Very nice hotel with plenty of parking!

Stayed 1 night, room clean, well-lighted parking, friendly staff check and check out.

I had a very lovley stay. The staff were so friendly and the overall envivoment was clean and comfy. My family and i enjoyed the pool aswell as their yummy breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Rooms were nice pool was clean. breakfast was great.

I didn't like the parking situation. We ended up having to park next door because the parking lot was full. It was full of work trucks that parked side ways and took up multiple parking spaces

First let me say the rooms and staff were great for the most part. We arrived on Saturday, went to the pool on Sunday and asked about it being green, was told that it was fine. We were in the pool Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. It rained Thursday but we returned on Friday to be told that we could not get into the pool because it was unhealthy? I will post pictures of Sunday and Friday. They did allow us to lay out Friday but not get into the pool. Everything else was great.

Rooms were outdated. Lights on wall were not secured, and kept about falling off the wall. The Pull out bed was missing a bunch of springs and mattress had lots of urine stains. We requested housekeeping and no one ever came. Pool was tiny and not enjoyable.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. Completely green and full of dirt. Front desk said they cant fix it and they tried. Will not be back.

The personnel at the front desk were rude. They acted as if they were annoyed when we needed to speak to them. We had car trouble and requested a later checkout if needed. We asked the front desk that night after getting back to the hotel, and were told we would have to speak to the manager in the morning. They did give us an additional 30 minutes, but my wife heard them rudely talking about us to other staff. This took place in the lobby where other guests could hear them as well. What makes it worse was, this was the manager speaking about us. Also the lamps by the bed, the phone to call the front desk, and the microwave did not work. Also the pool was never stocked with towels, and when we asked the front desk for 5 towels. Because are a family of 5. We were told they only had 3 and were treated as if we were an annoyance. When we asked for additional towels for our room. We were told we would have to search the hotel to find the cleaning staff and get the towels from them, and we were told that we had to bring our used towels to the front desk. When we did all of that. We were told to put them in the floor by the front desk where they stayed for over 3 hours. I was incredibly disappointed by the actions of the staff especially management.

Very dirty, hallways and room all smelled terrible. Staff was not friendly.

I liked that check-in was easy, the breakfast buffet was easy to deal with. It was clean for the most part excep for the duvet had stains and the shower had hair in it and on the floor. Other than that it was clean enough. Plenty of linens in the room.

Our room smelled musty and felt damp the entire time. When we got home all of our clothes and suitcase had a musty smell to them. The continental breakfast was nice and the location was great.

This property was very unclean. Much service is needed to attend to the many issues that are present.

This stay was horrible, upon arrival the receptionist was rude!! As we were walking to the elevator I noticed that the hallway way carpet was dirty and the hallways stink of smoke. As we approach the room, the carpet all way down the hallway dirty and look like it never been vacuumed or cleaned! Opening the room door it stink of smoke, the sheets on the bed was extremely nasty, the carpet was dirty, you can smell smoke coming from the AC unit, the bathroom floor look like it never been mopped, the bathroom itself looks unsanitary!! Horrible experience!! Definitely not worth the price.

There was obviously a moisture issue. The floor as well as the blankets felt damp.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Everything else was awesome.

The room was nasty very dirty

Front desk staff was unwelcoming. The carpet felt very sticky and dirty and room smelled musty. We found a roach in our room 2days in a row. Breakfast is very basic. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This property was a great choice. Our suite was huge, and we were able to watch the shows we usually watch at home.

We checked in and the lady at the front was super nice. Got to the room and the room had a not so pleasant smell the chair at the desk had stains as well as the couch the beds wasn’t so bad the sheets was clean. The outlets in the room some worked and some our chargers fell out of kinda unsafe. Room was not like pictures online!

ROOM CURTAIN- was not designed to cover the room all day and night. Electric light outside comes into the room during bed time. Shampoo worked; conditioner didn’t work; body lotion didn’t work. One light bulb in the room had gone. They didn’t check such things.

TV would not work. Room door would not latch without strong pull so you would think it was locked when it was not secure. Bathroom door would not latch without strong pull. Had to pull up a chair to front desk for checkin since no one was there to check me in. Hair dryer holder pulled off wall when dryer was attempted to be removed from holder. Would be a good hotel if it just had the proper maintenance.

Shower did not work. Phone did not work. Staff was apathetic. Mattress should have been replaced months ago.

Said she would come up and solve issue but took two more requests before she came to room and decided was unable to solve problem. Said she would allocate another room but failed to do so or notify us until we returned to reception yet again 30 mins later with our luggage . Better customer service could be improved

Breakfast and location was good and close to beach and activities. The con is that we could hear the peopld next door snoring , tv, baby cries.Walls rather thin

Hotel beds are usually mediocre, but this bed was amazing! Room was clean. Loved how big the shower was! Room was also huge! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The customer service experience was excellent however, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, and the Wi-Fi and cable was not good.

The bathroom was awful. Plaster was coming off the corners of the walls and around bottom of tub. The was a huge section of the wall around the vanity that was patched up but not painted. Don’t even think about using the coffee maker in the room it obviously has never been cleaned and was beyond gross. I’m surprised they rented this room in that condition.

Refused to clean despite we requested it the day before got yelled at by the front desk very unprofessional will not make a stay here again when they did “clean” it was left filthy

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable. Thank you to the manager for all her assistance in settling us in and for a great night's sleep for our travel weary souls.

The hotel was decent. The breakfast was nothing special. Amelia was so rude during the checkout.

Staff was friendly and let us check in early. They had very clean and comfortable rooms. Walls were a little thin so I could hear our neighbors partying it up but that is not the hotel’s fault.

This is a great place to stay. Great rooms, lovely bed, good breakfast options. Everything works a breakfast area kept clean. Dominique on reception was lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The location was on point, breakfast was descent. The staff was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. The noise from the children running above us was awful. I reported the running and was told they would see what they could do, but the running continued.

Location was excellent. Close to all shopping areas.

Great location, nice room, comfortable bed

Very clean comfortable, my family was very happy. One of the best places to stay in pcb! Lots of activities for the kids around close within walking distance.

I loved our suite. It was very spacious for my family of 5 as well as our room had a view of the pool so i was able to see my teens arrive at the pool if they went down before me. As for location at max we were 5-10 minutes tops from all the main attractions, restaurants, and beach. Would definitely recommend if beach from isn't in the budget

The property was conveniently located with restaurants and other stores around. Quick drive to the beaches. The rooms were spotless. Staff was super friendly as well.

First of all when we went to check in, the receptionist was attending her own personal calls instead of assisting me check in, second, the carpet was dirty, the pool was extremely dirty and when we went for breakfast the people were picking up the food and utensils even before breakfast ended.

This was a very nice place to stay. The only thing is for the breakfast 2 waffle irons are needed.

There was mold in the lemon water at check out so it was off to a bad start lol. The bathrooms were nasty with hair that was not ours. But the biggest issue was the shampoo bottles the had big bottles mounted in shower and not the small personal bottles. How easy would it be for someone to add something in or put hair removal and the next person would never know. There was sand in the bed so sheet was not changed. And remote did not work properly. Everything was out for breakfast with nothing to eat. So it was not worth what we paid at all.

The convenience, cleanliness & easy check-in & out were some of the best parts of the stay. The breakfast was great too! We would recommend for others to stay here and would stay again ourselves when in the area for overnight trips.
