Well above average tv channel selection. Very nice room. I believe i stayed here 6 months ago, and still only one ice machine working! Breakfast opened @ 6 & already out of coffee @ 610! No one around to ask to bring more out.

Laundry was not operable as stated on website, glass drug pipe with some meth/crack found by the bed, breakfast was better than some but just barely average, beds were comfortable and staff at front desk was nice. Had to use local laundry .5 miles down the road and visited a piggly wiggly for groceries that was decent. Nothing to brag about but it worked in a pinch.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner made some odd noises but it worked. The bathtub felt like it was split in the middle so while we took showers, we prayed we didnt fall thru the floor. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was green.

I understand that everyone has their own standard when it comes to comfort, but if yours is even moderately low, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The only positive aspect of my stay was the customer service — the staff was polite and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The bed sheets smelled horrible, as though they had been washed in water only, with no detergent. There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling. The microwave was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. There were roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The online photos were deceiving and did not reflect the actual condition of the room — it was a major disappointment upon arrival. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Cleanliness, honesty in advertising, and basic comfort should be the standard — not the exception.

The place was disgusting! It looked like the property has not been cleaned in years. The hotel room was even worse! The tub was nasty with dirt and mildew buildup, the shower door looked like someone threw a can of coke at it a few years ago and nobody bothered to clean it therefore it had dirt and debris build up all over. The floor was disgusting with hair and large mounds of dirt in the corners almost like my kids had been in charge of cleaning for the last several years. The ceiling was bulging as if there was a buildup of water that was going to burst. I would NEVER stay here again.

Give me a handicap bathroom with a very dirty, moldy floor and BM in the toilet dried up around the rim when you lift the seat up on the toilet I asked them to move me to another room and he refused to TV did not work. Phone did not work Horrible

Booked through Expedia & is much money for a room. I can’t control air conditioner. Called front office on a phone full of static. Sweating myself to sleep. Should have saved my money & slept in car where air conditioning works. Front office was no help. Wouldn’t answer ph 2nd time, couldn’t call 3rd time because room ph stopped working. Rooms look nice, but TV is only thing that works properly. Waste of money

The lodge is ok ok. Seen few cockroaches in the room. The appliances are very old. The AC makes lot of noise which makes difficult to sleep. And the complimentary breakfast is almost same every day. The good thing is its close connectivity to the highway and is 30 mins away either to Hilton Island or to Savaanah

There were a couple of issues: The Toilet seat was too small for the Toilet itself, it moves as you sit. Secondly; The Cable channels we're few, and the best channels we're pixelated, frozen.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean. However, the wifi in the room was beyond bad. The smoke detector was disassembled, the TV was an updated roku tv but the display quality was horrible, the phone didn't work and the water faucet had 2 small streams of water that can out. All the items were brought to the attention of the evening desk but nothing was done. They offered to change our room but we were too tired.

Everything was wonderful. The only bad thing I'd really have to say, is the Wi-Fi doesn't reach to the back of the hotel and the breakfast option wasn't that great and you couldn't take it to your room. You had to stay in the breakfast room and eat. Personally I would've looked to eat my breakfast in my room in my pj's instead of everyone seeing me in my pj's lol. But everything was very nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was hot and clean.

Apart from the fact that I found dirty towels in the room and no soap and shampoo, opting to pay the reservation when I get to the hotel, I did it by paying Cash. I asked for the receipt and was told that they cannot give it to me because the reservation was made on Expedia. I again asked for proof of payment at check-out and got the same answer, only to find after I got home that they charged my credit card again with the amount already paid, in order to steal from me. Completely disappointed!

This is a very nice hotel. I don't know what else there is to do in Hardeeville that would make this a destination spot, although it is about 20 miles outside of Savannah. But as a "stopover" while travelling down I-95 it is excellent!! The room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, breakfast buffet is decent. PRice is very reasonable...all in all an excellent stopover

This property is "Out in the boondocks" with little choice in eating establishments nearby. It\'s an old property, and while it was clean, doors opening to the parking lot is not my idea of a safe place to stay. We\'ll pass next time.

The rooms were decent and big. However, it does not look like they have been cleaned thoroughly. There were dust bunnies and hair strands in the bathroom and by the TV. The furniture was covered in dust. The area is very secluded and not much to eat around there.

Room was clean; bed comfortable. However, the TV reception was horrible - flickering, blurry, unwatchable (in our room & breakfast room, so we assume it was that way throughout the hotel). The worst though was the breakfast - eggs cold and rubbery; no breakfast meat; no pastries; coffee VERY weak; juices so watery they were undrinkable. The only restaurant nearby was the one in the hotel - food was pretty good; drinks were awful. Would not stay here again even though it was less expensive than other places nearby.

The room was clean. The "hot" part of the breakfast was sausage links only. The "hot" water at breakfast was lukewarm. The only other drink at breakfast was coffee (didn't have any so I don't know if it was hot...). The cable TV was "off"- the picture and the sound didn't match exactly which drove me son crazy but after 700 miles of driving I didn't really care, I was just happy not to be driving.

Breakfast was included, but really not good. Coffee was out, there was no hot water for oatmeal (one of the few options). Mentioned to front desk, brought in hot water that was only warm. The egg patties were all brown, and only fresh fruit available was 1 apple (early in the breakfast time). The room was as I expected for the price, a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately, our room was under a very loud obnoxious group. We were tired and went to bed before 10 and didn’t want to go thru changing rooms.

The hotel had a restaurant, bar, lounge as we had ordered. Unfortunately the front desk had no idea what time it opened. Which in fact it did not. Ice machine in our area did not work. There was no pool furniture at all around the pool area.
