My room was as expected as was the property. I and others were very disappointed that the restaurant on site was closed and we all had to door dash. I didn't get my food and had waited an hour before placing another order. Then going to my room i saw my first order. The front desk gentleman knew I was waiting and knew my room number. I guess delivery ee can just walk up and place food at the doors without checking in with front desk. I don't think this is good for security.

They were going construction and the pool was closed wish we’d known we wouldn’t have stayed there

Someone scheduled the wrong time to upgrade 1 of 2 elevators and long waits to get to rooms

Renovation..no pool.no restauarant

The hotel was under construction. No bar, pool or gym was available. Was not informed before arrival. Only one floor open. When leaving and arrivel white debris would get on cars, luggage and clothes from construction. Staff was nice but if i had known it was under construction, i would have stayed somewhere else. Semi tralier were stored all over parking lot. The hotel looked abandoned when driving up. This was not the experience I hoped for and i feel was robbed of the experience i payed for to have these amenities. There was many hotels in the area to choose from. I will not pick Holiday Inn again.

OK hotel I guess. Nothing special, located in a soulless business park. We stayed two nights around Thanksgiving and were keep up both nights by raucous noisy guests in the hallways and adjacent rooms. I suppose it’s not the hotels responsibility to quiet them down, but the paper thin walls didn’t help much. Also, the bar and restaurant were closed both nights (again, probably holiday related)

This property is undergoing major renovations. I have no complaints about the staff, they were very friendly. However there was a makeshift entrance and reception area but the worse part was going to the elevators. You had to go through a work area littered With debris that felt very unsafe. Our room had been remodeled nicely. Parking lot was also closed off in part due To Construction

Typical Holiday Inn, comfortable, but nothing special. Elevators are being modernized and only one is in service.

The hotel was under construction/renovations, which I was not notified about prior. My room smelt horrible, like it had a previous flood, and hadn’t been used in 6 months. Room was also very outdated. Due to the construction I was not permitted to use the pool. I usually stay at airBnB’s but there was really nothing in the area for one person that had a pool. The reason why I chose the hotel was to use the pool. The hotel staff was nice and provided reimbursement but I would have rather been made aware and stayed at a different hotel.

Nice and clean - enjoyed my stay

Check-in staff was very pleasant and super nice. The elevators were being renovated which limited guests to only one elevator so wait times were a little long when coming and going at busy times. It felt safe but our room just didn’t feel clean. There was some hair behind the bathroom door that I’m not sure how the cleaning staff missed if they were doing a halfway decent job. The sheer window curtain had some stains on it at the bottom that were just plain gross looking. We didn’t touch the curtain in order to investigate, but it looked like smeared blood or chocolate, which gave the room an overall dirty feel. The area outside of the base of the fridge appeared dirty/sticky. This area wasn’t really visible unless the fridge door was open but seeing it at all added to the overall dirty feel of the room. And last but not least, the comforter on one of the beds was ratty at the bottom with some long strings hanging off. It clearly was ready to be retired but instead, it was placed back on the bed. This wasn’t noticed until right before we checked out, but cemented that this hotel doesn’t care about or focus on the things most important to hotel guests- cleanliness and the overall maintenance of the room. If I return to the area in the future, I’ll stay at the Hilton across the road.

The hotel room was absolutely disgusting.. there was some kind of substance on the wall, black mold in the shower, ottoman was torn and ripped, towels stained.. I will never stay there again! The staff was wonderful..

They did not have towel or clean up service unless you stayed more than 4 days. We could go down and give new towels but they didn't change the bedding or take the trash for the 3 days we were there.

There is currently renovations going on and we were not informed about that. The noise started at 8 am. One of the elevators looks like it needs to be shut down. Our room had a giant brown stain on the curtains and the bathroom had white water toothpaste looking stains on the wall.

The pillows were flat, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned, as a pair of socks and a bouquet of flowers were left behind.

My husband and I and our 2 yr old stayed here. I had to clean the bathtub as well as wipe down furniture with wipes. The wipes were black after. We paid for breakfast that was cold and tasteless, that was disappointing being we had our child with us. We did not eat there after the first day. Staff were friendly thankfully. Renovations during early morning hours woke us and our sleeping child. The carpet was filthy leaving the bottom of our feet dirty.

Convenient location with good parking. Room was large and spacious, with a comfortable bed.

Although the property was clean and the staff friendly, I found my room to be dark and dreary despite the weather being clear outside. I was abruptly awakened at night by guests in the room door next to mine (apparently the hotel walls need better soundproofing).

Great service and clean environment

Hotel was convenient to the University. The rooms were clean and the hotel was clean. The shower worked good. Did not like the pillows but overall good stay.

The rm was really spacious as well as the beds being really comfortable. Staffing was really nice but housekeeping can do a little better on house keeping and newer furniture is definitely needed but did enjoy myself and will definitely come again.

Staff is nice. Rooms clean. Pillows are flat. Lights from parking lot are bright in room even with shades closed.

Unfortunately the curtain didn't close all the way. Lights from outside lit the room up. Ppl outside arguing and loud music be played.

What i enjoyed was the new updated rooms! My only complaint is the noisy guest or house keepers that were slamming the doors early in the morning till the evening.

This Holiday Inn was conveniently located and easy to get to. The fellow at the front desk, Cesar, was extremely pleasant and professional and accommodating. The beds were out-of-this-world comfortable, the room was quiet, HVAC functioned well, everything nice and clean. My only criticism of the room was that the furniture was getting a little shabby and would be a good candidate for an upgrade. On a side note, there was a heavy growth of poison ivy near the parking lot, but it's unclear if it's on the hotel's property or the neighbor's.

The property seemed a bit outdated and not as new as I would expect from a Holiday Inn. Room AC smelled a bit, wasn’t a really fresh smell. Also the tub was older and the drain plug was broken so water would sit in the tub while showering. Staff was friendly, but pictures online don’t represent what the room looks like.

I was really looking forward to a great couples’ weekend at the Holiday Inn, but my experience was frustrating and disappointing from the moment I arrived. The customer service, particularly from the manager, Cesar, was completely unacceptable. I had booked and paid for a room with a king bed through Expedia, which clearly stated the room was available. However, upon arrival, Cesar rudely informed me that the king rooms were sold out and insisted that I should have called the hotel to confirm availability. In my defense, if the room wasn’t actually available, it shouldn’t have been listed as an option or allowed me to pay for it in the first place. Instead of offering a helpful solution, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation worse. To make matters worse, the room I was given had a leaking ceiling. This wasn’t just a minor issue—water was literally dripping onto the table, soaking everything. I had ordered a nice dinner for my fiancé and me from Friday’s, only to find it completely ruined. All my personal items on the table were soaked, including my designer bag, which was dripping wet. I took videos and pictures as proof and even brought my bag to the front desk to show the damage. Instead of immediately moving me to another room, I was told I would have to wait until one became available. In the meantime, I was handed towels to dry up the water myself—completely unacceptable for a paying guest. When I expressed my frustrat

Staff were so loud the morning we were do not disturb. Stay was ok. Not too happy about the deposit which still hasn’t been returned to my card over a week now. When I went downstairs for pain medication (if they even had any),, no one was at the front desk

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

The hotel is under renovation, so my neutral responses were because of that. The night staff is amazing and attentive.

Honestly speaking you stay at a Motel 6 and recieve better service than provided at this location wake up early in the morning due to drilling noise as they currently doing construction pay for breakfast can’t eat it don’t cater to people don’t consume pork eggs poorly cooked still had liquid running in it hotel tells you they will clean on 3rd day of hotel stay however they never clean the room throughout my entire 5 day stay complaint to manager Sean Baba who said he would follow up never heard from him worst hotel stay ever wouldn’t recommend any stay at this location

Staff at check in was awesome. Great attitude friendly and helpful. She made checking in the best experience we’ve ever had. Beautiful, clean rooms with comfort. Fully stocked bathroom essentials. Best experience with great relaxatng sleep.

We strongly recommend that the bar carries canned soda and tonic. We have on two separate occasions been poured gin and tonic with tonic from the fountain which was as flat as tonic can be. If they carried cans this would never be a problem. Seems proper maintenance is not being done to the soda dispensers. Also strange restaurant carries no soup. They should

I found it odd a hotel of this kind did not offer breakfast with your stay.. you had to pay additional… all I know if if I have to pay for breakfast I’ll go were I know I like the breakfast…. I had the coffee and it was so watered down I thought if the coffee is bad, the breakfast probably isn’t worth it either. The stay was good though, shower was hot and you had great shampoo and conditioner that’s always a must for me

Property was great, there was a $100 charge for incidental that I was not aware of, although it is refundable after 7 business days. Breakfast was great, if you’re a coffee drinker make plans to go out for coffee. Restaurant in walking distance. Overall great stay!

Decent hotel, rooms were a bit on the shabby side though. Breakfast was a rip off for $14.99 imo. Service and food from the restaurant were excellent though!

It was under construction, oddly breakfast was an extra charge too.
