Staff was excellent!

No cleaning service the whole stay, had to ask for towels at one point. Trash piled up with no pickup. Most uncomfortable bed ever in a motel.

We checked in & the girl was a bit difficult to understand, but no problems. The room was a bit disappointing. The floor felt like it wasn't swept, no towels at all. There was no clothes hanging bar nor any extra hangers as in most motel rooms. We didn't have a desk/chair in the room & was told if you didn't have a kitchenette , you shouldn't have one. The front office gave my husband a difficult time about the towels as if we did something with them. We were there a week & they came by & asked if we wanted clean towels twice, but housekeeping never came in to sweep or anything. We also had a broken coffee maker in the room they were supposed to switch out & never did. On a different note the pool was really nice. Cold, but nice. The beach was close in front. Extremely beautiful beach. Couldn't have asked for anything better as far as the beach goes. I could have stayed out there listening & watching the waves forever. There were shops & restaurants within walking distance as well. Oh, yes they had a little tiki bar... no food there (the kitchen was apparently in disrepair). Drinks were delicious.

Pros: right on the beach and had a big pool. A small tiki hut for drinks were on site. Location was close to shops and eatery. No complaints. Cons: STAFF. Not friendly. The office lady checking people in were yelling at people. After that getting the room clean was something that didn’t happen during our five night stay. Made one bed one time but left the other not made. Took our trash out once…
