Seahaven Beach Hotel Panama City Beach

I had a mixed experience staying at SeaHaven Beach Hotel. The standout highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made an effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Customer service like that goes a long way and didn’t go unnoticed. The location is hard to beat. It’s perfectly situated right on the beach, and the views are absolutely stunning. Waking up to the ocean and being steps away from the sand is a huge plus and really elevates the overall experience. That said, the hotel itself is clearly showing its age. While there have been attempts at repairs, many areas feel outdated and not well-maintained. It seems like more patchwork fixes than true upkeep, and the property would really benefit from a full renovation. The worn appearance and aging infrastructure take away from what could otherwise be an exceptional stay. Overall, this hotel has great potential thanks to its amazing staff and unbeatable location, but it needs significant updating and remodeling to truly match those strengths. Also, this is not on the hotel at all, but the constant smell of marijuana coming from my next door room was obnoxious and bothered my entire family.

Air conditioner was amazingly cold. The staff was very friendly and nice. The beach view was amazing. The ice machine you had to pay for and was out of order. The small fridges in the room kept stuff semi cold but not cold. The maid didnt come in and sweep, clean the trash cans or change the beds the whole three days we was there so you was always walking on sandy floors and sleeping in sandy beds. The only time they came in was to replace the towels.

The room was great. Very clean, stayed cool, staff was helpful. This is the second time I have stayed here and absolutely would go back. Can't beat the price and location.
