Great hotel! Pool and hot tub was fabulous! Free breakfast which had fruit, cereal, bacon, potatoes, waffels, yogurt and much more! Would come again!

This hotel was ok, pool was cloudy, I wouldn’t swim in it. Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was the typical fare. The thing I didn’t like was the description said bar/lounge and 20 restaurants. Hardly , you couldn’t even buy a wine or beer. You had to go out. This definitely was not my happy place, I felt lied to.

This was about my 4th stay here and it appears to be our go to place when in the area. Everything is great, the staff, food etc. Elevator is quiet and guest are friendly especially the staff.

Everything was great. Clean. Friendly. Decent stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. Only complaint is they ran out of everything at breakfast and were very slow refilling lol other than that its a great stay

The room was clean HOWEVER, the toilet ran constantly unless you jiggled the handle just right. The bed was creaky and wobbly and creaked and moved eveytime one of us rolled over. Worst sleep I've had in months.

The location of the property was very convenient. The front desk staff checking in was very professional however, upon checking out there was a young lady on the phone with a customer. She was not very polite; we heard the entire conversation from her end. The other thing is the very odd set up in the hotel room. You couldn't look at TV from the bed due to the positioning of the TV.

Such a comfortable, high quality hotel with great service. This was the first hotel I've seen sliding barn style doors for the bathroom, and they were not lockable. You could see through the crack on the sides. It did not offer privacy, and our children could bump into the door and it slide open I you were using it. I prefer hinged doors with locks!!!

The room they gave us had the air on at 27 degrees. It was cold and thermostat was broke. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a new room right away so it was fixed fast. I did ask for a receipt and never received one. In the morning i was told they did not have one with the amount on it. I signed one when we checked in so couldn't they just make a copy? Other than that it is a good hotel and always clean.

Having everything you needed in the bathroom, only thing missing would be a microwave 😕 the room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back really soon, so look for me.😀

We counted on having Wi-Fi for a very important (to us) meeting in the morning. Wifi was noted on the advertisement, but it is not working. We didn’t get much help. We had to cancel our meeting. We have always been able to depend on the quality of Hampton Inns so we sought this one out when looking for a place to stay. We are very disappointed.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were Amazing, kind and helpful. Sunshine the manager there went Above and beyond to make my family n I stay memorable . My daughter had to be a Nemours children's hospital Friday I asked if we could have a late checkout . She granted us a 4 pm checkout we decided to stay the night till Saturday. If you want a friendly, clean caring place to stay I recommend this place !!! Tell them Angel from room 213 sent you .... Also a shout out to the lady that takes care of breakfast she was very kind and kept the breakfast hot and plentiful...

When we checked in, we were not informed that housekeeping would not be cleaning our rooms or changing sheets, etc. I called down to ask and it was if I was supposed to know this did not like the attitude or response. Would’ve been nice if something was in the room to tell us this that there is no housekeeping while we are staying there

The staff was very nice to my daughter and I. We are on our annual dad/daughter end of summer vacation. Had a horrible experience at a disgusting hotel. Had to cancel after arriving there. Booked this hotel at 930pm. Got there at 10pm. The lady working front desk was awesome. I believe her name was Arirel... probably spelled that wrong, I'm sorry. She took extra care to give us a great experience.

Our Stay was good except no room service. Also I was not aware that I had to pay an extras $60.00 after I left on Sunday. I checked by bank account and found the deduction from my account. When I called the person who answered said it was for annuities'. What was that for? I have no record of it. They did not even give me a receipt for anything. Before leaving I was told I would would get a receipt by email and I still don't have one yet!! Not happy with this at all!!!

The property was pretty good and there were a ton of strip mall type restaurants around. There was also a local bar close by that was quaint and fun. Overall it was a good place to stay with my only complaint being the evening check-in service. I stood at the counter with another customer for a few minutes before anyone came to the counter. It seemed that the night time employee was outside smoking or something. No big deal but clearly wasn\'t that worried and/or apologetic for making us wait. A small thing but a little "hey sorry about that" goes a long way.

Amazing staff and customer experience. I am disabled and they were considerate and respectful. They didn't make me feel ashamed or weak. It isn't very often where you get this type of understanding. I would absolutely recommend!

As always when we stay at this Hampton Inn everything was fine. Clean room, well stocked with towels, fresh smelling linens and room. Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and the hot items were hot. Staff in that area were very attentive to cleanliness of the food counters.

No one at the desk at check in at 9pm. We waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Went back to desk later to ask for a bottle opener, was told we don't have any... they stole it. (how about buying a box of 100 for $100 and have some for a year.... We had to add a night to our say, so we were there for 3 nights total and the room was NEVER cleaned r freshened, although their policy is to clean every OTHER day. Breakfast... a little odd, OJ was off flavor, I pressed Apple juice and got water and an employee ate all the remaining bacon.
