Nice facility, good value for a big room with kitchen. Breakfast was great, pool & hot tub were nice, though the hot tub wasn't hot in the morning.

Family of 4 Mom, Dad, Daughter (8) Son (7) (autistic) Very well kept, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean facilities. Not luxury bedding nor mattress but it’s a good trade off. Nice pool and hot tub. HONESTLY THE BEST FOR FAMILIES! Overall nice room Layout, high end stainless steel full size stove, fridge and dishwasher. Came with basic cooking utensils. But the semi/private almost condo feel is what makes it special.

Great hotel overall. Spacious, clean, quiet, great shops nearby. Only complaint I have is very limited parking next to our building.

We booked the room so we could use the pool and BBQ for my daughter's birthday. They reserved the BBQ for us and even provided the propane for free. It was a great experience and the service was top notch.

I don’t like the 250 deposit… stayed here many times and this last time reeked of middle eastern spices that even the windows could not release…parking at night sucks when other vehicles park way over the line and security does nothing

I had a nice stay here. The apartment was bigger than a normal hotel. The full kitchen was nice. Your typical vrbo type stuff in the kitchen. The room itself was nice and updated. The outside of the property was a little worn but not too bad. It was quiet. The pillows were another story. They were not comfortable at all. There is no gym on property. They offer day passes to a 24 hr fitness across the street.

It was nice. The room was cool and clean, loved the ice maker in the freezer, and the option to BBQ at the pool was awesome. The one thing I wished were better was that they ran out of washcloths and hand towels and a lot of the dryers were broken. Also, I didn't appreciate how I had to pay for laundry soap twice after I was unable to use the first washer I put in.

Lots of room!! Pool was great! Breakfast was wonderful. Staff always seemed to working and keeping the place clean!!

Checking in was fast & efficient. The pool was FANTASTIC! The pool Alone was worth the stay! My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. other than having to go to the front desk for an oven sheet pan, (there are none in the room,(in the past they’ve been stolen so now you get a flimsy aluminum pan from the front desk). Breakfast isn’t anything special but should meet most needs. Standard… eggs sausage heated, oatmeal, 3 cold cereals, breads and bagels, (the fruit was in my opinion, unimpressive and the bananas should have been discarded) As for the Location… Pretty much anything you’d need or desire is within a few minutes drive, and there’s a brand new Costco less than 1/2 a mile away. Heads up there is a separate $250.00 deposit that takes 5 days to return to your account. I stayed on a Friday night and it was pretty full, there was no excessive noise or disruptions during the night. (I’ve read in the past, this is a problem.. this isn’t my first time staying here and in my last 3 stays, noise has not been an issue.

We live local and wanted to celebrate a couple birthdays with a pool party. The sun was the only thing that didn't cooperate! The pool area was clean with many seats and a BBQ. The hot tub was a little small, but it was sufficient. The room was large, and for the price, it was a steal!!! Breakfast was good as well. The best part of the stay was the staff!!! The people behind the desk were courteous, fast and friendly, as one would expect, but the awesomeness didn't end there. The staff troughout the property were full of smiles too. We will return and we will suggest this hotel to others.

The room was dirty especially the floors- sticky and the shower and toilet had a ring of black! The doors under both sinks were loose and my toddler kept teying to pull them open. When we asked the front desk said they were in the process of changing the room for handicapped access. The room had no dish soap or paper towels we had to ask for all that. There were also no towels, we had to use pool towels and the towels were like sand paper! Terrible!

Clean room and bathroom. Good size Kitchen and all appliances were in good condition and working. Friendly and helping staff.

After declining 1 room that reaked with urine and being told there were no other rooms The second room which was an upgrade was dusty, smelled like urine, my guests and I felt every sprang in the mattresses not to mention their skin was itiching. The maintenance man that I asked to look the door on an adjoining room and asked could he do something about the smell said Housekeeping was unavailable. I was not aware housekeeping came 1x week.I asked management why this wasn’t disclosed on the website sigh and both were apologetic. If I knew that prior to booking l wouldn’t have stayed here and would have left however due to no refund policy 48 hour prior to reservation I was stuck with no recourse. At checkout I was given a $68 service fee credit. I was told I’d get 50% off. I was running late for a convention and didn’t notice it wasn’t 50% off the bill of $458.36 leaving the place and looking closely at the bill this was an insult. I used 2 cans of disinfectant and Clorox wipes and used air freshener. The breakfast was decent and I appreciated the vegan options is the reason I gave it 2 stars. It’s roomy but never again. Looking at their contact there were a lot of restrictions that allowed them to make excessive charges on your credit card I’ve never seen before and I expressed these things needs to be disclosed online specially in light of the no refund policy. The lady Geo and GiGi were nice but were bound by the policies.

Let me start by saying that I had high hopes for this hotel based off of the pictures online. The suites are fantastic in size. I loved that my kids had their own bathroom and that we had a kitchenette. Things I didn’t like: The plumbing pipes can be heard very loudly whenever anyone flushes the toilet and takes a shower from surrounding rooms. The noise is very loud. Although the rooms look like they are well made (linens,towels, etc), there was a musty smell about the rooms. The breakfast buffet was standard, runny flavorless eggs with sausage in the first day and bacon on the second. Nothing to write home about. I did notice one child grab something from the buffet with his fingers and place it directly into his mouth. That was gross. The deal breaker for me was the cockroach I killed just roaming around in the bathroom in the middle of the night. And before anyone thinks we had food in the room, we did not. We only need a place to sleep since we hung out ant my parents all day, so no need for any food to be in the hotel, except for our water bottles. In any case, this was super gross and for this reason I will not return.

Bathroom doors wouldn’t close, bathrooms had hair reminents from previous visitors. The carpet was dirty and furniture had visible stains. It just didn’t feel clean at all. We were also given the wrong kind of room, but made due. It was an average place.

The staff were friendly and polite. The dining room was very clean and the staff kept the food warm and made sure it was always turned over and plentiful. The room was spotless. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean. The living area was very comfortable with a nice sectional couch. An overall very positive stay.

The first 2 nights can’t sleep because; 1st night- sofa bed was old, not comfortable and with a big yellow stain of urine, also I saw a spider in the bedroom, and the tv has no sound. 2nd night- there was roaches in the bedroom and in the kitchen all over the place in the food around 2 am. I reported to front desk, still waiting for a response.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarettes and cat pee. We went back to ask for a different room, no complaints from the service staff, and got another room. This one had womens hair all over the bath towels and bed and pillows and a sweat looking type stain on the sheet. Looked as if a cleaning staff just remade a bed that was dirty and folded dirty towels back up. We asked for a refund, which they promptly handled without complaint. Not enough parking, had a security guard tell us "its fine to park in the fire lane" which to us was absolutely not okay. The main problem seems to lie within cleaning staff. Unfortunate, used to feel like a really nice establishment. Will not consider for future needs.

Room was cold so when I set the thermostat to heat, it would be extremely loud meaning I couldn’t set it overnight. Outside the window of the bedroom were other heater/AC units that would make noise every 15 min, wasn’t as loud but made it difficult to sleep. Whenever I tried to run a bath I would run out of hot water in 5 min and wouldn’t even be able to take a hot shower. Only 4 lights in the room weren’t motion sensor lights and unless you used the motion sensor lights the room is very dark

The room was spacious. I got the 2 bedroom suite. It was relatively clean but not immaculate. Its an older renovation and it has some battle scars but overall it was quite nice. Quiet rooms with nice TV's and a great kitchen with soft close cabinets and drawers. Id stay here again.

Room, bathroom and kitchen were clean. The carpet and couch in the living look like they need to be shampooed. The couch had a thick grime on it so we covered it with the extra sheets in the closet. The Microwave did not work and we found out it was the breaker, but resetting the breakers cut all power to the kitchen. So we reset all breakers and did not try to use microwave anymore.

We really enjoyed the room suite and the kitchen. The only disappointment was the noise. This particular unit, #109, is litterally on the corner of a main cross street where young kids racr their cars and hang out. I would not stay in that unit again.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite, the hot water did not work in one bathroom, they responded quickly and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The only uncomfortable factor is that a lot of people seem to live here. There is a lot of loitering around, people working on their cars, standing around smoking in the common outside areas, dogs wandering around off-leash. Occasionally, we could smell marijuana coming from the door of the adjoining suite. It felt more like an apartment building than a hotel. The pool was very full of minimally supervised children the three days that we were there. It was frustrating because it was the adults with them who would monopolize the chairs and tables and kept trying to take our pool towels (which you have to sign out and return to the front desk —where they are counted). It was a battle of wills asking for them to give up a little space in what they clearly considered their own pool. The front desk folks were lovely, helpful people but they were clearly intimidated by the “residents”.

Room was great size!!

Absolutely amazing accommodations. Rooms are extremely spacious with full kitchen. Full appliances, everything you need for even a longer stay. Everything really nice and clean and the area is very lovely.

i like that it has good places to have a snack/meal however the aircon is loud!!!

Loved the ease of checking in and out, and the staff was super nice and helpful. The suites have a nice comfortable lay out with a full kitchen so this completely met our needs for the days we were there. The only thing that I would change is making the bed sheets more comfortable (they were slightly scratchy) and the pull out sofa bed not so thin that you feel the springs. Otherwise a great stay!

Perfect room for family of young ones - 2 bedroom/2 bath large living space and kitchen. The value was fantastic for the area. A little outdated, but would stay again. Bed linens were a plus!

Great bargain for huge remodeled suite. Excellent breakfast and very helpful, caring staff. I apologize for not remembering the name of the young woman who helped us. We were visiting from out of town for a family medical emergency. We weren’t sure whether we would need to stay an additional night and she held our room as long as she could to give us flexibility. Luckily, we wound up not needing to stay; however, we really appreciate how caring and supportive she was.

The front desk sucks and the service took hours

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gigi at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and was wonderfully pleasant and attentive. We’ll definitely be returning!

Reception at the front desk was excellent. Our room wasn’t ready, so she gave us another one. That one smelled like smoke, so she was very gracious to move us to another room. She was pleasant t throughout the entire process. Room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Very uncomfortable stay. They gave me the room that was located in the very isolated area. I asked to be moved and the staff didn’t move me said I made the room using Expedia and they can’t change it Not safe with my kids and family l. People drinking in the parking lot and using drugs Never staying here anymore Manager said he will find out and will call me never received any calls from him As of today, I haven’t seen a credit since I had to check out a day early I wouldn’t recommend anyone this hotel Staff were not friendly I usually don’t complain even if I am not happy. But this stay was unacceptable.

The heating system doesn't work at all, very cold during the night, it froze hard on Christmas and New Year days. Many people in the hotel have a New Year party in the hotel from 12am to 7am, I called the receiption because the noise but no one answered the phone, no one manage the hotel at night. Not recommended!

Great customer service

Everyone was super nice

First, there was a huge mixup, and how many days I was staying. I had went three different times to clarify my checkout dates, and yet I was locked out of my room two times. I had booked an additional night because I needed to stay till Saturday two P.M. the lady at the desk told me that I was staying till two P.M. Saturday so I canceled the additional night. Friday comes around and my key doesn’t work. Cause I’m locked out because I was supposed to be checked out, and then I get a call from the front desk stating that housekeeping went in and saw that I was still there. I had to pay an additional night because I was supposed to be checked out Friday, but two days before the lady confirmed that I was good till Saturday I get a call stating that I should’ve been out, but yet I confirmed that I was good till Saturday at two. Once we got that cleared up Saturday. I come back to my room and the key is locked and I get a call stating that I should’ve been checked out check out as 11. I said I made it quite clear that I needed to stay Saturday, two P.M. After showing my frustration, they were able to compensate me with waived fees, or apologizing. The suite its self was decent. The tub stopper didn’t work. The TV in the bedroom. Didn’t work. The door to the room. Didn’t close all the way. But, to be honest, it was a least of my worries, considering my situation, having to stay in a suite.

Every one was so nice and helpful. I was looking for a pharmacy and went to the front desk. The woman helped me go online and get an idea of what was around. There was a gentleman working there I think maybe in Maintenance, but he heard our conversation and came out and personally directed me to the nearest pharmacy. The staff serving the food were very friendly and polite. As soon as someone left their table, they were there to clean and make it ready for the next person. We only stayed one night, but I would be back and stay there if ever in the area.

Excellent if you have a toddler, they have planty if room as well as a kitchen with everything you need to cook. Breakfast changes daily and a security guard actually walk the parking lot on a routine. walkable restaurants and big shopping plaza.

It was a lovely property with all the amenities that a guest needs. I only stayed one night, and it was quiet after 10 ( hotel policy). There was a car break-in during my check-in, which made me wary about my vehicle. Luckily, nothing happens to my car. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but it is in a questionable area.

The hotel's location was fantastic, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything was close

Easy check in and large rooms with full kitchen, living room and bedroom. The grounds were well kept and the area felt safe. There were stores and restaurants around the back which we walked to. I would definitely return when I’m in the area!

Me and wife always in joy are stay at Chase restaurants store mall movies everything is close by even walking if you like to walk you don’t have to drive are stay this time was good except no hot water and bad water pressure we don’t know why or if they even know we stay in that room before and it was not like that it’s nice place to stay staff if friendly one thing it’s good area but need to still be careful strays walking around there at night I haven’t seen any problems but you need to keep eye open ears and it’s right off the freeway great for business trip stay overnight

Very large rooms. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast had more than just bagels and muffins—they had oatmeal, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs.

Checking in was effortless. The room was clean, Breakfast was acceptable but the heated items were a bit disappointing, ( eggs & potatoes were room air warm at best) The bathroom amenities had 3 dispensers but 2 had shampoo. One had conditioner, no body wash. It was a 4 night stay & at no time was there any outside noises or disturbances. The couch set up is fantastic for an evening of basketball on the tv in comfort. You’re close to so many options for food choices, and the freeway is minutes away. A Costco is on the same very vast property behind the Macy’s.

Internet was down upon checkin. Waited about 30 min. Pretty good breakfast. Would stay here again...

The layout for the Hotel is not like your standard Hotel Room. It was more like an Apartment layout which we liked alot. Also, there Continental Breakfast was different everyday which was inviting and very good. They offered a Social hours with food and drinks to enjoy and mingle or just hang out couple of hours. I would definitely stay here again!!!
