I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — just what I needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the whole hotel had a fresh, clean smell throughout, which made a great first impression. The outdoor pool area was a highlight! It was well-maintained, with nice patio furniture for relaxing, and even a grill available for guests to use — such a thoughtful addition. The room was updated and modern with comfortable beds. Unfortunately there was a funky odor to the room. Right outside our door was a pile of boxes, linen, dirty shoes and vacuums. It look like a junk pile. The pool was advertised to be "sparkling" but it was dirty on the bottom and green with algae build up. Breakfast was very limited with unripe bananas and so many people you could hardly move. We were on a 8 day vacay and stayed at 4 different hotels. This was the second most expensive and lowest quality. Unfortunate because many of the issues could have been avoided with better house keeping and pool maintenance,

The hotel is very clean. Our room had a walk-in shower which is perfect for us. Plenty of lighting in the room & bathroom. Nice to have a decent-sized fridge and a working microwave. Their coffee machine in the breakfast room makes lattes, hot chocolate, and other drinks! Easy access to fitness room, water, and ice. Unfortunately, the interstate is right next to the hotel which makes it rather noisy. I imagine we'll sleep well anyway.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hot breakfast was served every morning with a variety of food options. An attendant continually mantained the food and eating area, cleaning and replenishing as needed. It was our first trip bringing our puppy and there were several areas to take the puppy out for walks and bathroom needs. The hotel was in a safe and quiet area. The personnel were all so nice and friendly. The pool was comfortable and well maintained. This place will be on our list for future stays in the area.

Checkin staff was very nice. Lobby was very clean and smelled freshly mopped. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Everything smelled freshly washed. Linens were clean. There was no road noise when we slept. Shower was great with good water pressure. Had breakfast at 6:30 am and it was hot and there was ample choice. Staff was really polite and attentive. Would stay here again.

We booked this hotel very late last night while driving down 95. We checked in at about midnight. There were 2 young men sitting in the “lobby” in usual clothes (hoodies etc) and surprisingly 1 of them walked behind the desk and checked me in. The place smelled very strongly of food. We went up to the room and we were so tired we just brushed our teeth and went to sleep without noticing the blood stains all over the comforter (I have photos) and that the toilet didn’t flush. There was mold around the shower. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign and a housekeeper knocked repeatedly at 8am waking us on this lovely Sunday morning. Terrible experience. Will not return

Not a great stay. Strong mold smell in room, a/c possibly on it’s way out and crazy noisy and killed two roaches- mentioned to front desk on check out they need to spray, not much response just a smile.The room “looked” clean with linens, bathroom and towels all clean but pretty much slept with one eye open and flashlight. Bummer!

Nothing special but clean. Air conditioning in 2 rooms seemed to be the source of a moldy smell being put into the air. We did have one room in the group that didnt have the moldy smell, so the issue may not be in all rooms. I left the air off to avoid it. Other than that, ppl working there were nice, breakfast was ok.

We were on a road trip passing through South Carolina and needed a place to sleep for the night that waa dog friendly. Well we found the best place at the Best Western. It was super clean, comfortable beds and everything has been updated. So happy we found a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay!

Reviews of this hotel are spot on. From checking in to breakfast the next morning everything was great. My room was quiet, clean, a very comfortable bed, fresh linens, bath towels that were worthy of a much more expensive hotel, and nice walk-in shower. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices and a nice dining area with soft leather seats. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. There is a pool which had did not try but it looked very nice also. This place will definitely be my go-to stay when driving through Hardeeville. And bonus, you are only 20 minutes from downtown Savannah where hotel prices are 3-4 times more expensive and usually do not provide free parking.

We really liked our stay at the Best Western Plus in Hardeeville. The price was right and our room was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. The room was comfortable and clean, spacious and had a very nice bathroom. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Was given first floor room - stank of mold and mildew. Got 2nd floor room. Better. Shower door was Off it’s track. Had to put it back on in order to get into shower. No hair dryer. A/C unit didn’t work well. Loud, inefficient. Had to ace at 68 to get room cooled to 75

We arrived after midnight and were greeted by a polite and professional staff member and were easily checked in. Our room was clean, the bathroom stocked, the coffee machine ready for the morning and the beds were clean and tidy. The AC unit in #111 was noisy and my wife didn't think the bed was comfortable, but I sleep well. Breakfast room was clean and the food plentiful. The coffee was terrific.

I recently had a terrible experience staying at this hotel, and feel compelled to warn others about it. The front desk staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that they didn't care about my needs as a customer. When I asked for assistance with my room, the staff member at the front desk yelled at me instead of offering any kind of help or solution. It was a completely unprofessional and uncalled-for response that left me feeling frustrated and upset. It was clear that they had no interest in making my stay pleasant or enjoyable. I was left feeling like a burden rather than a valued guest. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of customer service and unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations.

Staying consistently for work in Hardeeville, this place was half the price of the others 1 exit apart. The lower price did not reflect quality. It was safe, quiet, clean in and out, bed was a king size plenty of pillows, carpets were all clean, had one minor issue with the tv not operating properly and when they couldn’t resolve it THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE TV inside of a half hour. Staff was friendly, smiling everytime I came and went and they have a full breakfast in the morning.

At the counter to check in, we got the rudest person. He seemed angry to start with and only got worse when I asked him a question. I got to our room and couldn’t figure out why the air conditioner under the window wouldn’t work so I called the front desk and he asked if I had looked at the panel, which I thought I had, but he says he’s coming down. When he’s gets to my room, he goes to the opposite wall and starts tapping it and just repeats panel on the wall. I apologize multiple times but he wouldn’t even look at me. So next morning rolls around and he’s refilling eggs at the breakfast area, I go to get some and there are multiple eggs shells broken throughout. I will say the rooms were clean and the mattresses were comfortable.

This hotel was fair. We were traveling with a dog so we had a special room. When we arrived there was a strong smell of bleach or a type of cleaner which was better than smelling dog urine. Not many places in the town to eat. Just a few fast food places.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious and comfortable room. We were exhausted after traveling for several hours and enjoyed a good hot shower with powerful water pressure and slept well on a very comfortable bed. We also loved that there was a grass walk area for our Service Dog in the back that was very clean and well kept. Area was not the best, but once inside, it didn't matter. There were a few selections to choose from at breakfast if you choose to eat. Great for a stopover. Will likely book again if traveling this way.

There were no breakfast items left 1 hour before the end time and the area was pretty dirty. The cleaning staff seemed to be enjoying the breakfast while customer had nothing to eat. On complaining we were promptly given 5 pieces of bread. Don’t have much to say.

This is my fourth stay in the past few months. The property is recently updated with quality bedding, furniture, flooring, bathrooms usually found in much more expensive hotels. Friendly staff. Excellent hot buffet free breakfast. I plan my travels along I-95 so I can stay at this hotel. Outstanding!!

Asked our room be moved from ice machine and cleaning closet areas because of noise. Took 3 people 15 minutes all the while trying to convince me the area was quiet..I was there and it wasn’t. NO COFFEE that people found drinkable at 8 AM and NO BISCUITS to go with the sausage gravy. The eggs were dried out. 2 guys worked on the coffee machine and finally just walked away….no coffee! The pillows are like rocks and the shower floor was very slippery.. The maids were the nicest people in the place!,
