The bed was amazing. The room was very clean and nice. The shower was decent but the water from the tub dripped steady all day and all night. A little annoying but I just closed the bathroom door. The pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. I didn’t realize when I booked it but no breakfast available. So we went to Providence Bagel shop. Amazing bagels.

They have a shuttle available to take you to and from the Xfinity Center! Definitely made the trip better. Biggest complaints were the AC not going as low as I wanted and the pillows were super thin. Otherwise, decent hotel with some nice transportation options.

Always clean they have upgraded rooms and are pet friendly which is a plus. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are nice and big with comfy beds. Only thing they need to do now is just have breakfast and it will be the best place to stay

Hotel is a bit rundown. Our bath tub faucet leaked constantly which was annoying. We had to leave the t.v. On all night to drown it out. Back Entrance door of the hotel did not lock and was open to anybody 24 hours a day. Not much interaction with the staff, but what we had was friendly.

Beds were the most uncomfortable boards we’ve ever slept on, bathroom was in a sad state of repair, and because of a tournament in town it was extraordinarily overpriced (like more than two hundred per night). Only one, VERY slow elevator, no breakfast, and paper thin towels and walls. Would never choose to stay here again.

The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. I had to clean feces off of the toilet seat before we could use it . There was hair all over the floor. When getting ready for bed we pulled down the blankets to find soiled sheets with short black hairs on it. We remained cold through our stay because the climate controls were broken , so we were unable to turn the air off .

This hotel has easy shuttle access for concerts to Gillette Stadium and that’s really the only reason we stay here. The bed sheets smelled bad and were so thin you could see the mattress through them. There was dirt and hair in the shower. The floor was dirty when we walked in. It was 9:30am, check out is at 11, we were there for only one night and room service opened our door twice in 15 minutes. Not a knock or anything just walking into our room and opening the door. Overall it’s not the best hotel to stay at, but it is convenient for concerts at Gillette.

We arrived and checked in at about 11 pm. After bringing our bags to the room, we found one of the beds had been made, but the sheets had not been changed. We found hair on the pillows, sheets and even found pubic hair in the bed. We immediately (within 15 minutes of check in) went to the front desk and were handed new sheets for us to put on. The next morning, Winnie at reception was very responsive and apologized refunding us for the night. Overall, the hotel is tired. The floors in the room were also slick as though they were greasy. One of my family members actually fell. Nice and responsive staff, but would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not very clean room, hard floors thru out room, no carpeting at all. Bed was terrible, felt like the mattress was 20 years old. Limited towels in bathroom, no complimentary soap or toothpaste in room. Coffee was out of a hot pot that was unsanitary.

Super friendly staff. Outside of building looks really nice but you can tell that it’s fixing and not updating that is happening. The faucet in my tub was leaking quite heavily despite trying to tighten the faucet knob. I alerted front desk staff, but it was after hours. The room set up was nice, had the king superior suite. The only carpeting in the room was an area rug under the bed. Which meant the room, and noise in the hallway was very loud. You needed to keep the air conditioner on, but it was very loud….you see where I am going?

A+ for Check in. Quick and easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was sparse but clean and comfortable. Only needed a place to sleep after a concert. Would have liked to have had a microwave and fridge as shown in pictures. Just feel a little overpriced for what you got.

Overall, our stay was pretty great. However, the first night, we heard a loud noise—possibly from the furnace in the room above—that made it hard to sleep. The room wasn’t very soundproof, so hallway noise was also noticeable. Additionally, the showerhead had some buildup that seemed to have been there for a while. That said, this property is a decent choice if you’re looking for something affordable. Just keep in mind that it’s a bit farther from other destinations

Staffs are very nice. Broken walls. Bathroom was dirty with previous guest hair in bathtub. Walls are very thin. No acoustic. You can hear everything from neighbors upstairs to neighbors next door conversation. Pet friendly which results in different dogs barking in the hallway very early in the morning and wake u up. Overall unclean and loud.

The hotel manger on duty at the time of our arrival was very rude. He gave our basketball kids a terrible look and actually shook his head from side to side when they walk pass him while I was checking in with my group. We had some parents already on site before us. The lol he gave them was disgusting as if he hated them for other reasons. I definitely will not be staying at red roof again and I have stayed at red roof in different locations and had great experience with the hotel and staff. But this guy had hate in his heart.

Absolutely unprofessional, our concert gates opened at 5, called the hotel days before to ask if we could check in 30 min ahead of time, and was told no problem. There was a line of people trying to check in at 2:00-2:30 and the front desk girl hid off to the side with a hand written note saying no check in early. After the concert at nearly midnight there was random people behind the front desk dressed in hoodies, no proper dress no nothing. The cleaning staff barged into our room without knocking at 8:30 in the morning. The manager frank claims this is just how it’s done. HORRIBLE absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

Employee at front desk was not paying attention and visibly distracted on their phone in the corner. I had to call out to get their attention to check in which was disappointing. Supplemental information about check in, check out and other amenities was not mentioned by the employee either.

The customer service beat most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond for dining options and shuttle service to the concert. Very Friendly even though they were checking in at least 20 people in the same 30 mins. Bravo Red Roof!

Stayed here for a concert. Property was close enough to take an Uber back affordably. Hotel was clean and modern. Would definitely stay here again if I was going to a concert at Gillette stadium or Xfinity center

Sufficient for the price. Clean, no frills, but overall a solid place to stay when other places are booked or overpriced for an event! Not within walking distance to much but easy to catch a quick Uber ride to and from to get you where you want to be.

Didn't like the fact that this hotel is also partly used as a housing shelter.. This should be noted.. or back where the pool is smells of dog piss cause everyone let's their dogs pee on the one island along the outside of the pool area and on fence.. mix that with heat and pavement it's gross.. they only offer coffee from 6am-10am and nothing else, no vending machines.. the "premium" really isn't all that..a water, oj, trail mix and microwave popcorn... oh boy..

This property was not as advertised. There was no continental breakfast and the pool was not open. The room and amenities were very basic. It was very loud. I could hear people talking from the hall late into the night. I could hear the traffic from the road and dogs barking.

Room was clean and comfortable. Spacious. Maybe a bit worn out but felt safe. Coffee station in lobby for the mornings - would be nice if they offered a light breakfast to go with it. Shuttles available for events if you're going to Gillette or Xfinity. A grocery store less than 5 minute walk away - our room didn't have a fridge but I think you can upgrade to a room with fridge. Microwave and vending machine available off lobby. Nice outdoor swimming pool onsite as well. I'd stay here again for sure (but not at the inflated rates they have for concerts - I booked early and got a great deal)
