Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lincoln-Roseville Area by IHG

First the entire 1st floor was under construction, no pool, no gym. after checking in we were looking for our room the maid offered to help, we gave her the key & led us to our room,the door wouldnt unlock so she used her pass key, a few hours later knock on the door, a couple said they were ginen our room. the maid had gone to the wrong room. instead of making it right they brought the proper key, we had made reservations for 1 king bed, we got 2 beds no pool no gym. never stay at a Holiday Inn again

Very nice hotel. The pool and jacuzzi need a lot of work but the rooms were great. Comfy bed and very clean.

Elevator was not working. Room was nice, if you like a very hard bed. Not my cup of tea.

The room was clean and facility was well kept, but for the nightly rate this was an underwhelming stay. We largely chose this hotel so our daughter could swim in the indoor heated pool. The pool was absolutely freezing, as was the room it was in. The hot tub was out of service, and there was weird/obscure music being played in the background of the pool/spa room (it sounded like a christian rock band that couldn't quite make it to the mainstream, and decided to do covers of deep track Phil Collins songs). Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about, unless you're a fan of powdered eggs, leathery sausage, and biscuits/gravy with sweet country gravy (it should be savory and peppery). Water pressure in the shower was pretty poor, but it got the job done and the water warmed up almost immediately. The beds were comfortable enough. A/C unit in the room was extremely loud, and would be distracting to use while sleeping.

It’s convenient when going to thunder Valley for a concert. They have a good breakfast buffet. It just happened when we were there, the elevator didn’t work so that was a little inconvenient.

Started out before the stay about 3-4 days before I recieved a call saying the pool was unusable, which with the weather over 100’ would have been nice to know much sooner so other accommodations could have been made , also upon arrival the 2 queen bed room requested were not available They did offer the king suite that worked but still someone had to sleep on the sofa bEd which doesn’t provide as much comfort , also we weeemin 3rd floor and both ice machines in 3rd and 2nd floor were. Broken which led us to have to go to first floor just for ice. Otherwise the rest of th r stay in as good

We were never notified that there was construction/ remodeling the entire first floor was closed off. When we got there is when we were told. No access to pool. Elevator wasn’t working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Showers never got hot and first thing Saturday morning construction workers were back at it

Staff member discrimination. Facilities not all working sauna and hot tub not working pool area too slippery and pool not maintained properly. Not blue at all.

Pool and hot tub have been closed the all three times we have stayed the last 2 years. Time to find somewhere new to stay.

The Jacuzzi was out

From the time we checked into the time we checked out, it was such a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly clean. If in the area again, I will definitely be staying there.

Staff was very friendly check in was easy complimentary breakfast was nice room did have ants in the bathroom and along the headboard of the bed other customer's also reported ants in there room that was the only thing i wish they could have taken care of but other then that everthing else was fine.

$200+ a night for the following. The bed cover was torn in several places I have pics. There were ants in the bathroom too. Thur-Mon stay. My wife has dementia & her meds make Her sleep late. On Sat AM with the do not disturb sign up the office calls to ask if we want room service waking my wife! Then the next day Sun the same thing happens with the phone call even though do not disturb sign was posted again! Woke her again as I was in the restroom making our weekend a mess due to her lack of sleep & we were in town for a funeral. Since when did do not disturb mean calling & waking people up??? Also on Sat I declined the room service. On Sunday nobody cleaned the room even though we were out by 12:30 in the afternoon. Had to request both towels and TP when we returned to our dirty room Sunday evening. What a joke & definitely not worth the money. Have stayed there several times, I will not return!!! Find another place there is a new LaQuinta in town spend your money there!!!

My husband and I stayed here with friends as we were in town for a concert. Our room was noticeably clean and the bed was so comfortable we slept great! I wish we could have a bed like that at home! The continental breakfast is a nice touch to help get us on our way with a full belly and a hot cup of coffee. We appreciated the great customer service of each employee who we dealt with. Great job! We look forward to staying here again whenever we pass through the Lincoln area!

When we first arrive front desk was very rude. I got there at 4 and apparently my room wasn’t ready because they had a big group arrive before me . When I told the man that check in was at 3 but it is now after 4 I didn’t know why then my room was found. Then the other check in person older lady) was literally arguing with someone on phone and when she hung up she was being rude to next people she was helping. I always stay at these hotels never had a problem but first impressions of your customer service desk is not ok. Your indoor pool was not clean. There was a lot of stuff floating around it and the reason we chose this hotel was indoor pool thought it should have been kept cleaner.

We had a fantastic experience at this Holiday Inn Express. We stayed in a King Junior Suite that exceeded our expectations—it had a convenient kitchen area with a cold mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig (perfect for morning coffee). The suite also featured a comfy sofa area and a king bed with handy outlets right at the nightstands. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and offered us two soft, individually wrapped cookies at check-in—which paired perfectly with our coffee the next morning. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped stay. We’d definitely return!

Room was small and dark. Felt very closed in!

Everything was good. But the bed was hard.

The room was large, new, two TV’s, beautiful bathroom, a bar with a sink, large comfortable bed, loveseat. I will be staying here again in a month to see another concert in Wheatland.

The refrigerator was loud. The room noise from heater was loud. Awakened me during the night. Everything else was totally acceptable. The breakfast was good.

I rented the room for my daughter, who is 18 years old. The hotel was paid for and all she had to do was check in. When arriving, she was told by the staff that she was not old enough to book a room there, and that an additional $100 deposit (for a total of $200) was needed. I was fine with that, especially since the money would be returned when she checked out, unless there was damage to the room. The receptionist was a bit rude about explaining it and the situation left my daughter quite frustrated. I, a 42 year old man, booked and paid for the room with the trust and understanding that if the room was damaged, I am responsible. In the end it was not a big deal, and she got the room, but the attitude she received was frustrating to say the least. Along with that, the hotel was in the middle of some repairs/renovation. While the work was not supposed to start before 10am, the next morning she woke up around 8am to the noise of construction work. Based on this experience, I will probably book a different hotel in the future. Customer service and comfort are the keys to a good stay, neither was shown to be important during this stay.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They allowed us an early check-in & late check-out. The free breakfast was excellent and the host went the extra mile making sure that everyone had what they needed. I applogize for not remembering her name. She is Such a sweetheart!

I always choose Holiday Inn Express if I have the option because in 14 years I have never been disappointed in my room or their service. The staff in every site has been so friendly & helpful.

Positive- convenient access to highway, clean, housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were winderful. The hot breakfast was appreciated. Negative- We emailed the property before our arrival w No response until Expedia reached out to them Front desk staff was brusque, microwave just stacked on mini fridge- no counter or table to put things, Had 4 people registered, but only had 3 sets of towels and no extra toiletries. But the Worst part was the FIRE ALARM went off at 2 am! We were on the 2nd floor. ( not sure why our Handicapped Accessible room was in the 2nd floor) There were rails in the shower, but still had to climb over the tub to access.We made our way down the stairs and were there for about 30 minutes total while the fire department verified all was safe. The day manager Sylvia reluctantly agreed to our request for a one night refund. We did not ask for both days of our stay.

Was very disappointed, drug homeless person eating at breakfast messing with food for 20 minutes, front desk so un friendly, this was my second stay, I won’t be back

The front desk staff displayed contrasting service levels. The morning representative was exceptionally helpful and courteous, whereas the afternoon staff member appeared unhappy and struggled with decision-making. When inquiring about temporarily storing my luggage for an hour while returning the car rental and heading to the airport, she was unwilling to assist without consulting her manager, demonstrating inadequate customer relation skills and leaving the guest unsatisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a Target and several other restaurants and shops! Bed is comfortable, room is clean and staff Awesome

Everything went well. Upon checking in Sylvia was very kind and courteous. She granted our request to stay on the highest floor. The rooms were clean and the hotel was close to Target, TJ Maxx and IN & OUT. We had a free breakfast. The food was great. Thanks so much to all the staff for making our stay feel like home.

The property was very conveniently located to a casino where we had commitments and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We may return there for a future visit.

Friendly and accommodating I’d stay again but it was not easy to find or get to, maybe because of the construction but if you’re coming from east? you can’t just get to the entrance. Once we figured it out it was ok but we had to go through the shopping area Otherwise great

Five minute drive to Thunder Valley Casino. Excellent front desk customer service. Ample free parking. Safe area. Next door to In n Out Burger.

Second time at this location and enjoyed it. Upgraded room for me again (TY) Easy off the freeway with quick shopping nearby. There is a sushi place across the street or you can walk to in-n-out or Target for groceries. The room I stayed in was facing the road so it was noisy but ear plugs helped. Decent bed. Clean room, average breakfast with friendly staff. Both stays the kitchen staff greeted me warmly which makes for a great start to a day.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, conveniently located near The Venue and Thunder Valley Resort & Casino. Nice room, great rate.

Close by to restaurants and other shopping. Ease of getting off the freeway to the hotel.

Second stay at this motel and have always been impressed with the competent, courteous staff; the excellent breakfast and the overall cleanliness of the rooms and building. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was amazing. I loved the French toast and just all the options. 10 out of 10.

The breakfast server was the most pleasant and courteous staff member. She greeted everyone with a hello and a smile. The breakfasts were good.

The location is convenient. Staff was friendly and we were check-in quickly. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. It was disappointing to find that there was no soap or lotion in the bathroom and we used the bath wash in the shower instead to wash our hands. Breakfast was a bit limited and typical of what most hotels do now to cut cost. Maybe it was why there’s no soap or lotion in the bathroom.

It is close to the freeway and restaurants. I love the sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast.
