I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was easily the worst hotel (or motel) I've ever booked. I had a very late check-in, and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The customer service was great, and I felt relatively safe at night. The other guests also seemed normal and respectful. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was another story. The smell was overwhelming! A combination of cigarette smoke, heavy aerosol sprays, and who knows what else. I'm being completely honest when I say it was the worst smell I've ever encountered coming from a motel room. I had to immediately cover my face when I walked in. There was also what appeared to be black mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the ceiling itself looked like it could potentially give way at any moment. I was honestly too uncomfortable to shower or touch much of anything. Thankfully, I only booked the room to rest my eyes for a few during a long drive. Otherwise, I would have asked for a refund and left immediately. The front desk staff deserves credit for being kind and professional, but the condition and smell of the room were unacceptable.

The room was clean and very cozy. I liked it and would return.

The dryers didn't dry my clothes very well but everything else was what you'd expect. Quiet property for the most part and very convenient location.
