisende og da vi fortslte om de blev vi fuldstændigt talt ned tilm, selv om feljlen vi op prdgede må bære voldsomt irresterende for alle med bil

Værelset var rent og hyggeligt. Personalet var søde.

Værelser i god stand, dog irriterende at “dobbeltsengen” består af 2 enkelt senge som glider fra hinanden. Morgenmaden ok men ikke noget “varmt kød”. Personalet var flinke og gode til at hjælpe. Nem indcheckning på skærme.

Fantastisk beliggenhed - men meget lydt (alle lyde, døre) høres lidt tydeligt på så nyt et hotel

Rummet var allt annat än ljudisolerat. Hörde allt från korridoren utanför samt varje gång grannen ovanför drog en stol eller ett bord över golvet. Dålig frukost med få val

A bit frustrating - we booked a family room on Hotels.com specifically because it was shown in the images as a king bed and two bunks. When we arrived we found out it was a king bed and a very small sofa bed - not great when we are a couple with two grown up children. The hotel did not have any other rooms available, and in the end the floor was my best option.

Modernt och fräscht rum. Tyvärr gick det inte att dra för gardinerna fullständigt eftersom fönsterna gick ända in i hörnet av rummet. Så det blev inte mörkt på natten. Plus för USB-laddning i väggen (men en surrade konstigt vid laddning?)

Dejligt tæt på Royal Arena. Nemt og bekvemt efter koncert at gå 200-300 meter og så være fremme. Dog var der ekstremt varmt på værelset og ikke rigtig mulighed for udluftning.

Det är lite stelt. Betongväggar och minimaliatisk inredning. Men inget att klaga på. Funkar bra, sköna sängar.

Spenderade en natt vilket fungerade ok, det var väldigt varmt på rummet, dåligt luftkonditionering så vi fick sova med fönstret öppet. Väldigt högljutt utifrån, tåg, bilar, Metro och polissyrener hela natten… Tv fungerade inte alls, gick inte att sätta igång ens.. Men det var ett fräscht rum/hotell. Frukosten var ok, litet sortiment och en del ma saknade när man tänker på hotellfrukost, minus också att dem öppnade frukosten 7:30 på en söndag, så fick inte så mycket tid på oss innan vi skulle checka ut (utcheckning 11 men vi behövde lämna tidigare). För en natt var det okej men vid längre vistelse skulle jag inte rekommendera..

I bokningen stod det kingsize säng men vi hade två enkel sängar Betalade 500 mer för rummet än våra vänner och skillnaden var att vi hade mer plats framför sängarna Fick ett rum på plan 1 och det var väldigt lyhört på morgonen , då det hördes en massa skrapande och dunsar. Troligen från restaurangen under .

Ok værelse. Dog var der meget varmt, også selvom den fan der var, var tændt. Først på natten, trådte en kvinde med kuffert ind på mit værelse. Hun havde fået samme værelse som jeg. Hun undskylde selvfølgelig og var hurtig ude igen. Men sikke en forskrækkelse. Jeg nævnte det i receptionen næste morgen, og de beklagede, og sagde at der var sket en fejl…..

Room was uncomfortably hot, we had seen in a previous response to a review on here that they offered fans at reception free of charge to combat this. So, on our second night after a sleepless first night I enquired with reception about getting a fan for our room. Woman on reception (not really a reception was the bar) informed me that they in fact did not have any fans and suggested I just open the window. I told her we had done this and she said she’d come up to the room with me to see how hot it was. I felt this was a little insulting that she felt the need to check herself as what exactly was she checking for when she had told me they didn’t have anything to help. She told me the room was the ‘normal temperature’ and there was nothing they could do but if she got time she’d ask her manager if there was anything they could do. My partner then went down about an hour later and asked if there was an update. He was shooed away and told they were “too busy” to deal with him. He returned a few more hours later and this time showed them their own statement saying they had fans available at reception and this time he was told that “they probably did but…” insinuating that they just couldn’t be bothered to go and get one for us. Instead they continued serving alcohol to the already very drunk crowd in the main lobby who then proceeded to become verbally abusive to my partner. Nothing was done about the abuse as there was only 1 lone female staff member to tend to the entire lobby.

We arrived a bit early at around 12:45 to the hotel lobby after long overnight flight and we wanted to leave the luggage at the hotel and go out. But then we decided to stay and do the check in, the people in the tiny front desk told us the check in is at 2pm. We waited and they showed no flexibility in accommodating us, eventually some other people came in at around 1:30ish, and when they checked them in, they allowed us to do the check in…unneeded lack of flexibility to my opinion. Other than that the hotel was fine, nothing special, about 7-8 min walk to the train station

The staff was great and we were welcomed efficiently, kindly, and with all information needed. I was very happy that the front desk was able to lend us a digital luggage scale. There was a broken soap dispenser in the shower and a loose reading lamp at one of the beds. A technician came to repair it but nothing changed. The hotel is extremely conveniently located to the metro train that made for very easy connections to the city centre, airport and Sweden, and to a mall with a food court, large grocery store, and various shops of all kinds. I would happily stay here again.

Vi havde 4 nætters overnatning. Vi fik et værelse, hvor afløbet under vasken var utæt. Vi gik i receptionen og sagde det, men kunne ikke få et nyt værelse, da alt var booket. Vi fik spande vi kunne sætte under vasken og det ville blive lavet næste dag om formiddagen. Vi hørte intet næste dag og intet var lavet. Dagen efter brokkede vi os i receptionen. Nu var det 2 dage med spande og vand. De undskyldte og vi blev opgraderet til et familieværelse. Det var fint. På afrejsedagen fik vi gratis morgenmad som kompensation, så det var super service og alt endte godt, kommer gerne igen.

Had a great stay, the room is simple but offers everything a business traveler needs it is clean, quiet, shower has great water pressure, the staff downstairs is excellent. Only drawback is they don’t offer laundry facilities but you can use the local apps to get a laundry service. It’s walking distance to a huge mall and the Ørestad Metro train stop.

It’s the perfect hotel to stay if you plan in attending a concert at the Royal Arena, but also it’s very close to a mall and you have the train and metro right there, so going/coming from the airport if very convenient, just 2 stops and going to the city center is also super easy.

Bekvämt boende precis vid Royal Arena och därför perfekt för den som ska på ett evenemang där. Dock är området Ørestad väldigt ocharmigt.

Decent hotel. Close to Orestad station - two stops from the airport on the train or 10 minutes from the centre of town on the Metro. Next to a big shopping centre. Hotel looks fairly new and in good condition. Not a huge room but enough space. Comfortable beds and excellent rainfall shower. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. A good place to stay in Copenhagen and much cheaper than city centre hotels.

Frukosten var i enklaste laget, saknade kött i form av korv och /eller bacon t.ex.

Very clean, modern and the breakfast is great.

Frukosten motsvarade ICKE priset. Kl 9 var det fullt kaos i matsalen. Inga ägg, ingen bacon, inget pålägg, inget kaffe. Skaffa mer personal och förbättra utbudet, tack.

Alt var faktisk rigtig fint og lækkert, på nær morgenmad. Vi havde været til koncert aftenen før, og vi havde snakket om hvor lækkert det ville være med æg, bacon og et par brunch pølser som var afbilledet på plakaten i elevatoren.. MEN der var ingen bacon eller brunch pølser, de små omeletter var seje og kolde, og der manglede frugt. Jeg spurgte personalet efter det, men de sagde at det var ikke en del af morgenmaden - på trods af at jeg kunne dufte, duften af bacon fra køkkenet da jeg gik forbi

Det meste var godt, men vi var ret skuffede over morgenmaden, hvor der for det første ikke var flere æg (vi kom en time før morgenmaden sluttede) og så var der stort set intet udvalg af frugt/grønt, kun æbler og pærer i et køleskab.

Et fint hotel, men aldrig har vi oplevet dårligere service til morgenmad. Der var slet ikke plads nok, og slet ikke mad nok.
