It is a clean and wel maintained motel off a highway. The room was big and clean. The only problem is that they had a regional power outage and the motel has no back up such as a generator or solar. There was not even running water for nearly 24 hours at the place.

This hotel would be great for anyone with special needs. The parking is so close to the room and in on one floor. No steps or stairs. Very clean and they were kind when we arrived late. Absolutely recommend. Thank you.

Ive stayed here 4 times now. Its a great overnight stopping point for me between Maine and Maryland. Its a convenient location off the highway. Its a small, old fashioned motor court, but the rooms are large and very clean.

Cute little clean motel. The brand new parking lot is very nice. I woke up the poor lady since we checked in after midnight. I phoned ahead of time to be sure I could. Quick stay while we picked up our kid from summer camp. Would recommend.

We needed a ground floor room w/convenient parking and the Scottish Inn was perfect. Also, it was convenient for us to drive up very close to our door to load our car during the recent downpours of rain we had. I am handicapped and needed an ADA bathroom but none were available - toilet was very low, almost kindergarten size. This could be improved. Village Diner right next door proved to be such a great asset - great food, nice staff.

Arrived and 30 minutes later power went out. No lights, no air conditioning, no water. AND no emergency lighting in the room. Not property's fault EXCEPT they should have had a backup generator to pump water from the well.

checking in was not at all quick, apparently they have someone new. I stay at this hotel several times a year when i travel and this was the worst check ever. The room nice and clean as usual. Always a nice hot shower.

This is a family run, very well taken care of hotel/motel. It was very quiet inside the room, even though it is next to a major highway. The room and entire facility was very clean. A very good experience. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Property was in a quiet area with woods in back that provided a nice background. The room was super clean, the bathroom looked brand new. Furniture was nice with the microwave and refrigerator tucked away in a nice armoire. The owners were very hospitable and friendly.

The motel itself was very clean and staff was friendly. The water smelled of sulfur and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, hard, and felt like we were sleeping on the boxspring. If you're not accustomed to highway noise, I wouldn't recommend because the hotel is right next to I-84.

Easy checkin. Room was clean as well as bathroom. There’s a microwave and nice size refrigerator, bigger than most & had a freezer. Not too far from the main town & only minutes from a Walmart if you need supplies. There’s a diner next door that food as well as other restaurants not far away. The toilet is Very low .. with bad knees it’s a pain !! Pillows are way to hard & fat. I had a neck ache next day... need to add softer pillows (options) with fresh pillowcases. I wasn’t too sure about the 2 up on the shelf.

Despite the sort of retro look to the exterior, the room seemed to be brand new- or very recently updated and stylish. The WiFi worked great, and we appreciated the microwave and mini fridge, and the ironing board and hair dryer were nice touches for a reasonably priced motel. Our only complaints were the lighting was harsh and the scent of the room was odd. (Not old or musty though.)

Scottish Inns is a classic remodeled roadside motel. The current owners have done a great job updating to modern amenities while retaining the motel feel and keeping the cost in check. My room was clean and comfortable. The king bed was awesome! This was my third stay in seven months. It's a great spot to stay to explore Milford and the Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area.

The room was neat and tidy. Smaller, softer pillows stored in the closet were greatly appreciated as the bed pillows were too dense for my comfort. The adjacent Village Diner had a very tasty breakfast.

Exceptional quaint place to stay. The building, rooms, tv, microwave, and refrigerator are all new. The refrigerator has two doors with a separate freezer. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. Great place to stay!

The Scottish Inns was perfect for a brief stay. We were in Milford for a friend's birthday dinner and only needed to stay one night before our drive back home in the morning. The room was very clean, staff extremely friendly and the price could not be beat.

Pleasantly surprised by this motel. Very well updated, clean, and comfortable. Check In was quick, easy, and friendly. 3 mins out of Port Jervis makes this a great place to stay if you’re in the area. We were in on a motorcycle ride and it’s nice to be able to park the bike right in front of your room

The staff at the front desk was u friendly and the rooms are insanely small. We paid $200 for what should have been a $75 at the most room… very uncomfortable/old beds.

Bed very comfortable. Sheets and pillows fresh with Xtra pillows if we had needed them. TV easy to operate. Excellent pricing. Milford Diner next door and if we wanted something at night, a mile down the road was a plaza with Wendy's, McDs, Taco Bell, WalMart, etc. Small apt refrigerator and microwave. A comfortable set up

The room was comfortable and very clean. We had a room with a kingvsize bed. It was very comfortable. The staff were very nice. It was easy to go into Milford to shop and enjoy a delicious dinner. There's a diner next door which made getting breakfast super easy.
