We were there for 6 nights. Location was good and the views of the lake were great. Check in was hassle free. Lobby was clean and smelled good. We were on the 9th floor of the "new" tower. There was construction so it was not so clean. Rooms were not 100% secure as there was access from the outside. Pool was clean and had nice views of the lake. Room was ok...there was a leak in the room. We advised management but nothing was really done as there was another leak the next day...so if they don't care, why should we. Luckily none of our stuff got wet. The AC unit was not the best...even though these rooms had recently been remodeled. The breakfast was ok....mostly pancakes and waffles, toast, fruit, cereals, juices and coffee. They had boiled eggs and one morning they swapped the eggs for just beans. No sausage or bacon or hash browns. They have a gym and a rooftop pool but you had to stay in the main building to have access to the gym...makes no sense. I guess only people in the main building care to workout/exercise. We asked the front office about access and said that unfortunately since we're in the "outside" building we didn't get access to the gym but we could the next time IF we stayed in the main building. Unbelievable...you figure you paid to stay at the same place but we don't get access. They also have a bar but you have to buy tickets at the fron desk and can't pay the bartender Again location was good, hotel was ok and service was mediocre

The only thing I didn’t like about this place was the bar. You literally have to stand in line at the front desk to pay for the drinks you want at the bar! That’s crazy! Also the tv we had was blurry could not read or see what was on there! Would stay again!

They couldn’t find my registration after dealing with them for a while Nancy at the front desk found it and gave us the wrong information about the rooftop pool. She assured us that we will make a payment of $25 pp and be able to enjoy the pool so we decided to do it on Saturday for my girlfriend bday, the room was dusty and needed of some updates, breakfast was not a “continental breakfast” but despite of all of that we were excited about enjoying the rooftop but when we went to make the payment on Saturday, Bertha Ann another front desk person very disrespectful told us that her “manager” were wrong and that the rooftop it is only for elite guests, and that the best that we can do is to go ahead and enjoy our day because there is nothing that she can do because guests from north tower can’t enjoy the pool of the south tower! She claimed that she works on hospitality while obviously has not idea what hospitality means!

Breakfast was a joke. They only had toast, pancakes, bagels, cereal, yogurt and boiled eggs and even then there wasnt enough of everything. There were no umbrellas to provide any shade by the pool. It was advertised that there was a bar and pool available on the roof, but its only for "Club" members. The 4th floor hallway smelled like soured, mildewed carpet. Only one elevator was working the entire weekend. If you wanted to take the stairs, you had to exit the building through the emergency exit door and reenter into the lobby. The other elevator broke and we had to carry all of our luggage and belongings down 4 floors of stairs upon checkout.

They only have about 1/2 the parking spaces needed to accommodate the room capacity. We were directed to talk to the police to assist in finding a parking spot even though we had a hotel parking pass. Then as a result of where we were directed to park our rental car was hit! Police specifically stated this parking situation problem occurs every weekend!

When we checked into our room, we immediately noticed roaches. Thankfully, the front desk staff was kind and quickly moved us to a better room. Parking was frustrating since it was first come, first served, and many non-guests were using the lot to go to the arcade next door. The breakfast was bland with very limited options. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and we won’t be returning.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the kind front desk workers. There was no parking as soon as we arrived. People were fighting for parking spots. We had an employee who was leaving his shift give us his spot after nearly 2 hours of trying to find parking. Hotel room in the South tower was covered in ants. All over the floor, fridge, cabinets, bathroom, and night stands.The TVs do not work at all, even if connected to the hotel WiFi or personal hot spot. I would absolutely not book here again.

The moment we arrived we stood in front of the gentleman at the desk who looked at us like he was confused on why we were standing there so WE had to say hello he didn’t even greet us. The rest of the check in was fine. The free breakfast is a joke. We specifically picked a hotel with free breakfast to save money and at the end of the day we ended up having to go out and spend money on breakfast. Our room had ants they said they came to take care of it while we were out it got worse so at 2 am once we came back from the park we had to move rooms. Not only rooms but a whole other tower. I was happy they were swift and didn’t hesitate to change rooms but then we went from an upgraded room to a non renovated room I was highly disappointed but was too tired to go back and forth. The only good thing about this hotel was the location and view.

I liked the hotel, but housekeeping does not run the sweeper. I made a complaint and asked that the sweeper be ran as well as mopping the bathroom floor. The bathroom floor was mopped, but no sweeper ran. I do not like the fact that I’m walking on other people’s trash.

Terrible! Was super dirty even after they cleaned. The carpet was stained and when we came to the room the bathroom was dirty and stained. The hotel is really old and not taken care of kinda scary. There was so many animals in our room such as cockroachs and lizards. None of the amenities that they promise do they actually have, the shuttle was basically non existetant.

Similar to other reviews I'd definitely recommend booking one of the refurbished rooms. Walked in lobby was nice and smelled so nice. First room we got was a suite and it was like stepping back in time really wasn't nice at all. We asked to be moved and to be fair the staff where great and let us check out the new standard rooms before we moved. Though it didn't have a suite it was perfect for us and was nice and fresh. We only had breakfast one morning and it was very basic but it did the job. Pool was decent with a hot tub. Close to lots of good restaurants and under ten mins to universal studios plus free parking. Would I stay here again I'm not sure . But it definitely isn't the worst

I did not get a lake view room like I booked. Room has a kitchen, but no utensils. We asked for some at the front desk, and they literally told us to go buy some cause they didn’t have it. Vending machines downstairs have nothing and barely works. The one on our floor also didn’t work, neither did the ice machine. We had to go to a few floors to find ice. Definitely not worth the money besides the location.

The keys needed to be re-programmed 3 times during our 4 night stay. The elevator worked 2 days. We were on the 11th floor in a club suite. There was a stovetop, small microwave, mini fridge but no plates, utensils etc to do any cooking. Paper cups for. Coffee maker uses special slide in coffee and only one provided. Maid service was every three days. Breakfast included with stay consisted of cold cereal, toast, hard boiled egg, yogurt, coffee, apples, oranges, orange juice and apple juice. With elevator out only able to partake one day. Ramada inn needs to fix the elevator, & stop advertising a kitchenette that was unusable because we don’t travel with pots and pans& dishes.

Upon checking in, the keys did not work. We were on the 10th floor with 2 rooms, and had to go down to the front desk several times to reset keys to both rooms. It wasn’t as easy as hopping on the elevator and going to the lobby either. You had to use your key in the elevator (which the key didn’t work), then walk outside up the sidewalk to the door (which you had to use the key (which didn’t work) to get inside) and then go to the desk. Second, our room door looked like someone had kicked it in at the bottom. The door wouldn’t shut and latch unless you literally slammed it, and at the bottom where the door was bent in, (the door was metal) you could actually put your 4 fingers through the opening. Hot air from outside just poured in. We had to prop a pillow against the door to help keep heat/light out. Third, the beds were absolutely AWFUL. I can sleep on just about anything, but these beds have to be original from the 70’s. My husband and I got in bed and we both literally rolled towards the middle facing each other. Pretty crappy when you want a good nights sleep after being in the hot sun at an amusement park for 10 hours. And the “breakfast” was an absolute joke. The only redeeming thing about this severely run down hotel is that the staff were great at the front desk. Everyone we encountered (which was a lot considering how many times we had to get room keys rekeyed) were really nice and helpful. I would definitely NOT stay here again.

The staff were friendly. Thanks! The elevator was very old. And we had to scan the room card every single time to take the elevator, and I had problems with my card many times with the elevator. My entry light turned on by itself in my room few times for two nights. Also the AC was very loud. :(

AVOID THIS HOTEL! I had a terrible experience. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. I checked in at 4:00pm and the room was not ready when all rooms are supposed to be ready, I asked the lady at the front desk when it was going to be ready and she was very rude and just answered “I don’t know, not all rooms ready on time, it could be one or several more hours, you gotta wait”, not helpful at all. Then, the lobby is nice but rooms are horrible, super outdated, horrible beds (make noise), you can hear other people from your room, the sink was cracked, the AC makes noise all night and not clean (windows very dirty and the carpet as well). Finally, the complementary breakfast was terrible, just pancakes and boiled eggs, that’s it, nothing else to eat, they should improve that or do not offer the complementary breakfast. Please avoid this hotel, you can find something way better for same price.

Years ago, I stayed at this hotel, and it was literally horrible. This time they renovated the rooms and they look incredible. The lady that checked me in at the front desk, I believe her name was Deborah, was extremely nice. I believe the room deposit is $250 Free parking Continental breakfast - Toast, hard boiled eggs. Coffee. Juice. English muffins. Yogurt. Cereal. Pancakes. Clean towels. Clean sheets. The air conditioner is still older from years ago, but it still works.— The staff is extremely friendly. Will stay again. I come up to ORLANDO a lot for business.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing. The experience was marred by a series of unpleasant encounters and unmet expectations. Issues with Accommodation and Accessibility As a disabled person, I was appalled by the lack of accommodation and empathy shown by Manager Bryan. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had reserved, which was supposed to cater to my accessibility needs, was unavailable. However, my request for a quiet room was completely ignored, as I was placed right next to the elevators. This led to a sleepless night due to the constant noise. Access to the workout room and top floor was restricted solely to elite members, contrary to what was advertised. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were subpar, consisting merely of cold items and unappetizing, dry pancakes. Overall Experience Overall, my experience at this hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of respect, poor service, and misleading advertising.

The lady with the nasty attitude and rude behavior needs to gooo..at check in she wasn’t warm and friendly, she just threw the paper on the counter like sign here and said it’s big deposit.. so I had to compose myself like ok I was just staying overnight. & sometimes people have bad days but the next morning she was still rude when my daughter asked her where was the trash can and she rudely replied in the bathroom..if you are not a people person and don’t like your job because EVERYONE travels and you have to deal PEOPLE from all walks of life then find another job that suits you better don’t bring your nasty attitude and rudeness into the workplace cause im sure nobody forced you to get that job i won’t be back there again that is unacceptable

They throw my things such as head rest pillow, lotion, soap, alcohol sanitizer and wipes, and I reported oit already however they don’t take responsibility out of it. They cleaner says they don’t throw such things. They gaslight me as if my things are not existing even it’s their fault, they don’t even communicate well, as I have told the cleaning lady that dont clean my room and don’t took anything from my room and yet they did. The front they are so rude as well, and no manager seen in the area. And the wifi are not reliable. This is my first time to encounter such inconvenience in a hotel.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to check in with people all over in the lobby so much so you couldn’t make it to exits if needed. No communication from staff on where to park or where our room was. 3 of the 4 elevators not working. And requested an insane amount for a hold for incidentals. screaming guests creating a scene because the bar had no staff and the front desk was being operated with one staff member.

Hotel is we’ll located on I-Drive. The staff are really friendly and helpful nothing was any bother for them. The lobby and breakfast area very clean and well kept. Rooms are basic but for the cost they are good value for money. The room could be better maintained we had a lot of hairs in the bathroom etc and key card needed resetting daily which was slightly inconvenient. beyond this the rooms were comfortable and right for what we needed. Would be better if hotel had wash room facilities for departing guests. We would use this hotel again. Thanks for making us welcome

The hotel was great for the price. Breakfast was good but lacked hot options mainly cereal, yogurt, waffle maker. The rooms were clean but a bit out dated all around. I booked through Hotels and paid. When I got there to check in they wanted $250 to hold. That’s more than I paid for the room. My phone was dead so I had to wait to be able to transfer money to my account to pay and they were really rude. Breakfast was a joke. Too many people, not enough food, or tables. The views were beautiful that was the only good thing to say.

This property is in a great spot very close to many locations. View is beautiful from our room. The only bad review is the free breakfast, it is very bland to very little option. Otherwise hotel is really great, ill just eat out instead.
