Great hotel, great location, and great service. We had a small problem in the room, but they quickly moved us. We even got fruit by the pool. We just didn't receive the key to the refrigerator. The resort fee was US$44 and parking was US$59 per day. Staying here is worth every penny. I hope to return soon.

The hotel was great, the pool area was a little crowded the chairs were very close to each other. The resort fee included the chairs and umbrellas at the pool not at the beach. The rooms were very clean! Breakfast was amazing!

Constructions ongoing. No need for an alarm clock as the drill is waking you up at 8:30am. Pool area is crowded although the hotel is not fully booked due to the constructions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to everything in Miami Beach, directly at the beach but also relatively quiet.

We had a new renovated room and it was so nice and clean! Pool and beach service was amazing and everything was very well kept. Great things included with the resort fee/stay. Gretty in the spa is worth the request!! Only negative was the pool bar was being renovated though and wasnt aware it would be closed and some loud noises throughout the stay in room because of that also.

If you plan on sleeping late forget it! Maintenance from 9am to 5 or 6pm. Lots of banging!!! Other than that it’s a first class hotel with great service!!!

Lovely pool and beach, excellent service. The food quality is very good and the upper south beach location near Lincoln Rd is fabulous. We were surprised by the added $44 “resort fee” and the building was doing construction work that was fairly noisy and disruptive on our floor—although I did receive a warning email about this work after we reserved the room.

The room was old and not good. They put me in the St. Moritz wing and told me that upgraded me but the room was pretty crummy and it had a bathtub shower which I had purposely avoided when booking the room as my husband is 87 and has trouble climbing over the bathtub to get in the room. Don’t let them put you in the St. Moritz wing. It badly needs renovating. Still looks like 1950!

The hotel is spectacular and the lobby area, pool and restaurant are extremely beautiful. The room is modern and spacious and it was completely renovated since the last time we have been in the hotel. The only thing I was disappointed is that we paid extra for partial sea view and the view was of roofs and buildings and we had to really struggle to see a piece of sea at the distance.

We were disappointed as we paid for ocean view with balcony, our room was in the old St Moritz hotel which is next door and part of Loews but no balconies. Had we known we would be allocated this room we would not have booked. Everything else was fine, but felt we had been cheated - it is an expensive hotel

The Loews tower room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Only 1 thing that is not the end of the world but needs to be upgraded: the desk chair is way too low for the desk that’s in the room. Other than that great room, super nice staff

The hotel is a grand dame and is in need of some renovation and updates, my room was not very clean, the furniture was cheap and damaged. Bathroom was large and showed signs of wear and tear. Mattress and bedding were exceptional and very comfortable. Service was excellent, especially at the pool. Gym was well equiped and clean. Overall a lovely stay!

My stay itself was fine, busy with lots of families and kids, which is understandable for the time of year. It was expensive, but I accepted that based on the timing. What completely ruined the experience was the service after my stay. I still haven’t been refunded my incidentals deposit, and I’ve been charged for upgrades I never received. When I tried to get answers, I was passed around by staff who clearly weren’t on-site and had no idea what was going on. Worse, they accused me of lying. Not only was this frustrating, it added unnecessary stress to the rest of my holiday. Honestly, it’s not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are THE BEST. They really go above and beyond, soooo impressive!!! The whole concierge team is excellent but Alex is exceptional. So is manager Pietro. I cannot rave enough about the staff’s level of service. The hotel itself is great and the beach is fantastic too. The balcony views are awesome.

The property was undergoing construction from 9 AM to 5 PM, with loud drilling that echoed throughout the entire building. I had to change rooms three times due to the noise. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I requested an early check-in—just 15 minutes ahead of schedule—to get ready for a dinner reservation, and they flatly refused. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay at this hotel again. Valet also missed placed my keys which caused additional delays.

We traveled with two young children (7 and 3) for Spring Break and had a wonderful stay! Service was outstanding from check-in through the very last day from all staff members we encountered—housekeeping, bellman, pool servers, beach setup, etc. Loews bills itself as family friendly and that rang true for us. They had several activities for the kids throughout the week, including free face painting, an outdoor movie, and sno cones by the pool. We ate sit-down breakfast one day which was good, then the other days enjoyed the quick-grab coffee shop and ordered lunch at the beach. My oldest did the kids club one afternoon session and enjoyed it. The beach loungers with beachside servers was wonderful and that food was really good (especially the giant hamburger!). Our only complaint was the poolside chairs were nearly impossible to get unless you got to the pool very early, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We always found a spot near the pool to put our stuff and sit on the edge which worked fine.

The service was top tier. From the time we arrived, we were met at our uber with friendly, helpful service. Check in was seamless, topped off with fruit infused water to cool off. Our room was ready early and upon entering, the room smelled heavenly and clean! We then had lunch by the pool and was served by Don, who was funny, attentive, accommodating, informative and the ultimate gentleman! The food was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the fish tacos and chicken and rice bowl, topped off with yummy drinks! Our entire stay did not disappoint! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there if I ever return to Miami!

We stayed for 3 days and the WiFi was down for 2 of those when I asked at the concierge I was told it does drop out and there’s nothing he could do about it. Also no only complementary water on the first night. For this service they charge a $44 resort fee. They also charge $59 dollars, plus the expected gratuity for valet parking per night. I wouldn’t have begrudged this if it was efficient but on one of the days we were kept waiting over 15 minutes for are car. The rest of the hotel was lovely although we never used the pool so cannot comment. Rao’s was simply delicious and a must go.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and we loved the pool and bar area with the beach so close. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night at the Loew's in preparation for the Lululemon 10K the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Dining options were great, and my family and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The Loews was a welcoming overnight stop before getting on a cruise the next day. Pool was well maintained and Rao’s being on site gives you the best Italian dining option one could ask for. Will stay again when rates are fair like last night.

There are various poolside food options — reasonably priced with generous proportions. I definitely recommend dinner at Rao’s, which is on the Loews property.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. We had did at The Sushi Bar and I would recommend it to anyone staying to try it out one night. Would stay here again in the future!
