My boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay at this hotel. The room facilities were impeccable—everything from the bedding to the kitchen utensils was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. The receptionists, security guards, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly and professional. The location is convenient for getting around the city, and despite being close to Bui Vien Street, noise was not an issue for us. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of an in-room washing machine, but each floor has shared laundry facilities, so it wasn’t much of a problem. Our room was cleaned daily, with complimentary water bottles replenished, which made our 4-night stay even more comfortable. Plus, parking for motorbikes is free! I’ll definitely choose this hotel every time I come to Vietnam in the future, especially since my boyfriend loves Vietnam and plans to visit frequently.

The property is great, they just need to figure out the key card situation.

I had to personally reach out to the owner just to obtain the apartment number and check-in details—information that should have been provided well in advance. To make matters worse, we were only given one key card, which was the sole means of accessing our floor via the elevator. Since we were traveling as a group of three, coordinating access to the apartment became a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. While the location was ideal, the overall lack of customer service and support significantly detracted from our experience.

The apartment is on the 72nd floor, just like the picture, the room is very clean and new, beautiful sky view. Excellent infinity pool. Memorable vacation for my family.

Sparkling clean, well-managed space.

There is no front desk to check in and no attendance to assist. The room is dirty, customer is horrible. They chat with you through WhatsApp and when you needs or complaints they went radio silence. The room look out to a dumb instead of what show in the website.

I loved staying here. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff make you feel at home. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

주변 환경은 좋으나 교통능 불편합니다 어디가든 택시로 움직여야 합니다. 4팀 부부가 함께간 여행이라 숙소 고민을 많이 하고 예약 했는데 역시나ㅜ 방4개 욕실4개라 아무 의심 없이 예약했는데 가서 봤더니 방 네4개는 맞고 욕실은 3개더라구요 문의 했더니 거기에 대한 답은 없고 다른 말만 하더군요 수건도 큰수건 두 장 뿐이고 침대도 딱딱하고 불편했습니다 청소상태도 별로고 화장실에서 바퀴벌레도 나오고 짜증!!이 숙소 추천하진 않습니다 같이간 팀들 한데너무 미안했습니다 숙소는 별로지만 주변 환경은 좋네요.

The unit was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The air conditioning was dusty, which made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. It’s clear that proper maintenance and cleaning were not prioritized. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

Fantastic location with 17th floor view of the city. Spacious apartment. AC capable. Well located to food, shopping, etc... comfortable main area to hang out. Quiet from street noise. 2 modern elevators to get you and luggage up/down.

This was advertised as a hotel but it’s not. All the pictures used were not like what we received. This was a private residence listed as a hotel. I felt this was a false advertising. Advertised as 4 bedrooms 4 baths but only had 3 baths. The amenities not as advertised. I felt this was a bait and switched

Disappointing Stay with False Advertising and Poor Quality As a Platinum Expedia member who has traveled to over 80 countries, this was my first time lodging a complaint about accommodations, and unfortunately, it was well-deserved. The property was severely misrepresented with misleading photos and multiple service and quality issues: No cleaning service was provided, despite repeated complaints. Staff arrived at an inconvenient time, and when asked to return later, they never came back. The room was unsanitary, with hair on the bed sheets and clogged drains in both the sink and shower. The furniture was of terrible quality, and the overall upkeep of the property was poor. Pricing was deceptive, boasting a $3,000 USD discount that clearly didn’t reflect the actual value of the property. This experience fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from properties listed on Expedia. I’ve contacted Expedia for a full refund, and I trust they will resolve this promptly.

THIS IS A SCAM BOOKING....... I BOOKED THIS APPARMENTS FOR 3 DAYS JUNE 15-18 AND PAID IN FULL IN MARCH. ON JUNE 15TH WE CAME TO THE FRONT BUILDING AS THE INSTRUCTION OF THE PERSON WHO CONTACT ME THROUGH WHATSAPP. SHE DIDN'T TELL ME HER NAME BUT HER PHONE NUMBER IS +84 93 243 83 84, SHE TOLD US COME TO THE LOBBY OF THE LANDMARK 81 VINHOMES ON 720A DIEN BIEN PHU. BUT WHEN WE CAME THE SECURITY WON'T LET US COME INSIDE THE BUILDING BECAUSE HE SAID OUR APPARTMENT DID NOT INSIDE THIS BUILDING. AFTER I CALLED HER BACK, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL SEND HER FRIEND COME AND HELP ME WITH CHECK IN BY ASKING US TO GIVE THEM OUR PASSPORTS. 3O MINUTES LATER, THE YOUNG BOY FROM OUTSIDE THE STREET CAME AND ASKED ME TO GIVE HIM THE PASSPORTS, I DENIED AND ASKED HIM TO TAKE ME INSIDE THE BUILDING TO CHECK IN AND I WILL GIVE THE PASSORTS TO THE FRONT DESK FOR CHECK IN. HE SAID NO AND WALKED AWAY. SINCE THEN, NO ONE CAME TO HELP US AND I CALLED HER BACK AND SHE DIDN'T PICK UP HER PHONE. SO WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE THE BUILDING FOR AN HOUR AND HAD TO FIND OTHER HOTEL TO SAY FOR OUR LAST 3 NIGHTS IN VIETNAM. I CONTACTED THE HOTEL DIRECTLY AND NO ONE REPLY MY MESSAGE. I CONTACTED THE HOTEL.COM AND ASKED FOR REFUND. THE LANDMARK81 TOLD HOTEL.COM THAT THEIR POLICY IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELATION. IT WAS RIDICULOUS, I DIDN'T CANCEL MY BOOKING, I COULDN'T CHECKIN BECASUSE THE OWNER OF THIS APPARMENT DID NOT SHOW UP TO CHECK US IN AND NOW THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED.......

Quite convenient location if you want to stay in Thao Dien, aka expat area, with tons of eateries and coffee shop. Do note that car cannot fit to the alley where the hotel is located so you will need to walk a tiny bit to the hotel from the main street. The room is clean and staff is friendly.

The two bedroom apartment is very spacious. There is washer/ dryer combo inside the room. The dryer took a long time to run and the clothes were just not completely dry. The breakfast has good selection of food.

근처 레스토랑은 매우 맛있습니다. 특히 베트남 전통 요리인 분차(Bun Cha)가 특히 맛있습니다. 최근에는 먹고 마시는 것이 매우 편리하고 여기가 마음에 들고 이 가격에 이 지역에서는 좋은 선택이라고 생각합니다.

근처에 먹을것도 많고 쇼핑센터도 멀지않아 추천합니다. 방도 넓고 좋아요. 조식이나 뷰를 생각한다면 추천안해요.. 전 0.5박이라 잠을 안자봐서.. ㅋㅋㅋ 낮잠정도 잤네요.. 그래서 시끄러운건 모르겠어요.. 평소에도 좀 늦게자서.. 늦게 자는사람들은 좋을거 같아요...

公寓的設計非常現代，房間寬敞且明亮。廚房設備非常齊全，可以自己做飯。公寓的服務非常到位，員工非常有禮貌。位置也很方便，周圍有許多餐館和商店

超棒的住宿體驗！房間乾淨寬敞，空調很安靜，晚上睡得很好。工作人員服務貼心，隨時微笑迎接，讓人感覺很温暖。最驚喜的是早餐，種類超級豐富，味道也特別好！以後一定還會來！

這次我在這裏住了五個晚上，公寓樓下就是超市，附近很旺，很多食肆，附近有family Mark,房東服務態度很好，回覆訊息速度快，來為我處理問題，很快便到，我下次再來胡志明市旅遊，一定會再次住宿這個公寓

는 정말 완벽한 숙소였습니다! 위치가 도심 한가운데라 어디든 이동이 편리했고, 시설은 고급스러우면서도 세련됐어요. 특히 호텔 레스토랑의 음식이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 베트남 전통 요리부터 서양식까지 다양하게 즐길 수 있어서 대만족이었어요. 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다!

호치민의 랜드마크 구름이 바로눈앞에.. 조식을66층에서~~ 너무너무 행복한날들이였습니다 조식도 완죤맛있어요^^
