Our arrival began with a long line of guests waiting at the front counter; staff was overwhelmed. The lobby/1st floor and 3rd floor were hot; it didn’t seem like the AC was operating. Only 1 elevator was functioning; the other was OOS. Our room was outdated and run down. Mattress/box spring needs to be replaced; were worn out. The limited breakfast buffet was out of most of the warm food at 9am. The only positives were quiet room with a decent shower and a free shuttle to the airport. Out of all of the Hampton Inns we have stayed at, we were extremely disappointed with this location. It was comprible to that of a Super 8 or other low end motel. This location does not live up to the expectations of a Hampton Inn Hotel chain. Corporate should assess/audit this location.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Breakfast had many options. Only issue was with one of the elevators not working properly. You could go up but not down. If both elevators were on the same floor, the wrong one would open. They did address it promply.

Everything about the hotel was great except at check in se were notified that can’t stay, park and fly there because we made reservations via Expedia. Have to make reservations directly with hotel. The whole reason we booked this was to stay, park and fly but by the time we found out it was too late to cancel reservations :(

Extended parking is no longer available when booking through Expedia. I’ve booked here before and was able to park on site—it’s why I chose this hotel. To get extended parking now the hotel must be booked through Hampton. Too bad. I won’t stay here again.

Airport shuttle runs 24/7 which was super helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms need some updating, but they were clean and did have plenty of plugs and a Smart TV with streaming services.

One now can not park overnight for an extended stay even if you’re a Hilton Honors member. And if you book through Hotels.com you can’t park for a long stay while you travel.

The room had an old damp smell upon entry. Overall the room was dirty and had food from previous guests splattered on wall and bedskirt. The ceiling was dirty and the wallpaper splitting. I always stay here for the value. I don't expect a lot. First time I've been disappointed.

I was told one thing when I called in to ask about reservations and parking. When we got here, the lady wanted to argue with me and said no I would not have been told that. I’ve been an office manager for over 40 years. I make notes with what people tell me. The bathroom has dirty places in the corners. I have pictures showing in the bathtub. My feet were so filthy. I had to wash them off with the washcloth and it was black. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

The place was clean and the airport shuttle was very handy. But the walls are thin so you hear a lot, and I don't understand the trend of little square pillows.

We were greeted by a very unfriendly man and went to our room which had no AC. The maintenance man did try to fix it but it never cooled off. The shower was dirty and the bed was as hard as a rock. It is convenient but not worth the money. Won’t stay again.

My overall hotel stay was nice. My room #120 had a mold and dampness issue. It was so strong, that I had some trouble with breathing and sleeping. This room needs immediate attention to address mold smell. the carpet needs replaced in the room, it was loose and coming up when you walked on it.

The room itself was fine. Shower could use a new head because water was going odd directions. This is irritating for someone not wanting to wash their hair, but not a deal breaker for me. The front desk people and shuttle drivers were lovely. However- I was assigned a room directly before the elevator. 1) sharing a wall with the mechanical room ensured I heard every. single. up and down. 2) I heard every conversation of the people walking past my door, with most of the hotel stopping by my door to wait to go up. 3) I apparently came to town same weekend as 2-3 major events including a Ford V Ferrari event, and music fest, and some other festival. I basically paid $250 for a shower and a place to change. I gave up on sleep around 3:30am, got dressed, and headed back to the airport. I want my money back.

Check in was easy and they only required a $10 deposit for incidentals; staff was friendly and polite; room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel shuttle driver that drove us to the airport was personable and professional. I personally feel this hotel deserves a much higher rating than the 8.4 shown on the Hotel.com listing.

We booked this stay coming from the airport last minute for a family emergency. We booked a king bed but upon arrival they only had 2 queens. Room smelled musty and didn't look that clean. Front desk person was not helpful at all, it was a late night check in so maybe that was it. We had booked the hotel a day later and had to move the reservation up a day because of a family member's passing. We petitioned for a refund of that day and were denied.

Arrived at the hotel after a late arrival flight. Front desk clerk was rude. That set the tone for the rest of the stay. The shuttle driver made innuendos about tipping. My husband handled the baggage so didn't feel a need to tip. Surely he is earning more than me in my retirement pension.

Within walking distance to the airport. The hotel is quiet with an included breakfast and good updates. Free shuttle service To and from the airport. Not close to a lot of restaurants and shopping, but can’t take an Uber or taxi to those places.

Checked in around midnight and felt the person at the desk was annoyed by me (not friendly nor welcoming). However, the bed was very comfortable, and shower was hot with very good pressure. Hotel overall is in good condition, showing age in some areas. Coffee was fine, not great. The complimentary breakfast didn’t look appetizing so I skipped it and got breakfast at the airport.
