Having booked in advance, we experienced a swift and hassle-free check-in. The hotel's location offers easy access to the mall and a diverse range of shops and restaurants. Moreover, being situated on a dead-end street reduces exposure to traffic and noise. For brief stays of 1-2 nights, especially for those traveling with small pets, this hotel is a viable option. Our room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a microwave and mini-fridge. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The air-conditioning unit was not working properly as it cut off too often. We kept having to cut the temperature down many times to stay cool. The room became too stuffy at night and we lowered the temp again so we could sleep better. Although the hotel's only elevator is compact and may cause minor delays when in high demand, this is a relatively minor inconvenience. The hotel also provides convenient services, including an ATM in the lobby and a laundry facility for guests. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, offering a variety of fresh hot and cold foods, coffee, and juices. The staff was courteous and efficient. It's a very quiet and quaint hotel that we enjoyed during our travel other than the air-conditioning issue.

This is a gem! We got a room with a jacuzzi tub - highly recommend! The staff is super friendly, everything is clean, and it’s convenient to food and shopping. The room prices are also excellent!

Quality Inn was a nice hotel with friendly staff. There is a laundry room on the main floor. Our room was clean and did not smell like smoke. The parking lot was well lit and I felt my car was safe as well. My only complaint is due to the bed. The mattress hung over the metal base and every time there was movement the bed had a terrible screech sound. This is a dog friendly hotel and we were able to get the bottom floor with our furbaby. I would revisit this hotel.

Both stays the staff was friendly, courteous, nice, & helpful. While the property is quiet inside and out. However, the upstairs vending machine wouldn't dispense any drink choices with card payment and powdered doughnuts where a month expired.

What a disgrace. This hotel claims a “cleanliness rating” of 98 according to a certificate at the front desk. The hallway carpets are filthy. The rooms have unknown stains on the walls, doorways, ac unit, curtains, pretty much everything. There was mold on the grout around the tub/shower and the adjoining wall. Aside from that the room smelled and I couldn’t adjust the ac. The stairwell looks like a gross parking garage and the side entry door does not lock. That alone is a safety violation and is not up to code. It just made me feel unsafe. If there had been any other hotel options in the surrounding area I would have sucked up the money and gone somewhere else, but that wasn’t an option. To top it all off, I accidentally scratched my arm on the tv console/drawer unit that had a very sharp corner and now I’m worried I will get some sort of infection. Do not stay here. I would really like my money back.

Room wasn’t as clean as before. I made a complaint at the front desk. The bathroom tub had a dirty ring around it and hair throughout. The toilet also had been used and wasn’t clean. I always bring cleaning supplies no matter where I say. I took pictures and went to the front desk to report it. The FD clerk offered me another room. I didn’t accept due to me cleaning the room to my expectations. She was very nice and very apologetic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The floor in our room was absolutely filthy (my socks were very dirty after walking around or just a half an hour) and even with the air conditioning running constantly it was extremely humid in the room. There were no bugs in our room, but there were bugs on the floor and wall outside of our room in the hallway and all around the property outside. Large water beetles possibly.

Easy check in but we had to change our rooms two times due to the bathroom, not being cleaned. Also we rented several rooms for family members to stay in and all the rooms smelled moldy. Not sure if it was in the air conditioning or in the walls.. definitely needs someone to inspect that. However, the breakfast was always fresh and hot, and the ladies in the dining area were very pleasant and respectful.. honestly the best part about the whole stay was the breakfast and the shower that had the best high powered water pressure. However, due to the moldy smell throughout, I doubt we will be back there..

Near expressway heard trucks all night, constant loud fan running in the bathroom that could not be turned off, clock was old and made a buzzing noise, air condition unit was loud. curtains were old and did not close properly allowing light from parking lot lamp near by to light up room and bed was uncomforatable but clean

Lowkey check-in. From the outside, I wasn’t sure what the inside would hold, but my rom was excellent. So smart to NOT have carpet in a high humidity area. The vinyl faux wood floor was perfect and clean. Expected self-serve breakfast was ample.

Fine for sleeping which is all we did. Late night check in was easy and staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was missing some of the main items like eggs, staff informed they were out of stock.

Very good location with lots of food options and other shops in the plaza on the same side street. Very easy to and from I85. Had a 3rd floor room away from highway so quiet. Plenty parking. Scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits w gravy, waffles, yogurt and bagels. Only problem was I prepaid w expedia but my credit cards got charged again which I had to ask about. That was a system issue. It showed my 3 credit cards as denied but then charged one for the room, and not the one I used to book.

This is our 4th stay, it is a good fair priced economy hotel. No frills & Thrills. The staff is always great. Our only complaint is the rooms can be cleaned better, the carpet was replaced with pergo type flooring and they have never been mopped. Each stay my wife & I use Clorox wipes on our shoes and “skate” across the entire floor a few times to clean the floors as good as we can.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. It’s an older hotel. There’s plenty of options to eat around the hotel within walking distance. It does need a little bit of upgrading within the bathrooms. They look dirty, but they just need new grout. It got a little noisy at times but at night it quieted down. It wasn’t that bad of a hotel. I would stay there again.

I was impressed with the evening desk manager and how welcome I was made to feel. She really cares about the facility and making people welcome. The walls are thin but happily no noisy groups. A six night stay gives a pretty solid overview of a motel/hotel. I would advise asking for the backside as the interstate is fairly close.

Overall , we had a good stay . The property is clean and safe , the breakfast available in the morning is good . We were disappointed that during our 3 day stay no- one came to change the towels, take the trash etc. By the last day ( Saturday) I had to empty our own trash, go to the lobby to request towels and toilet paper etc. I was then told someone would bring towels etc but they did not . Returned to the lobby to ask again and told that the housekeeper couldn’t get in our room because the lock didn’t work? But lobby staff did give me towels and other requested items to take back to my room . We usually choose to stay at Quality Inns because of the excellent service so we were surprised by this
Overall , we had a good stay . The property is clean and safe , the breakfast available in the morning is good . We were disappointed that during our 3 day stay no- one came to change the towels, take the trash etc. By the last day ( Saturday) I had to empty our own trash, go to the lobby to request towels and toilet paper etc. I was then told someone would bring towels etc but they did not . Returned to the lobby to ask again and told that the housekeeper couldn’t get in our room because the lock didn’t work? But lobby staff did give me towels and other requested items to take back to my room . We usually choose to stay at Quality Inns because of the excellent service so we were surprised by this

I was told upon check-in that if I did not request an early check-in then there was a fee of $ 25.00. Our car was the only one in the parking lot. There were no key envelopes. Your keys were given to you in a notepad of paper folded in two Vending machines selection was sparse due to many items being not available. Your reception was more matter of fact than we are happy you decided to stay with us.

Checking in was good. The lady that worked that night was very nice. The room I was given on the first floor had a slight smoke odor. Also they said that all first floor are priority to those with dogs. I usually prefer first floor due to my handicap. So next time I will just deal with other floors. Breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about. The waffles were good. ## Biggest issue. ——— Checkout day I was loading the cart and well needed to use the Restroom. While taking care of business it struck 11:01 and the phone rang. I couldn’t answer. 11:05 maid comes knocking. I let her know I was taking a $h!t and I would be done in a few minutes. Not even 3 minutes pass and she is back knocking on the door. Like come on. You need the room that bad at 11:08 am ??? Just thought it was rude. This is a very nice and clean place to stay. Close to food places and shopping, easy on and off the highway. Has an outside pool that I did not get a chance to enjoy due to visiting family in the area. Will definitely stay again. Very friendly staff.

Very good location with lots of food options and other shops in the plaza on the same side street. Very easy to and from I85. Had a 3rd floor room away from highway so quiet. Plenty parking. Scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits w gravy, waffles, yogurt and bagels. Only problem was I prepaid w expedia but my credit cards got charged again which I had to ask about. That was a system issue. It showed my 3 credit cards as denied but then charged one for the room, and not the one I used to book.

Fine for sleeping which is all we did. Late night check in was easy and staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was missing some of the main items like eggs, staff informed they were out of stock.

I had pretty low expectations for the continental breakfast, but I was not prepared for the continent to be Darfur. No milk for cereal, no eggs because it was Saturday, I don't eat meat but no sausages, the cafe is supposed to open at 6:30, it was not. I got crap for going in an unlocked door at 6:30 and turning the lights on to get an English muffin, then the employee scolded me and left after turning the lights off while I was trying to get some barely sustainable food into me. He came back 3 minutes later after realizing it was in fact after 6:40 by now. Might as well dump the whole premise of having even the most meager breakfast available, that way people will not have the slightest hope for even a crappy breakfast. Microtel does the continental thing WAY better.

It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the linens appeared to be new, the shower was amazing, the floor in the room was not covered by nasty carpet, and it smelled pleasant. The breakfast did not have a large selection, but what was there was fresh and tasty. The waffles were a highlight. The machine made them perfectly. The only negative, I believe, is the traffic noise, since it's close to a busy road. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on the backside of the facility. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay.

I had to ask for Soap every day. I wouldn't call the breakfast, breakfast. The standard waffle maker, link sausage and scrambled eggs every morning for the week I was there. No breakfast sandwiches, no hard boiled eggs, no Bacon and no morning cakes. Just bagels and English muffins. Coffee was horible.

It was ok, I usually stay at the Hampton Inn but Spectrum had booked a bunch of rooms causing price to go way up and Quality was almost $400 less for 8 day stay. Breakfast was disappointing compared to Hampton, 4 days they didn’t even offer eggs. Hot option was waffles and sausage, nothing else hot. Sunday was best they had a better selection but still not close to Hampton Inns breakfast which is where I stayed prior visits so what I am basing my review on. Also had issues with room keys, one day both times I returned I couldn’t get in my room so had to go back down to the front desk. Chose Quality over Comfort Suites down the road because they have the bigger TV’s of the 2. Staff was very nice but you could tell key issues have been an ongoing issue based on the reaction to the issue and possibly owners hesitant to upgrade. Room was clean until I moved the bed to find something I dropped and rolled under the bed. Very dusty and beer caps under the bed. Overall it was like settling for adequate rather then enjoying the stay.
