New Victorian Inn & Suites-Norfolk

Well kept older motel with a pool. Easy access for travelers. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the last years and it’s always pleasant and convenient. My old knees are starting to wish it had an elevator.

Clean, has truck parking, and pet friendly.

Was a great stay other then the people in the Rome above us sounded like the were bowling till almost 11 pm called desk and they asked. Them to stop staff was great room was more then I could have imagined pool was warm and only thing that would have made it better was if Abby was working

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and adequately furnished. Breakfast was limited. There is no elevator and with a broken wrist lugging my suitcase upstairs was a pain. Comfort, quiet, and clean for less cost than Hampton or Holiday Inns in town made it a good choice for us.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during two weeks of traveling! Very accommodating when we asked to be moved to the first floor as there was no elevator. The clerk got right on it and found us a room while doing this with a smile on her face. Thanks new Victorian inn Norfolk NE

We stayed two nights. The first night I wanted a cup of decaf and the staff gave me a Keurig to take to my room and pods and creamer and everything I needed. The room was very nice updated recently. I had 6 pillows to choose from so I slept very well. The pool was very nice and clean and the chlorine scent did not overpower you when you walk in . The breakfast Buffet only lacked eggs and bacon which considering eggs are so expensive right now I could see why. I highly recommend this place!

Our room smelled. It was clean but it had a horrible cigarettes smell. The staff was super nice and friendly. Hotel overall was great just the smell in the room which I informed the hotel.

The lower hall and the room there smelled so bad like marijuana. My daughter is pregnant and I am scared that she even slept in that all night. Our room smelled fine when we got there but smelled like smoke when we came back. We were charged a fee for early check in which I also didn't appreciate. The outside of the building had a horrible odor also.

The room was clean but smelt like marijuana so bad. The bathroom was where it smelt the worse at. I tried running the vent fan but that didn’t help.

Outside of building looked nice. Lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. Room smelled clean and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was reallly good. I will definitely stay here again mext time back to visit family.

Room was clean and housekeeping staff efficient and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is older, but well maintained and can see they are trying to do updates. Front desk was quickly responsive to all requests.

Very dirty floors. I wiped up a little water in the floor and the white towel was instantly black.

Windows are single pain and could hear every little noise outside. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors next-door talking.

The metal base on the bed makes a terrible racket anytime it’s bumped. You don’t realize how often you bump it until it makes a huge clanging sound every time. Very annoying!

The layout of the room was strange. The bathroom sink and toilet were in different parts of the room. Inconvenient for the guests.

We liked the spaciousness of room. But under the beds are metal shields that make horrific noise when you touch them or when you move on the bed. Otherwise great stay

Nice basic clean room. Liked the plank floors (much cleaner than carpet). Good value and free breakfast. I would stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. Since my husband cannot climb stairs, they moved us into a very nice room on the first floor.

It was a great stay. The 2 front desk girls were awesome. I only remember the name of the 2nd one Karla. She was very helpful and had some good I do for things to do. The girl the night before was also good during check in. The only problem with the whole stay was the GM Phil. He seemed to be a little on the strict & I’m the boss type attitude. We didn’t see anywhere that it was posted that the lobby closed at 10pm. We did see the pool closed at 10pm. So not sure if he just didn’t like us or what but kicked us out both nights. Also it seemed like when he walked in it killed the mood cause the girls at the front desk wouldn’t say a work when he was around. Like if they talked to the customers they would get I to trouble. So that was not cool at all. Seemed Phil as a power trip mentality Other than Phil it was a great stay

Air conditioner ran, but didn’t cool the room; Checkin girl was unpleasant; Cleaning ladies were impatient at checkout.

First. The front desk people were great! Very helpful and friendly. They added a very personal touch. I mostly worked with Amy and she was great. My room was great. Clean, comfortable and safe. But no room coffee. Lobby and breakfast area are nice but it is an older hotel and shows its age in places. Honestly for the price you can’t beat it in the area.

This may be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk was so courteous and friendly. She treated us like friends while taking care of our needs and giving us info on what was in the area. Would stay here again.

Property and cleanliness is ok. Check experience was not good due to the unfriendliness of the person in charge.

The lady at the front desk heard me talking with my mom about trying to book one of the suites to the hotel but when I went to checkout it would tell me the room was unavailable, even though it showed available online. She asked what room I had wanted to book, I told her which one and she looked on her computer and saw that it was available and offered us the upgrade for free. We were very surprised and incredibly thankful! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, a new shower had been installed in the room and it was very fancy! The couch could definitely use an update but, overall we were very happy with our stay! We stripped both beds, gathered all the towels and trash together in hopes of helping the cleaning staff!

This hotel is a bit outdated on the outside, but it's clean and comfortable, which is what matters most to me. The location is great, with easy access to local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the decor could use some updating, the room was well-maintained and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

Easy access off highway. Slight smell from a nearby factory when outside but not inside. Received an upgraded suite.

The property is easy to get to. However it was not listed on my GPS. It is a new property and very clean.

I like the affordability of the property and the convenience of its location. The property was easy to check into even though we were late checking in. The staff was helpful. They answered all our questions and were able to direct us to where we wanted to visit why we were there. Thank you for the service and smiles.

Easy to find.

We got stuck in severe weather, and we had to stop. Made the reservation basically in the parking lot so when we showed up, the online transaction was not entirely processed. It was 11 pm, and the manager was doing his end of day walk around. The desk wasnt quite sure how to process the reservation without all the info, so the manager said, "just get them in their room, they're tired. We'll figure it out after they leave the front desk." So nice. Breakfast was standard, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fruit. No complaints there. Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet room, with close parking. Dropbox for the keycard by the exit.

Room was nice but the continential breaskfast was very lacking. The fruit was at the end of its life, needed to be thrown away; very limited chorses.

Our experience with this hotel was awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk has someone there 24/7. We had booked our room months before our stay. We arrived extremely late (like 2am) & they were at full capacity (which is probably why we were upgraded to a suite). The room we stayed in was amazing! It was clean, the microwave & mini-fridge were pretty large (& fridge had a freezer section), the bed, sheets & pillows were really comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, shower was great & the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus as well! We had 2 TVs that were huge. I don’t know what the room normally costs, but it’s probably well worth it (as the other rooms are very reasonable). There were plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, had decent hours (5-10am) & included waffle & pancake makers, fruit, yogurt, granola bars, cereal, juice, milk, etc. There was no coffee maker in the room but they do have coffee in the common area. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. This felt like a safe & secure place, not only because of the locks on the room doors but for the locks on the outside doors of the hotel as well. There honestly isn’t a negative thing I can say. All of the staff were great & we even were allowed a bit of a late check out. Without a doubt, we would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great place to stay! The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious. So many options. The room was spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well.

The hotel was clean and recently updated....new flooring, beds, bathrooms. The continental breakfast was AMAZING. It offered a variety of options....a pancake maker, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, toast/bagels, cereal, wonderful coffee, fruit, and more. I would highly recommend this hotel.
