It was very noisy. We can hear the people upstairs just walking very loud. There was staff sitting on the floors in the hallways with large bags trash. Not convenient to park very limited space.Not much lighting outside and set back off main road so dark and hidden. Lots of people sitting in running vehicles in various places in the parking lot.

The photos that are listed are not updated. I got to the property, and it was very rundown. Truck trailers abandoned in the parking lot, weeds and grass overgrown, window air conditioners sagging out of the windows, shoes and boots (multiple spots) laid out on the sidewalks, unable to identify/locate the entrance, people mingling around. I decided not to stay there and chose to risk not being refunded--it was THAT bad. DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a nice, new, clean hotel right next door.

Great place for families on a budget. Cleanliness, facilities, etc are what you would expect for the price. Staff are fantastic. Very kind and helpful. Great location, the parking spot alone is worth the price. Great for spring break or summer vacation. Highly recommend for those not looking to overspend on useless luxury lodging. American Safari is great. We will definitely be back again.

Room was VERY "tired," as were towels, etc. Booked room for 2 people, but only 1 washcloth, coffee cup... Outside security door was never locked, so people could get in without a room key. Waited 10 minutes for desk clerk to get to desk for check-in. Yogur at breakfast wasn't expired, but tasted "off," so got coffee & breakfast down the street.

We checked into our hotel. He couldn't find our room. I had the paper in my hand. It smelled of cigarette smoke because he allowed it. No amenities if you forgot something. The menu in our room was covered either in ketchup or blood. Thr ceiling had blood or something on it. The walls were dirty. My phone in my room did not work. The grounds were covered on the sidewalk with beer caps, cigarettes, and glass. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy that was it. The apple juice tasted like water out of the machine. The guy who managed it was never at the desk.

When we entered town, we drove right on by, due to the large pole sign being burned out. When we did finally find the location, the photos on the website did not come close to the photos on the website. The parking lot was very dark and heavy traveled. I did get checked into the room and did a walk through, we could not stay in the hotel. The main light in the room did not work, there was no secondary lock on the door and the bed skirt was filthy. Not sure if it was bodily fluids or food. You could tell it was not a smoke free hotel. Needless to say, My daughter and I did not stay, and we had to go buy another room in town. No secondary lock on the door pretty much opens the possibility to anyone entering your room in the middle of the night. I would really like to get my money back to be honest, but Wyndham really should take a look into this location. I understand it is hard to find help now a days, but safety and cleanliness is a must when you have a hotel.

THE MAN AT THE DESK WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO SNOW HE STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT I PARKED ON A SPECIFIC SIDE OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE IT WAS LEVEL AND THE OTHER SIDE WAS SLOPED. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. COULD OF HAD A COUPLE MORE CUPS. BUT OTHERWISE I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Norfolk NB. The condition of this place is terrible. There is no safety chain on the door, the towels are dingy and gray, there are stains on the curtains, dead bugs in the lights, and the fitted sheet has stains all over it. My husband and I have traveled all day yesterday and could not travel any further. We stayed but just very gross.

Super 8s are never really fancy, but they're usually clean and meet needs for quick overnight stays. Unfortunately that wasn't the case at this property. The sheets were not only stained, but had crusty patches on them. Also, the shower had multiple different colors of hair stuck to the walls already when I arrived. The whole place had an air of "we've given up"

I say dirty and noisy, but overall still a reasonable hotel. You can't always control what the rest of the guests are cooking (very smelly hallway) and the dirt they track in. The room may have just been settled dirt and dust. For sound, unfortunately you can hear everything the next room does.

The place reeked like marajuana as soon as I walked in the lobby. The rooms were very noisy and the room darkening curtains kept no light out above them. Pillows look like they are for toddlers. The stay was terrible

The staff were extremely accommodating. Provided everything I requested with promptness and concern. The only problem was some of the people didn’t speak or understand English so we couldn’t communicate. The room was clean enough but the exterior had a sewer smell in some areas.

If I was able to rate this property a zero I would. Neither Expedia nor the property wanted to assist in achieving a resolution to my issues. All have refused including the property itself. Will never do business here again.

Property needs some attention. Shower/tub faucet needs fixed, smoke alarm goes off if you turn on heater. Breakfast was extremely limited. No fruit and gravy was cold. Coffee machine was empty. It was a place to sleep but that is about it. Next time I will pass and stay elsewhere.
