Exceptional value for money given they have a nice little - but modern - gym, heated saltwater pool and a patio with a fire pit. Room was a nice surprise relative to expectations too. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, even if options were somewhat limited.

Reception/front end desk lady was excellent and very helpful! Room was great, very clean and modern. Continental breakfast was good, nothing outstanding. Due to location there was not a lot of amenities available; however, a shuttle was provided for transfers to and from Tulalip Casino and resort. 0verall wonderful.

Our family enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. Everything went well except for a few things. The pillows were a bit flat so we asked for extras and doubled up. Also the pool was really cold which was a big bummer for our 2 kids. It was definitely not heated which was really disappointing, as well as no hot tub. The breakfast was good, although some fresh fruit would have been nice. Overall a decent stay.

Really liked that there was a noon check out and also that this hotel is pet friendly with a reasonable $25 pet fee. Breakfast had more options than just cereal, we appreciated the hot food options.

Great place, felt new. Conveniently across the street from a grocery store and a plaza with some small dining options. Not sure of the name of the grocery store but just know they only accept debit/cash no credit cards. Hotel overall was clean, room was clean and spacious, kitchenette was clean and had more amenities than we could use. Pool and gym both looked brand new and really nice but we did not get to use it.

Very clean and nice suites. It seems new building. Staffs are very kind and nice as well. There was a little noise from trains during nights. But I would recommend this hotel if you like shopping at the premium outlet since it's very close to the mall.

we arrived and very pleased with the room. when making the pull out couch the bedding was dirty. advised the front desk they brought new bedding but didn’t take the dirty bedding left it for us to deal with. brought it down to the front desk showed them the picture that I took of the dirty bedding and handed her the dirty bedsheets. next day we went for our continental breakfast they had electrical problems and the food that was out was lukewarm but should be OK it wasn’t edible and would need to go somewhere else to eat which an expensive was not counting on and then a fire started from the cook plugging in a new toaster then we had to evacuate and we didn’t receive the full experience of hotel we were planning to use the pool relax for the morning and check out at noon but ended up leaving at 8:30

The hotel was clean except for 2 bugs in kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. I requested housekeeping twice they did not show so i had to go down and get my own towels. Requested housekeeping again for next day, they only replaced 2 bath towels and took out trash. We were out of toilet paper for 2 days. Thank goodness i took our own wipes! I had to go down at 10pm when we returned to get toilet paper and more towels. Room was not cleaned and bed was not made. We stayed 5 nights. I stil have not heard back from this hotel even though i reqested a call back. Very disappointed Hiton! The breakfast the first day was okay. The second day things were cold and the coffee tasted burnt or day old. We did not go back on the 3rd day for breakfast. I have never written a bad review about any place we have been before. We wiil not stay here again while visiting family.

The only thing that I could say was the train. Didn't realize that you could hear the train multiple times during the night. Otherwise everything was good. Will stay again in the future. Staff was great.

Loved the room. Was large and had a sofa in living area that you can pull a curtain to make the king size bed area private. It also had a sink, refrigerator and microwave with lots of counter space and all the utensils needed. It also had a table on wheels that could be moved closer to the sofa to have a meal.

The property was great. The room was huge and loved that we had a full-size fridge and a microwave. This is great for traveling with a small child. My only con is that there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang your towel when you were done or my bathroom caddy. For such a big bathroom, it wouldn't hurt to have a couple of hooks on the back of the door or on the wall, but overall the property was fantastic.

While the staff is super friendly and very accommodating, and the rooms were clean, the comfort of the bed, the pillows, and even the pullout couch were atrocious. I was there on a business trip with a colleague, and neither of us could walk very well after just one night in beds. Everything was so soft, and there was zero support.

Fabulous hotel from the easy free parking, fantastic staff, exceptionally clean hotel lobby, facilities and room A . Loved the courtesy shuttle to the casino !! Want to thank Camden, Frenchie, Raoul and the housekeepers and food and beverage staff for making our stay a fantastic experience. You are all doing a great job 👏 Will be back!

Everything was fantastic! We stopped to check in before we went to our concert at the Resort and Casino! Lash was there to check us in and out! He is so helpful and friendly. It is nice that checkout is at noon and breakfast is on until 10am. Most hotels seem to end breakfast quite early. The breakfast was also delicious! Waffles..omelettes..oatmeal...breakfast sandwiches etc. They have so much for breakfast...best one I have seen at a hotel ever! Lash was very helpful with breakfast as well when I was figuring out what to take my husband up for breakfast..made sure I had a tray and all so I could carry things easier! We will definitely be looking into booking at your locations on vacations since we had such a great stay at this one...and hopefully they are all just as friendly and helpful!! Thank you!! 🙂

Our washroom door lock was broken and they didn’t take any responsibility and refused to fix it. Their queen size bed is not even queen size, it’s definitely small. Breakfast was ok. They should improve their service.

The staff were incredible! Was surprised there was only one person at the check in counter (and seemed like he (Lash) was the only one there) super friendly - but maybe overworked. The breakfast staff was really helpful as well! Would stay again! Loved the kitchen in the room- convenient with a family.

Front desk was having an issue with their card machine for taking deposit. Guest infront of me was blamed that it was an issue with his card and belittled by manager. Same issue with me. The hotel was clean except for 2 bugs in kitchen area. The bed was comfortable. I requested housekeeping twice they did not show so i had to go down and get my own towels. Requested housekeeping again for next day, they only replaced 2 bath towels and took out trash. We were out of toilet paper for 2 days. Thank goodness i took our own wipes! I had to go down at 10pm when we returned to get toilet paper and more towels. Room was not cleaned and bed was not made. We stayed 5 nights. I stil have not heard back from this hotel even though i reqested a call back. Very disappointed Hiton! The breakfast the first day was okay. The second day things were cold and the coffee tasted burnt or day old. We did not go back on the 3rd day for breakfast. I have never written a bad review about any place we have been before. We wiil not stay here again while visiting family.

It's a shame that one or two bad staff members ruin the whole place! They have smoking at every entrance and the place including elevators and common areas wreaked of cigarettes due to staff allowing guests to smoke directly in front of the doors. When i asked them about it the staff member was unhelpful and shrugged her shoulders. The rooms themselves were good and cleaning staff was hardworking and lovely. If this facility can correct the smoking issue it will be a great place. Sadly we left a day early due to cigarette allergies in both of my children.

Great place, felt new. Conveniently across the street from a grocery store and a plaza with some small dining options. Not sure of the name of the grocery store but just know they only accept debit/cash no credit cards. Hotel overall was clean, room was clean and spacious, kitchenette was clean and had more amenities than we could use. Pool and gym both looked brand new and really nice but we did not get to use it.

The property is close to everything.. few minutes drive to tulalip casino. Across the hotels are different restaurants that u can choose. Staff are nice and very friendly. Room is great and clean.

Easy access to the Casino, we were here for a Concert and the free shuttle service was a great unexpected bonus. As mentioned by others THE TRAINS we were here on a Wednesday night and had three 'honking trains' go by ! If I was coming to the Casino Arena for another concert (high probability, a Great summer venue) I would stay here again

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Pool area and gym were well equipped and clean . Our front desk staff Sheri was so helpful and helped us book an extra night . Would definitely stay again .

Everything was fantastic! We stopped to check in before we went to our concert at the Resort and Casino! Lash was there to check us in and out! He is so helpful and friendly. It is nice that checkout is at noon and breakfast is on until 10am. Most hotels seem to end breakfast quite early. The breakfast was also delicious! Waffles..omelettes..oatmeal...breakfast sandwiches etc. They have so much for breakfast...best one I have seen at a hotel ever! Lash was very helpful with breakfast as well when I was figuring out what to take my husband up for breakfast..made sure I had a tray and all so I could carry things easier! We will definitely be looking into booking at your locations on vacations since we had such a great stay at this one...and hopefully they are all just as friendly and helpful!! Thank you!! 🙂

The breakfast options were a lovely surprise, and for our extended stay, the actual dishes and silverware instead of disposable was a very nice touch. Coffee in a real mug is miles ahead of coffee in paper cups.

Really liked that there was a noon check out and also that this hotel is pet friendly with a reasonable $25 pet fee. Breakfast had more options than just cereal, we appreciated the hot food options.

we arrived and very pleased with the room. when making the pull out couch the bedding was dirty. advised the front desk they brought new bedding but didn’t take the dirty bedding left it for us to deal with. brought it down to the front desk showed them the picture that I took of the dirty bedding and handed her the dirty bedsheets. next day we went for our continental breakfast they had electrical problems and the food that was out was lukewarm but should be OK it wasn’t edible and would need to go somewhere else to eat which an expensive was not counting on and then a fire started from the cook plugging in a new toaster then we had to evacuate and we didn’t receive the full experience of hotel we were planning to use the pool relax for the morning and check out at noon but ended up leaving at 8:30

We had a rough vacation which caused multiple plans to be changed, the staff here was courteous and just absolutely AMAZING! They really saved the end of our vacation by being kind and courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and the lobby was nice and clean. ONE MILLION STARS!!!!!!
