I put in a special request and someone responded immediately. All the staff was friendly. Amenities like cold water, cookies and games in the lobby were nice. Breakfast was good and the area was well maintained. Food was warm and filled when needed. Our room was immaculately cleaned. Other visitors were respectful and quiet. Even the halls were clean. It is a safe area with things nearby.
