This was the perfect hotel to end our trip with! It was the largest and had the best view, we were in the 35th floor. We had everything we could ever need in that room including great skin care! The staff was amazing and kind. The lounges were great and breakfast yummy. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the pool. My daughter and I were looking forward to spending some time there but there was no comfort to that area. No beach umbrellas or anything exciting you on.

We had a fantastic stay at the Keio Plaza - stayed in a premium grand room which made it ultra comfortable with access to the lounge and ibasho- we didn’t even have time to take advantage of these amenities so much but still enjoyed it. Breakfast was included in our rateand we could go to lounge which we preferred as it was quieter and amazing views on 47th floor - but the buffet downstairs had even more selection and also opens earlier at 6 so a great option if you need to head out early. The room amenities were so comfy with complimentary water and teas. We got snacks from the ibasho and there’s a kids play area there which was a bonus! It’s open till 9:30pm. Our only small hiccup was they are were very inflexible about early check in. We hoped to get in even an hour earlier if possible but the person at the desk at the time was not super friendly about it. When we returned to check in 15 mins before check in, the person we had was much more flexible as our room was still not ready but she was able to switch it so we could get in - it was already 2:53pm by then (official check in is at 3pm) so I think super reasonable. She was much more helpful. Anyway overall would totally recommend. Convenient location. There’s a station off oedo line just adjacent but shinjuku station really was just a 7min walk in a bright clean tunnel no need to cross roads etc which is really easy esp if you have luggage to roll. Also walkable into shinjuku 10-15mins!!

The Keio Plaza is in most respects an amazingly good hotel, both in terms of location and amenities. Given the size of the hotel, the gym could perhaps be a bit bigger, but if that's the only complaint you have about a hotel it is doing very well indeed. The Yamanami restaurant is expensive but delicious.

Great property for travelers to Japan for the first time. Easy access to Shinjuku and all its modes of transportation across Tokyo and beyond. Hotel has great food options from fine dining to a 7-11 for a jet lag snack. Hotel has buses included for free to Tokyo Disney (book ahead of time) and airport limousine bus from/to both airports. Access to the Sky Plaza Ibashi on 47th floor included in many rates and is a great view of the city with free drinks. Worth the price.

We stayed there as a family of 4 and loved it. They have a play area and lounge area on the 47th floor with the city view, bar, coffee and food. My kids loved hanging out there after running around the city. The airport limousine bus also stops at the hotel, so you don’t have to drag your luggage to go to the station. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are helpful. The metro stop is also 5 mins away or if you need to take the Shinjuku station it’s only 10-15 mins walk. I suggest you ask for the room facing the metropolitan building, so you can watch the light show at night. My kids loved it.

Clean, newer (renovated year 2020), large top floor lounge with great views and free Staebucks coffee for guests, lots of restaurant choices and 7 eleven in the building, close to multiple train stations, limousine bus stops at this hotel, great service and all staff speak English.

The Premier Grand was worth every penny! Simply amazing. It was extremely clean, the customer service was top tier, breakfast buffet was delicious, and the amenities were amazing. I will advise that if you have tattoos, they may need to be covered to access the pool. That didn't bother us though, because we understood it was probably for cultural reasons. The location is perfect! You can walk to the train and they have taxi/uber services. 10/10, would recommend because I would stay here again!

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The room is clean but the headboard was dirty. There was built up dirt inside the head board. Also, on the 2nd night the 2nd bed was left unfinished when being made. The employees were very kind!!

Beautifully maintained hotel. Spotless inside the room and general areas! We stayed at the club level and the in room amenities are above expectations. Fully stocked refrigerator and premium teas and drinks. One of the best 5 star hotels for us! Great location and food!

This property has a great location. The staff was pleasant. We stayed on the 40th floor. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It was also difficult trying to figure out the lights. The room is laid out so nicely, we found the beds to be a bit hard and the room felt very musty/humid.

The front desk took forever. I don’t understand why there was always a long line and why everything was so complicated. The room was spacious and quiet. But the bathroom is outdated and there was mold in the shower. The bars on the 45th and 47th floor were great and food was good too. Overall a good hotel but overpriced and not really service oriented. Whenever you need something you will be send to another counter or staff member, which was really annoying. Need coins for the laundry room? Get in line at the front desk for 20min. Need an umbrella? The clerk will send you to the porter.

Fantastic staff and excellent service from every staff member. The facilities were excellent and the room was cleaned to perfection. This is possibly my favourite hotel in the world. Location was suberb as well, within walking distance of Shinjuku without being too much in the centre. Public transport right next to the hotel as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely stay again.

The space is definitely the highlight of the room, especially considering this is Shinjuku, Tokyo. Having the limousine bus right at the doorstep was so convenient, especially since we each had two large baggage. The whole room was a bit worn. It is clean but aged and tired. The biggest downside was the mould along the edge of the bathroom basin, which was very unpleasant. I kept accidentally touching it when washing my hands.

Very tidy and clean room. Good amenities. Comfortable bed and pillow. Stunning view. The only down side would be the sound proof of the room is kind of bad. I can hear the siren on the road, the traffic light signal sound. Also the family next door was super noisy, got woke up at 5:30am every morning while the baby was crying.

Fantastic location and huge hotel right at the end of the west side pedestrian tunnel to Shinjuku station. Tons of great restaurants and a lovely rooftop bar with food. It also has its own 7-Eleven, great for midnight snacks when you are on midnight Zoom calls to other parts of the world. The beds are hard - even more so than most Japanese beds, so be warned. Our only real complaint is the WiFi which is needlessly complicated to authenticate to with a username, password and finally a PIN code on a separate and barely functional Captive Portal web page. Every time you bring your phone back to the room after going outside of the hotel it will force you to fully re-authenticate again. Every time you take your laptop to one of the in-house restaurants or bars, or to the conference rooms in the hotel, it will force you to needlessly re-authenticate AGAIN! Its not rocket science to fix this but the hotel hasn't bothered.

The room was very large by Japanese standards, and had every amenity one could need. My only complaint was the pillows were very hard. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the views from the top restaurant were gorgeous. Would happily stay here again!

Booked a Premier Grand Suite as a special treat. Enormous, tasteful ly appointed rooms. Separate living room,walk-in closet, 2 toilet rooms, large bath with separate shower and bath tub. Two big screen TVs. Panoramic 40th floor views of Tokyo. Access to coverage floors,,with lavish breakfast buffets included. Everything was spotless. Helpful uniformed greeters, servers, everywhere.

Decently sized rooms and great location, on the “quieter” side of Shinjuku. Perfect for a stay with a young family. Would definitely recommend. Very easy to walk to station, shops, etc. Bed was a little too firm - we had 3 king singles which was perfect for us however.

Hotel is in a convenient location close to train stations. Our room was on the main tower. Our room was clean and spacious but very outdated. Shower was shooting water in a weird angle. Big gap on the bottom of the door you can see people’s shadow when they walk by the hallway. Excellent stay at this property. It all started with Julien at check in providing outstanding customer service & making us feel welcome. This property is so well situated with close proximity to food, dining & shopping along with the JR stations. It’s in such a quiet location that you feel like you are in a different world to what is only a 5 minute walk away. The 47th floor Sky view are is spectacular & we watched the light show on the government buildings from there. It’s a big hotel but you don’t feel crowded at all. Lawsons store on site. Such a great layout. Simply superb.

The KEIO Plaza Premier Grand was worth the every penny. The property and hotel rooms were immaculate. The staff at guest relations and the premier lounge were attentive and very helpful. I sprained my ankle leaving a restaurant and they made sure I was able to see a doctor and provided whatever support I needed. I plan to return to this property to complete my vacay that was halted due to my injury. I would personally recommend this property as prime location in Tokyo.

Fantastic staff and excellent service from every staff member. The facilities were excellent and the room was cleaned to perfection. This is possibly my favourite hotel in the world. Location was suberb as well, within walking distance of Shinjuku without being too much in the centre. Public transport right next to the hotel as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely stay again.

Impeccable service all around. The front desk, lounge and bell desk staff are all very courteous and helpful, and cleaning crew did an excellent job with our room. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here and will definitely come back again next time we are in Tokyo.

We had a fantastic stay at the Keio Plaza - stayed in a premium grand room which made it ultra comfortable with access to the lounge and ibasho- we didn’t even have time to take advantage of these amenities so much but still enjoyed it. Breakfast was included in our rateand we could go to lounge which we preferred as it was quieter and amazing views on 47th floor - but the buffet downstairs had even more selection and also opens earlier at 6 so a great option if you need to head out early. The room amenities were so comfy with complimentary water and teas. We got snacks from the ibasho and there’s a kids play area there which was a bonus! It’s open till 9:30pm. Our only small hiccup was they are were very inflexible about early check in. We hoped to get in even an hour earlier if possible but the person at the desk at the time was not super friendly about it. When we returned to check in 15 mins before check in, the person we had was much more flexible as our room was still not ready but she was able to switch it so we could get in - it was already 2:53pm by then (official check in is at 3pm) so I think super reasonable. She was much more helpful. Anyway overall would totally recommend. Convenient location. There’s a station off oedo line just adjacent but shinjuku station really was just a 7min walk in a bright clean tunnel no need to cross roads etc which is really easy esp if you have luggage to roll. Also walkable into shinjuku 10-15mins!!

The hotel itself is very old. The rooms have carpet and everything feels old. Check out is at 11am and after that it’s $85 per hour to stay. Not convenient if you have a late flight. The neighborhood seems like a financial district. Not much around there.

What I loved most about this hotel was their breakfast, it was a AYCE buffet that was so spectacular, what a way to start the day, the chefs wore uniform and there were stations of Japanese food, continental delights, mochis, well you name it, AYCE macarons! unfortunately the dinner buffet was expensive and not good. The bedding was amazing, firm pillows, the amenities were top notch, the only reason it is 4 instead of 5 was bc many employees spoke no English or w such heavy accent it was very frustrating to me. This hotel is close to everything, shoping, post office, convenience stores and 2 big department stores and many amazing yakitori Izakaya.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very close Shinjuku station and walkable to shops and restaurants. The hotel has two breakfast buffet restaurants that offer American breakfast and it was delicious. The service is amazing. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the city. Excellent experience! I honestly wasn't expecting the hotel to be this great, since hotels near major attraction points seldom are, but they exceeded my expectations with their excellent service. The location is fantastic. You can walk to many major attractions, restaurants, and the subway station. The hotel even has a 24/7 7-Eleven, which I found very convenient for late-night snacks and coffee. There were two breakfast options: restaurant-style or buffet. I chose the buffet for convenience and speed. It wasn't the best I had in Japan, but I have no major complaints. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again!

Everything was great! The hotel has a beautiful view, and the hospitality was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The only suggestion I would make is to consider expanding the gym. Given the size of the hotel, the current gym feels quite small—about the size of my hotel room—and could benefit from more weight-training equipment and machines. The room wasn't ready until 2:30pm which is as advertised. The pool was very out of date, cold and cluttered with cheap plastic furniture. More like a 3 Star standard. At $500 use a night there is a lot better options, we checked out and checked into the Peninsula Hotel, chalk and cheese in service, quality etc.
