Warning: the pool and hot tub are broke! Complete disappointment for our trip with kids! Hotel was just OK, breakfast the minimum, no bacon. Definitely NOT worth the $400 for one night we had to pay. I could have spent half that and gotten the same thing.

I only stay at this hotel as it is the closest to Woodbury Common and there was supposedly a shuttle service HOWEVER please be warned that this shuttle may not operate at all times! Ended paying a fortune in taxi fares as the shuttle was not running half the time. There is only 1 driver and the shuttle timetable is literally subject to his working schedule. Felt cheated and mis-sold. So beware travelers who do not drive. This hotel stay was not cheap and I may re-consider other options in future. I have tried to stay loyal to Hilton Group, but this may have to change.

Nice breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. Pool area smelled strong of bleach/ chemicals causing eyes to burn while just sitting in room. Hot tub was blocked off, so that was disappointing but otherwise good hotel.

Hotel was overall clean as well as the room, but not enough lighting in room. Very Dark. The coffee maker in room was very dusty could not put the single serve bag in due to dust/dirt. i realize they offer breakfast but a cup of coffee as Im getting ready to go would have been nice.

Check in was smooth i arrived way before check in time and my room was available didn’t have to wait. Room was as pictured nice and cozy very convenient for our trip to Woodbury outlets. Only thing i would critique is the hair all over shower curtains otherwise I’ll stay here again.

All was fine, except for: Room 117, a ripped hole in a bed sheet, one bed made a loud cracking/crunching noise when sat on, an outdoor landscape flood light was pointed right at the window. TV stations were very limited. The tub was pretty narrow for turning around in the shower. The hotel is modern, very clean, nice decor, etc.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was excessively noisy, making it difficult for me to fall asleep, and consequently, I felt very tired the next day. The receptionist\'s attitude during checkout was very poor. I accidentally got a small part of the room card\'s paper cover wet, and the receptionist angrily asked me, "Why?" This made me feel very puzzled and unnecessarily uncomfortable.

The staff at Hampton this am 10-19-2025 was absolutely wonderful. All the trolley carts were gone and a wonderful young lady offered to help carry my bags to my car. The waite staff also offered a quick breakfast to my daughter and myself before we left very early this am. The staff that you have working at this hotel have always been very cordial and make life less stressful. It is greatly appreciated. Thank You

I arrived 12:30pm, staff said room only available after 3pm. I choose this place because it said 1 mins walk to outlet. But actually you have to drive 8 mins to outlets! The room had odd like pee. And the worst thing was some drunk guy outside the building yelling at night until 3pm.

Front desk staff was amazing. Rooms look great, and the beds were super comfortable. Also love that the pool is open until 12. Breakfast was good. Only downside was the sheer amount of people at the breakfast. Which is far from the hotels fault. Just was a little crammed and had to wait a while for food. But overall, I’d say a 10/10, and I would def stay again.

The breakfast selection was horrible. The juice machine did not work. They only had fake eggs and turkey sausages. Not a lot of options. The coffee was horrible. Had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts but it’s actually walking distance. Besides the food the place is wonderful.

We had an extended stay. Good hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and always friendly and greeted us coming in and out. Since we had an extended stay, they gave us a quiet room off the beaten path without even asking, which was very appreciated!! Good breakfast (omelets and everything else were great, but the scrambled eggs were a strange consistency and we didn’t eat them). Parking was good, lighting was good…The only complaint we have is the housekeeping staff weren’t very friendly and were hard to communicate with. All in all though, we would absolutely stay here again! It was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and within walking privileges for West Point cadets!
