Accessible location ... near to shopping/dining Parking is limited especially in evening hours

One of the two elevators was not working which added wait time to use elevator to get to the room. Also no ice machines worked on 2nd, 3rd & 5th floors. I suggest that the check in staff to advise guests of this upon check in.

Excellent facilities, gym, and every area was well kept.

The room was very quiet. Mostly the place has a “we don’t really care anymore” atmosphere. The gym has missing and broken equipment.

Whirlpool wasn’t warm on several days. Man complained and man came out and fixed it quickly. Pool decking is breaking up around the pool and whirlpool.

Everything excellent EXCEPT the hot tub has not been working the last three times we have stayed there. (Three separate weekends)

The AC was out in the main building but the staff were doing their best to get through it during the heat wave. Staff was amazing!

The pool area needs some work. The cement is chipping around the pool and during our stay, the jacuzzi was out of order. As for the hotel and rooms itself, the conditions were clean.

This property doesn’t deserve the Courtyard Marriott badge. While the lobby is nice, rest of the property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathrooms are very old and show signs of aging and hard ways damage. Floors are carpeted and I’m need of deep cleaning. Window treatments are filthy. Poole area has large areas of concrete scraping, lounge chairs are covered in bird poo, pool and spa need to be recoated.

The toilet was constantly running because the floater didn't completely turn off the water flow. The 4th floor hallway REAKED of cigarette smoke, like this used to be a smoking hotel and they made it non-smoking recently. My eyes stung as soon as the elevator door opened.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in, the room was so dirty and smelled so bad So they changed our room but the second one was dirty too! I was so tired and over it i didn’t even say anything

Very dirty hallways and rooms. The carpet area outside the bathroom had red stains everywhere. Stained sofa and linens. Attempted to call the front desk several times for assistance with no response. Always the busy tone. We only stayed one night to attend an event nearby; therefore, did not have the time to discuss our concerns with their staff directly. Definitely not going to recommend it to anyone.

The room itself wasn't bad but the smell of the hallway and room smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. My wife and I didn't want to spend much time in the room due to the smell and my wife constantly getting nauseous and headaches from it. This is my second weekend in a row staying at this hotel and last weekend everything was perfect in which was the reason for the stay this weekend but after this weekends stay, I'm not sure we’ll be returning. I was in room 408 and whoever was staying in room 412, was smoking constantly. It was disgusting to even pass by the room.

Comfortable, and above average. But not good enough to justify the brand value of Courtyard Marriott. Bathroom had a couple of hair strands in the corner. AC had analog controls, while other hotels have digital controls. Rooms and hotel interiors could do with brighter colors and perhaps a repaint. Gives an old look. Otherwise, bed and Wifi were of good quality.

This was a decent place, but certainly outdated looking for a Marriott in Silicon Valley. It was clean and the lobby area looked modernized, but the look and feel of the elevator, hallways, and my room/bathroom was just a huge disappointment. Personally would not stay here again unless I really had no other options.

I’ve stayed here 3 times before and it has always been great. Except for this last time there was NO microwave, and the mini fridge did not work so the food I had put in there spoiled. It was room #606, this room needs to be looked into.

I ready liked that the rooms had plenty hook-up stations for the iPhones. And the large semi-circle lounge sofa with the ottoman was the best feature in the room!!!!

It looks to be an older Courtyard hotel. Room seemed dated with no thermostat, just the usual AC unit near the window. I couldn't get this to work properly. The elevator was broken for a day but this was not an issue since I was on the 2nd floor. There is no breakfast included in the room rate. There is no microwave in your room, but one in the lobby.

Terrible beds and pillows. AC was terrible as well. This places’ ratings are definitely not accurate. It should easily be 2-3 star.

The room was spacious and clean. But it was quite noisy from the highway nearby. We also found a pair of underpants in the room when we arrived.

The room was clean, however A/C heater was a bit noisy and difficult to control between heat and cool.

Upon check-in we didn't notice that the A/C wasn't working. When we returned late that evening it still wasn't working but the room was OK. During the nite it got very hot. The next day I complained and they repaired the A/C for the next night. Moral of the story, check everything before nighttime.

This could have been a great stay, except that they woke us up at 1AM on Christmas day, first by calling and then by having a security guard pounding on the door. The room was already paid for. this was only for incidentals. It was the hotels responsibility to collect this information on check-in. It was a poor decision to demand the information in the middle of the night and then demand that it be taken care of right away by coming down to the front desk. The person at the front desk was incredibly insensitive and rude. He was very provocative and tried to pick a fight and said he would throw us out, even though the room was paid for. The gym was also dirty and needed a renovation.

I had a bit of a rough start when I arrived to the location. The staff was not open to helping me solve the issue at hand. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to such as a manager but the employee rudely said no. I asked if I could book again through my wife’s name or if I could change the name on the reservation. Again the employee rudely said no it was impossible to book because they were “completely booked for the night” mind you this is a 6 floor hotel with plenty of parking in the lot. I felt completely helpless and in a state of panic not only am I in a new city I’m not familiar with but my WIFE is with me. We had no place to go and were far from home. Luckily my brother was able to email me the documents I needed so we ended up getting the room. Except the employee stated that since they were completely full and it was relatively late by this point he had to put us in a room on the first floor. The room was a decent size but it was subpar. The shower floor looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in weeks and the curtains were riddled with little holes and rips. Overall I would I had a horrible experience and was deeply disappointed because this was a first for me. If I said something good about my stay or this hotel I would be lying.

Very disappointed in the customer service we received. The bed sheets had a small dried blood stain on the sheets what appeared to be menstrual fluid. I asked for a change of sheets 4 times before they were ever changed. I first informed front desk she “made a note” in the morning when we came back the sheets were not changed there was still old and dirty. I called front desk the manager brought up two new flat sheets. The next morning I asked again for FITTED sheets and then on our last day they finally changed the sheets. I don’t understand how housekeeping would have put dirty sheets on and left them on for our entire stay. Very frustrating disgusting and the way the hotel handled the situation was unacceptable! Will not be staying there again!

Front desk is lacking in customer service. My request for housekeeping was either ignored or neglected. Housekeeping closes in the evening.

On August 17, 2023, at 2:30 AM, the fire alarm went off in our hotel room and throughout the building. We evacuated the building along with other guests. However, we soon realized that it was a false alarm, as some guests were already on their way back to their rooms. The hotel staff did not make any announcements or contact us to let us know that the alarm was false. We and other guests were kept awake all night by the constant noise of the alarm. The phones in the building were also dead, so we were unable to contact the front desk to get more information. I called the front desk with my cell phone and was told that the alarm was indeed a false alarm. However, the alarm continued to go off throughout the morning.

Staff was so nice, would always greet every-time you pass by. Check in was so fast. Room was actually clean and had everything you needed.

The hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets such as 99 Ranch and 85 bakery. There is plenty of parking. The location is very quiet. Overall we enjoy our stay here.

My home away from home when I need to stay near the Bay Area. This location is close enough to SF but yet far enough a way to not feel like I’m in the city. It’s conveniently located to either enter SF from Bay Bridge or south by Facebook/Meta headquarters. Clean, quiet, free parking, and friendly staff with very quick check in.

Staff is amazing, room was great besides weird wet spot on the sheet that was quickly changed out by the staff who went above and beyond to get it quickly changed late at night. Lobby is beautiful, only down side is the small bar/bistro/coffee did not open until after 7:30am but there are tons of food and coffee options within walking distance and

Good hotel, but no restaurant or ready to order breakfast. There is a bistro selling pre-cooked food (for a higher price).

We had a nice day. The bartender was funny. The pool looked clean. The room was very nice and very clean. The only issue we had was that Expedia said we could stay until two if we paid extra money upfront and the hotel did not honor that. Not sure if that’s Expedia hotel. Hotel allow us to stay until Marriott awards member.

Lied about bar and coffee hours not open weekends and the spa didn’t work. Dinning room was leaking water. My bathroom tub didn’t drain and refrigerator didn’t work

During check-in I checked about the availability of food during dinner time and breakfast in the morning. And their answer was surprising: She said, "We have some food items in the fridge and the b there is no complimentary breakfast like they used to have in the past. But, you need to pay for your coffee and breakfast items". I found out that, coffee costs $5 and a breakfast burrito costs $15!! So, when I went to pick up a frozen pizza item and I found out that the pizza was all bread with a sprinkle of cheese on it!! I tied to eat it, but was so bad I had to throw it away! The next morning, when I went to get some breakfast and coffee I found out the cost that came to $21!! When I started eating the breakfast burrito, I found out that the burrito was filled with potatoes with a few specks of egg and there was no bacon! I showed it to the manager on duty of this establishment and she was also appalled and was sympathetic to my plight and decided to refund the money. Is this how Marriott manage their business by ripping off their customers at every instant of their stay in their establishment? I remember staying in the Marriott establishment when I was served complimentary breakfast and coffee!! Now, all that has changed, and Marriott has joined the rest of the hotel establishments and are ripping off their customers mercilessly!

I didn't like having to pay for breakfast!
