We went to the lounge before the concert. The woman working was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. She was alone making drinks, and taking dood orders. We asked for our check, once she took it with payment waited 15 - 20 minutes to get our card back then didn’t get a receipt. She needed help.

This property was really clean, quiet (it wasn't concert season) and safe. All staff I interacted with over the week I was there were very helpful and kind. Parking was free, abundant and close. The pool and gym were great perks.

It's the only hotel near the Xfinity venue so the room charges are outrageously priced for events. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, thebar was convenient and the bar tender was cool. The manager was very sweet and helpful. Again, too expensive for a 3 star hotel.

Absolutely love the hotel and the front staff. Only downside was the housekeeping. They didn’t clean the room the first night, but then front desk staff explained that it’s every other day, but on the next day they just changed the set of towels! Didn’t even touched the bed or removed the garbage from the room. Maybe that’s how it’s done nowadays, but I didn’t think it was right. Other than that the hotel is situated on a very empty area, it looks new, and hopefully it will have more restaurants and shops nearby in the future.

Room was clean and attractive. Staff were fine. Continental breakfast was good. Bedside reading did not work. Weren't even connected. shower/tub valve didnt' work right. when you put it on shower the bath spigot stayed on so you ended up showering with 3 or 4 inches of water in the tub. If you selected a station on the TV it went to a different channel so you had to go and find your channel manually.

The room was very clean, they didn’t tell us you need the key card put in a slot to have lights. Never seen that before. The room was comfortable except for the heat. Was way too hot and unable to turn the thermostat down. The breakfast was good. We were glad they had hot food items to chose from I. A Monday. Overall though it was good!

They couldn’t accommodate all of us in a Suite. The couch bed was broken. 3 of us drove in from NY to see a concert. I had to leave the concert early as to avoid traffic back to North Shore. The whole purpose was to be with my family from out of town, and spend the evening/next day together.

My only complaint was the mattress on the sofa bed in our room. It was downright awful. Every spring could be felt, making for a horrible night's sleep.

The area is nice, but I found the stay uncomfortable. The mattress was definitely not Marriott or Fairfield quality. I regret not spending $80–$100 more to stay at a Hyatt or Hilton instead. The breakfast they offer is just okay, and the blanket provided was extremely thin—luckily, I had a spare in my truck. Overall, I don’t think I would return. A better night's rest elsewhere for a bit more money is definitely the better choice.

My only complaint about the property was the water pressure in the bathroom was not great. The property inside and outside were clean and well kept. The room itself was spacious. The bathroom was large. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy access to the highway and other routes. We had to get in the highway for a 7-10 minute drive to get to the restaurant we went to and the grocery store. You are close to Gillette Stadium and the Wrentham outlets. Highly recommended. The price was great for what you will get. I almost forgot to mention they also offer breakfast with both hot and cold foods.

Front Desk gave me a difficult time when I asked for a receipt to show my credit card was not charged for incidentals. Also, I felt the breakfast bar was not up to standard - I enjoy oatmeal and it was extremely watery, the hot water container was not cleaned and coffee residue came out when I used it. The gym light also went out each morning while I was using the treadmill.

Overall our stay was great! The front desk staff was very kind and quick with questions and requests. Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and had mlre than I expected. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating across the board is because we sat at the bar/restaraunt area for at least 15 minutes and never saw a staff member. The family there had been waiting for there food over an hour and after never seeing a staff member for so long we decided to go elsewhere. It wasn't a big deal for our group as we were just trying to get one drink, but for those planning to utilize the restaurant during their visit it could have been a problem. The only other thing was that the ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. Overall the stay was great!

Unable to reach hotel due to traffic from Taylor Swift concert. Never made it to the hotel so unable to comment on amenities. Can say the location is not at all convenient when there is an event at Gillette. Traffic nightmare and no way to get to where need to go when herding cars out and it not the right way in this case to get to hotel.

Very convenient, right off Route 495 and Route 140 Mansfield/Norton. Superb breakfast and coffee. No Styrofoam cups or plastic coffee stir-rers seen anywhere - the planet is thankful. It is a new property, and it looked like they have the set-up for sorting recyclables, which is commendable, but it doesn't look like it has been implemented yet with signage and instructions. So everyone was throwing everything in the trash, sadly. There were instructions in the rooms about towels will only be replaced if asked, if you are staying more than one night. Or you can ask the front desk. This saves tons of water and energy, and this move is the first time i have seen this in a hotel. So hang up your towels, use them more than once. I will be looking to stay at Fairfield's more often to lessen my personal carbon footprint.

We were there for a concert at the Xfinity Center and this hotel was walkable to the venue. It was a bit pricey but expected that with the location being in the proximity to the venue. The area itself was pretty quiet considering where it's located. The free breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff was very nice & helpful also. The room itself was very nice, cozy & comfortable. The bathroom was up to date also.

It was a great walk to the concert venue. Breakfast was great, the attendant was continuously restocking which was extremely nice. There are a lot of places to just chill and relax. The breakfast had lots of options! Only decline is the beds are a little hard. But the bedding and pillows make it still comfortable. The couch we had in the sitting area for the suite was on the hard side as well. Everyone was friendly. The poor person on the check in stand lastnight was someone from a different hotel so it was kind of a bummer they didnt know where the bandaids were. And trying to leave to go to a store was impossible. Overall good stay!
