The customer service team was great, the room was clean, the pool was clean, and breakfast was great. The two things that were not good was the elevator didn’t work and we had to walk 3 flights of stairs and the hot tub jets didn’t work. I would stay there again.

Perfect location if you are going to a concert or the casino. They offer a great shuttle service. The hotel was clean and in a great location. There is a lot of parking options and places to eat close by. I would stay here as an alternative to the casino.

Hotel was very close to outlet mall and reasonably priced. Walking distance(2min) to a restaurant that was fair. Breakfast included had the typical options, eggs and breakfast meats that changed daily. Breads, cereals & pancakes(bland flavour) but completely fine and many seating options. Pool wasn’t great. Not well maintained, tiles need cleaning and more water added. Chemicals were overdone.. eyes were burning. Not sufficient ventilation. Room layout was great but beds very soft. A bit noisy because of location by hwy but expected.

We reserve the room mainly for the pool and hot tub and they waited until we totally checked in before telling us that the pool and hot tub were out of order. Was very disappointed! Feel we should have gotten a lower rate or been compensated somehow.

The front desk person working when we checked out was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with a situation. In addition, having a parking garage was an added surprise. The extra measure of security was very welcome!!

This place is clean, quiet and conveniently located off the interstate. Close to shopping and several restaurants. We stayed for a week and I only had 2 complaints - the pool was not open (they kept saying "hopefully tomorrow"). I traveled with children and the pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The other complaint was parking. Most nights, every spot was taken and if you get there late, you are left struggling to find somewhere to park. Definitely not truck driver friendly!!! No room for tractor trailers. The place is clean, staff is friendly, and they have a great breakfast buffet!

We had a great stay. The room was spotless. GREAT lighting in the bathroom. The only thing we didn’t like was the pervasive smell of bleach. Maybe less bleach or follow-up air fresheners?

Rooms looked newly renovated but not kept very clean. We stayed on the 4th floor and as soon as we stepped off the elevator we where hit with the smell of smoking, we reported this as someone was clearly smoking cigarettes but we were not offered to move and had to put up with the smell.

There was blood on the edge of the door that was reported on our first night that was never cleaned during our stay. Additionally, the outlets on the bathroom side of the bed were not working and reported at the same time with permission to enter Friday or Saturday afternoon, but they never worked during our stay.

it was actually fairly horrible. Blood on toilet and toilet seat. one of us received a bite . our cat would not come out of his carrier. room smelled funny. couch was dirty and we could not stay in the room and left after 18 hours. would not stay at this hotel again. and no electricity for 4 hours total waste of money

I have come to enjoy Holiday Day Inn. The staff is outstanding, breakfast is always good . The room was spacious I could get around in my wheelchair easily.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly & the hotel itself was very clean. It was raining that evening & the foyer got very slippery—no caution sign was displayed. I nearly wiped out. Can’t hear the highway traffic noise but the trains that came by at woke me up twice. The furnace noise is also quite loud. Not sure what happened but the fridge defrosted itself & I walked into a puddle of cold water. I do love the comfortable beds of IHG , would love to have one in my own bedroom.

I stayed here as it was the nearest hotel to my brother’s house (which was still 10 miles away!). Staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. The rest? Meh. Rooms are noisy because you’re right next to a motorway and a railway. I also had a loose connection in a light which would come on while you were sleeping. Shower head is fixed so a case of playing the scalding/freezing game. Breakfast was not great particularly if you’re a vegetarian. If you are, your choice is basically an omelette or scrambled eggs and toast for a cooked breakfast. If you’re a vegan… forget it. A choice of 3 breakfast cereals loaded with sugar with non dairy milk and dry toast await you! Reasonable walking distance to local shops and a cinema but there’s not much to do in Marysville. The hotel is well served by free buses taking you to casinos if that’s your thing. No in-room coffee but, unlike other hotels, the 24hr lobby coffee is as advertised. Not entirely impressed by the “eco” reasons for removing the in-room service. All but the most gullible will realise it’s about margins. To sum up - An average provincial hotel that’s good for local casinos.

Wonderful staff and breakfast, our TV wasn’t working (loose wire I believe) and the manager came up right away to try and fix the issue. He immediately moved us to another room and gave us a great food (sushi!) recommendation for dinner. We’ll be back, thank you!

Property is nice. Staff is friendly, and very observant. When i booked our stay i had added our kids to the reservation online. When we got here, it only said it was a reservation for 2. Not the 6 i had entered online. I was charged an extra $15 per kid (except my 5 yr old) when we were checking in. We would have stayed at a different hotel had we known it was going to be another $50 for the night.

My biggest complaint is the key cards. I have stayed there probably 5-6 times over the past couple years during family visits. And every time I have had issues with my key cards not working to enter my room. That needs to be fixed! One of my arrival was late, between 11-12pm and I went back and forth to the front desk, luggage in tow, 3x, only to find that my room had been given to someone else, who we woke up while they were sleeping, and I had to take the room that customer had reserved. I was exhausted and frustrated, and not happy! But again this last visit, key card problems on several occasions. Otherwise, I am always very happy with the room and breakfast, and service.

Upon check in, I was questioned repeatedly and asked for a secondary ID because I don’t look like my 9 year old DL picture. We were treated like we were going to be turned away. The person was quite rude. Our room was so dirty we had to go buy Lysol wipes. Stained carpet, mold around the tub, unknown white substance crusted on bedside table. Lastly, our keys kept not working which was no big deal- the issue there was every time we needed a new one we were only asked the room number- never a name or to show ID or anything. Three employees just handed over keys without even checking that we were actually the people in that room. So anyone could have gotten a key to our room and entered. Incredibly unsafe.

Nice hotel. Convenient location. Only one desk clerk available to handle nine guests checking in at approx. 9:30 pm. Caused an extended wait. Clerk was pleasant and worked as quickly as she could. Everyone in line was courteous and patient. Just too long to process that line with one employee.

The general Manager was rude and discriminating, I have a certified registered medical alert service dog, I was told that she was not allowed in the buffet/continental breakfast area. That we could sit away from others or I could leave her back in the room. We tried to inform him of the disability discrimination laws and received more hostility. When faced with the written law viewable on my husband's phone he swatted the phone from my husband's hand and became physical. We left the area and asked the desk clerk to speak to the manager. As he was the general manager, the sales manager came and we informed her of what had happened. We decided to check out early, after 1 night of our 3 night stay. We will be submitting formal complaints. The public needs to know that service dogs are not pets, those of us who have them work hard with them. We need them just like a person who needs a wheelchair. The law is that they are allowed anywhere the general public goes; restaurants, buffets, hotels, busses, etc.

Great location! Drove here for the Tulalip Casino and the Outlets and it’s only a 6 minute drive to them from the Holiday Inn Hotel! Check in time was at 3pm but the staff let us in 2 hours early which was greatly appreciated since we didn’t want to wait in the car with all our luggage. There’s plenty of food options near by and I’m so excited to spent the weekend here!

The staff was kind and welcoming. Clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Had a run in with a homeless couple while out for a walk. That was scary especially not being from America. Bathtub in room was very squeaky every time I moved during my shower it made a loud noise. Slightly disturbing for the people still sleeping in the room. Overall we would stay at this hotel again when passing through.

The breakfast area needs a little more attention in regards to cleanliness. When we came down to have breakfast, all the available tables were dirty. I had to ask for a rag to clean a table myself. I would also suggest the option of bacon.
