Half the pool and all the spa was restricted to 21 and up for no reason. This was not advertised when booking so resulted in some very disappointed children. Also - all restaurant options are accessed from the casino floor which is very smoky. AVOID THIS PLACE WITH KIDS

We had a very comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was quiet and it met our expectations. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent having both a shower and tub. The elevators were quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Fitness Center was open 24 hours and it was clean with lots of gym equipment options. The Casino had several eateries to choose from which was convenient. The Casino itself was fine, too. Everything is conveniently located and within walking distance to The Venue since we attended a concert. All in all, an excellent experience. We will likely be returning!

Parking was easy in parking garage. Garage itself as well as rest of property felt safe at all times. Pre checked in on phone so just showed I.D. And got keys. Elevator was fast use key to activate keeping you safe. Room was large and clean and comfortable Five Stars for sure. Casino is large and has great mix of old and new slots as well as tons of tables. Great food choices from low cost to five star dining whatever you need! Had a Fantastic time. Will return again

Amenitities not resort level. Previous stay last October, we enjoyed pool/patio area but it was not available this time even though website stated open until end of the month. Front desk said it's only open on weekends so no option to enjoy outdoor seating or patio game area. Management states benches are available but all I could find were 2 park benches located in the entrance drive up area. Equivilant to sitting at a bus stop with cars entering/exit casino entrance. Slots not engaging this time around either. Last visit we sat at machine for about an hour with game giving and taking. This visit money gone within 10 minutes. Do enjoy having a smoke-free slot machine room since cigarette smell overwhelming but that's a casino. Unfortunately, didn't get to enjoy resort amenities so may not return if that's not included anymore.

Having a key to get to your floor was such a good feeling of security. Rooms were exceptional. Only issue was the parking garage. Several times we had to stop SUDDENLY for cars that just driving too fast. Speed bumps might help that issue in time

Clean rooms, courteous staff, nice amenities.

It’s a casino hotel. Rooms are super clean and modern. Check in was so-so, especially for Expedia guests. Smell of smoke was intense in the lobby but non existent in the rooms. Definitely hold your breath when entering and exiting the lobby.

When my mom and I arrived I pulled into the Hotel Check-in lane and was immediately greeted by the staff. I received the valet ticket and help carrying our bags inside to the check-in desk. The lady at the check-in desk took our ID’s to confirm my reservation and get both of us room keys set up. Afterwards she explained all of the amenities available to us and where everything was located. We were also offered help carrying our bags to the room. Everything was super clean. The hotel portion is non-smoking but the main lobby connects directly to the casino so you still get a strong smell of smoke there but every other portion of the hotel did NOT smell of smoke. You scan your key and select your floor. The room was easy to find and not too far from the elevator and ice room. The room itself was very nice, spacious, and clean. There is a mini fridge and coffee station, huge TV, desk, dresser drawers and a lounge chair in the main room area plus a small closet space where the safe is located. There is a sliding door leading to the bathroom and features double sinks, plenty of towels/rags and a huge deep tub and a nicely sized shower that had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers inside of it. My only complaints about my entire stay was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom so we ended up using some shower gel my mom brought and the lights that are attached to the headboard around werebroken off on one of the beds. Other than that, everything was great

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. So clean and up to date. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom and tub was amazing! Friendly staff and so helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

The rooms were fantastic. They are modern with Smart TVs that comcast your devices. Nice touch!! Also, the views were very beautiful and peaceful. Thanks for the stay.

Great and welcoming hotel. The view was amazing, room service was top notch. The entire room and bathroom was luxurious. Only complaint I can list was the shower faucet. 10 min into checking into our room we kept hearing a "scream/screech sound" thinking it was from down the hall. The noised occured every 30 minutes, we narrowed it down to the shower faucet causing the noise. We attended an event so everything was last minute, by the time we got into the room we were beat to call the front desk to have somebody come fix it with it being very late. We took a couple of sleeping pills and fixed our problem. Everything about the hotel was amazing.

I would have given higher rating, but the internet went down the first day and never came back up. The pillows were so uncomfortable and hard I had to sleep without one. The furniture wasn’t too comfortable either.

Great room, excellent sized tub and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The price was good too. The girlfriend and I are already planning on coming back.

Noisy room with construction noise on the floors above us. We were not told about and front desk was not helpful. Casino was horrible they lock machines and we lost so much money with no payouts. Will never be back there. Had better experience at Graton and Cashe Creek. Restaurants were good.

The staff was accomadating and friendly during the check in time, even though I came in earlier. The staff said I could check in and get my rooms on opposite on a floor or I could wait and they would text me when rooms they are side by side when it's ready.

Ridiculous u have to give an ID for a wheelchair when they have my card on file. Took over 20mins to check. Did not mention u can’t visit other floors on the elevator. I would have stayed on the same floor as my family if I was aware of the elevator inconvenience.

Took forever to get my worker into his hotel room. Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Disgusted with their service.

Upon checking in staff did not greet me with a friendly smile I paid 288 including tax for my room once I saw the room and saw how small it was I asked if I could pay extra for a larger room they said they had no more rooms available Upon checking in I was not told that I would be receiving a room that overlooked nothing just a white dingy cement view of maybe a roof rooftop not sure what it was on the third floor the bingo stuff was very nice and the steakhouse was a 10 out of 10 the roads to get there had no sign Upon exiting I was routed to a dead end and witnessed a horrible accident in front of thunder Valley in the morning I believe the signs may be a bit confusing for some there were awful enermous puddles just outside that were not visible in the night. Outside area needs to have signs wireceiving

I was only there for an overnight business trip, so I stayed just the one night. The rooms were recently renovated, the hotel is connected to the casino, plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. I stayed on the 5th floor that was recently renovated and it was of course pristine and done right. Definitely, my next hotel when I’m back in the Sacramento area.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel. The high stakes dining was amazing. Room service was prompt and delicious. And gambling was fun.

We stayed in the King room at the hotel and it was large and luxurious. I loved having the robes. The only drawback was the dining options - only one restaurant was open and 3 others were closed.
